I can't rate this salon highly enough. Set in a beautiful, peaceful private square in the middle of Soho, Vas runs the most gorgeous salon. He cuts hair so well and the style always lasts for months. Jayson is a total miracle worker with colour. I've been a Billy&Bo client for many years and love the experience of coming to this salon as much as the end result. This is a brilliant hairdresser run by truly lovely people.

I wouldn't trust anyone else to cut and colour my hair. Vas has cut my hair for years – I've literally followed him everywhere! – and I always love what he does. I have a bob, which requires precision, and it's perfect every time. And Jason's colouring is second to none. Natural, lasting, and makes my hair really shine. But these guys more than just look after my hair – it's always such a pleasure to spend time with them. Thank you so much! Oh, and congratulations on the new salon – it's gorgeous.

I have been visiting Vas at Billy & Bo, for over 10 years now. Vas knows hair, he is extremely skilled, I always leave the salon with beautifully cut and styled hair. The salon has a great atmosphere and I always love visiting for my haircut and a catch-up. I recently started getting my hair colour from the lovely Jayson, and I am loving my balayage! Such an amazing salon experience - the best I have ever experienced in 40+ years. Talent, precision, lack of pretension and a complete understanding of the client's needs which for me is a big issue as I'm non-gender/genderqueer and hate to end up looking girly! A genuinely warm and friendly atmosphere where you feel as though you are part of a family! Fantastic aesthetic in terms of the salon decoration and set up not too mention the cool music. Not only do I look amazing when I leave, I feel like I've spent the day in a spa with my best friends, so chilled. Best hairdressing/barber experience you will ever have. I've been going to Billy & Bo for nearly 4 years. I was looking online for a quirky salon where the stylists would 'get' what I wanted. From the first time that I visited and saw salon owner Vas, he completely 'got' my style. I've since had various changes to my hair and every time I leave there super happy with the results! I can’t recommend the salon highly enough – both myself and my wife have been coming here for several years now and wouldn’t consider anywhere else. Aside from being great stylists (Vas, Mike), the whole place has a really nice, chilled vibe and the staff are really friendly. Vas is a great hairdresser and just really lovely. There’s nothing lazy or formulaic about their approach – they clearly love what they do and want to give you the best haircut possible. Really good pricing as well for what is a top, central London salon.

Recently visited this salon with my boyfriend after someone recommend their new barber, Adam to him. He was certainly not disappointed as Adam did some fantastic work on hair, taking the time to get it exactly how he wanted it while, at the same time, being incredibly friendly and easy to chat to. We would both recommend Adam at Billy and Bo's as a wonderful barber. Fantastic barber in an impressive salon!

I've been to many fancy salons in London since my hair is hard to manage, and this salon put an end to my search. I found them through a friend's recommendation and they are the best. They really listen to you, your difficulties with your hair, what you want to achieve. They are realist, honest and really consider how you are going to keep your hair after washing it.

I would have given more stars if that was possible. Amazing atmosphere in the heart of soho. Super friendly staff and true experts. Usually is very busy therefore you have to book your appointment in advance. I have never been disappointed by this place at least for three years living in London. Highly recommend this place!!!! Ever since Billy & Bo’s conception by the energetic and visionary Creative Director Vas, I have at least one hair cut a month, probably more and despite me moving to Salisbury last year, I always ensure a trip to the heart of my beloved SOHO to the best hairdressing experience and friends at this creative delight of artists, friends and hairdressers. Vas has been my saviour for 10 years +. I always leave feeling on cloud 9. I always leave feeling special and not a cog in a busy hairdressers’ diary of appointments. I’m proud to be a small part of this success, although I feel very much a large part of the continued success and I’m excited to be part of Vas and his amazing team’s future successes. I even feel if my work takes me away from the UK, I will end up with a regular visual transformation and lift from the artistic team on Great Windmill Street. Thank you Billy & Bo! Glenn x

A great cut and styling advice from friendly staff who weren't afraid to suggest a change, which I really liked. 4 stars because it's a little pricey - 48 quid for a men's haircut (I have short hair)
