Having recently moved to the area and tried 4 other hairdressers. I had my second blow dry here with Kiysha today. I have very thick, long, frizzy hair. Kiysha is by far the best hairdresser in Canary Wharf! Takes her time, very meticulous and I left with a smooth bouncy blow dry, all in 45 minutes. Absolutely amazing.

Desperately needed a really good wash and blow dry - and was so pleased with my wash and dry from Carlo at the Canary Wharf salon - I explained how my thick hair sometimes doesn’t feel clean after a wash and he was brilliant - felt like a spa treatment wash and really good blow dry - exactly how I wanted, he was happy to look at a picture too of how I wanted it. Going back on Monday for a cut 🥂😃 Was also easy to book - used app at 730 and was there having my wash at 8am 👌🏻 And the safety / PPE wasn’t a big hassle either 😷💕

I can not recommend this enough. Paulina and Maria are really good. I have long, curly hair and so I know it's not easy to straighten and it's very rare to find a hair stylist/salon that treats the hair well. They were very delicate with the hair and the end result was better than expected. They gained a loyal customer for sure.

The girls here were so friendly and helpful; exactly what you need in a hair emergency! Not only did I have two of them blow-drying my hair back to perfection in a matter of minutes, but they also insisted on not charging me! I really appreciated the customer service and was also impressed with their enthusiasm to advise me on treatments and products for my hair that they weren't even selling in their branch. Today I had one of the best blow drys I have had to date (and I have blow drys every weekend!!!) by David at the Canary Wharf salon. Not only was he friendly, attentive, funny and very welcoming I am over the moon with my blow dry. I have already booked in again, and I understand that you can not request specific stylists, however, I will be sure to wait for David as he skills are A****! What a brilliant hairdressers- when I arrived on Friday, really quite late and very stressed (much to my embarrassment) I did not expect to still be able to get my hair done. My hair stylist worked really hard to give my hair volume and curls for a work event, so the 3 stars are for that effort and her nice, friendly personality. That being said, whatever was sprayed on my hair afterwards made it really greasy, sticky and flat within the next hour. I think it must have been some kind of wax? It felt like wax, but I'm not sure. It defeated the purpose of that blow dry, and undid all of the stylist's hard work. I washed my hair that same night, but it wouldn't go away; this happened on a Tuesday, and that product was still on my hair, making it look greasy and flat, up until Saturday, when I had an appointment at another salon for a haircut. By then I had washed my hair 6 times (not joking) and the product was still there, but thankfully the people at my regular salon managed to get rid of it.

The girls were very apologetic when I arrived as they had a technical issue with the water (no hot water) instead of turning me away they did all they could to sort the problem, which they did. I didnt get the first girl's name but second was with Kiysha, she understood my volumus fuzzy hair well and gave me a smooth style with bounce. Any service where the owner gives you personal attention rates quite highly in my books. BDE Canary Wharf did all that and more. There are no words to express how happy my hair feels after being treated to a SJ special blow dry. The curls last for a week and SJ's personal attention to detail makes an impression for a lifetime.
