You need to go to this salon. I had my hair bleached so many times in one year that my hair got destroyed. I was thinking I’ll be bold. From icy blonde I went for crazy red and than I wanted to come back to my natural light brown. I was thinking it’s not possible until I found Nicola’s salon. The team is so kind and professional. Marco did a great job, he knows so many things and explained me all the steps that he’ll do. I knew the process will be a pain , but they did it to look so easy and funny in no time. Definitely recommend and I will come here always , because they did a great job and also the prices are so accessible ( especially for what my hair needed and their professionalism ) ! ❤️❤️ Thank you!

A friendly cheerful salon run by Nicola and her amazing team. I had my hair coloured by Alessia who checks with you all the way and explains what she's doing. Then my hair was perfectly cut by Nicola. I had a properly great cappuccino and left with shiny balayaged blow dried hair. I've been to many hairdressers and this one is a keeper. You feel welcomed and in really good hands.

I booked a Balayage treament with Alissia today totally last minute. I wasn't sure what to expect because I have never done this before but often admire the photos of beautifully dyed hair from other girls on pinterest. I used a discounted promotion, despite that, Alessia was very attentive and she helped me choose the best color for my hair color ( my hair is very dark) and it turned out lovely. She suggested that I also trim my hair and then she blow dried it in a wavy style which turned out looking like celebrity. I love the way the hair look and feel. It's not the traditional bleach, balayage really gives a nice soft look and feel with many layer of different color. It made my hair looked shiny and vibrant. I love it! Thank you so much! Alissia! Blackwell was a neat little saloon tucked aside from the main street. The interior was clean and well equipped.

Finding a good hairdresser is almost as difficult as finding a husband. Nicola is amazing, intuitive, skilled, warm, calm & welcoming. She is the best hair cutter I’ve met in a long time. I went to Blackwell Hair today and I could not be happier ! The staff made me fell welcome since the moment I walked in. Nicola was great and listened to what I wanted and gave me her advice with professionalism . I had not doubt I had found the right place. I wanted a Keratin treatment and I got it. I was lucky Nicola had availability to do the treatment for me today. I spent 3hr there and I really enjoyed the time! We had a nice chat with a nice capuchino and also a gin&tonic included 😉 Maria was also great, and looked after me too. I’ll be back to get my balayage done there. Fantastic salon. I found it recently and booked a cut and colour with Alessia two days ago which am I so happy with. The colour is just what I was after, I showed her a picture and she replicated on my hair. If, like me, you've struggled to find a good hairdresser in Ealing then look no further. The general ambience and staff are lovely, my hairdresser (I think her name was Alissa, I AM SO SORRY I can't remember) was one of the most attentive hairdressers I've ever had (and I get my hair done about once a month all over London). She did my hair better than I thought possible, and I am absolutely delighted (full head highlights, cut and finish). She really listened to what I wanted and we didn't start until she was happy that she had understood the colour I wanted. The head massage nearly sent me to sleep! Do not risk going somewhere a bit cheaper if you want to leave the salon as happy as I did!

I got a keratin treatment done for my very long and thick hair, and I must say my hairstylist (Nicola) was wonderful and so attentive to each hair strand! Never had a hair stylist pay so much attention to me and the treatment (had keratin a done at other hair dressers and they were trying to move onto the next client). Nicola took her time (almost 3 hours) and the results are amazing. My hair is so soft and sleek and shiny! Thank you so much darling!! The owner Julio is so lovely as well! The stylists in this salon are top quality, very experienced and with a great customer care. Danilo is exceptionally good with colour, cut and finish. This salon has definitely improved under the new management both in the quality of the service and customer care. The previous hairdressers were more 'rough and ready' and always pushing to buy their products which I found quite annoying. The current stylists are much more professional, skilful and polite. They are very friendly without being invasive, which is indeed a great skill in itself.

I came to London over the New Year festivities. I was recommended this hair salon, but I was still a bit uneasy when I got in, after my last negative experience in a very trendy salon in Milan. Being very fussy with my hair, I explained in great details what was the issue with my last haircut and how I wanted it fixed. The stylist spent quite a bit of time with fixing my hair, but I could see that slowly slowly my hair was taking the shape I Always dreamed about. On my return to Italy I got so many compliments. I called last minute to get a long overdue hair cut and they said they could squeeze me in last minute which was very kind of them, the salon is really professional and tidy, Rasa washed, cut, blowdried and waved my hair beautifully and was really friendly and very experienced and knowledgeable and advised me on what would suit me and what would work. Its the first time in years ive had a hair cut and genuinely loved the end result! Worth the money and i look forward to going back for a cut and colour! I went back for a balayage and Marco was amazing! very knowledgable, funny and talented. he talked me through what was best for my very over dyed hair and when i showed him the pictures of the super blonde balayage he said no problem! he nailed the colour and my hair looks beautiful, he also suggested olaplex to protect and repair my hair and it does feel great despite being dyed so much! well worth the money, thank you Marco!

I've been going here for well over a decade, Nico cuts my hair perfectly which isn't easy given how fussy I can be. The staff are genuinely friendly and you can quite literally discuss anything you want (even non hair related) I've had various styles and a dozen different colours done to my hair, as well as bleached it. They never let me walk with bad hair.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for nearly 10 years and whilst they’re experts in the field they have a very welcoming hospitality about them. Friendly staff and excellent customer service from the cup of tea that you are offered to the sensational head massage to relax your senses. I always leave them very happy with my colour and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Thank you guys xx

The only place I've got a decent haircut in the Ealing area. Good price and nice guys too, high turnover of staff (as with all hairdressers) so never get the same person but they're all good, especially the manager.

I used their tanning services only and was satisfied. Lamps were not new and the cubicle is so tight that you can barely move there. However their customers service is friendly.
