He was fun and friendly and made me feel at ease, and he also talked me through what he was doing to style my first ever curly cut so that I could learn and try it at home myself. He's incredibly creative & talented and each time I come out with another dreamy colour and totally different blow dry, which on short hair is not that easy!! All the staff here are lovely and welcoming.

I didn't have an appointment booked and was pleased that I could be fitted in. Woody gave me the most gorgeous long bob haircut that has stayed smart for a long time. We had a lovely chat, and I drank a lovely cup of tea during my haircut.
I really like this salon because of the downstairs hidden away hairwash area as well as the great friendly and professional service.
M. A.Federico is truly amazing - provides a laid back, relaxed yet very professional experience. I generally don’t love getting my hair done, but it’s different coming here, the team put you so much at ease and really look after you. They make the whole experience very special. I had just come out of hospital last time and Federico and co really went the extra mile to make sure I was fully supported, even gave me a pillow and was able to rest on one of the ergonomic couches while my colour developed. Genuine conversation or you can sit quietly if you prefer. More like visiting your best friend and consistently a great experience and result. No fake chit chat or pretend interest. When I leave, strangers are literally doing a double take to look at my gorgeous hair! Friends comment how great I am looking, how amazing my hair is, including how healthy and asking about the name of products, colour and where I go!

Michael understood instantly my fragile situation with my hair and confidently suggested a haircut that suits me. He knew exactly what I needed without compromising my hair length. Additionally, he picked the best suitable colors to make me look more amazing/enhanced - I am speechless of how good he is. I trusted him instantly.
In regards to products used, he used truly organic products and gave advice on how effortlessly look after the hair. Blowdrying was done beautifully with Dyson hairdryer (not many hairdressers these days have one).
In summary, I left his chair truly happy, he was super friendly, caring, and he did a fantastic job. To me, it is a transformational therapy that you cannot put a price on it as it goes far beyond it.

V. C.Good hair cut, but not worth the price. The hair wash was also a bit rushed and didn’t include a head massage. I found my hairdresser a bit stand-off-ish… The Italian assistant was lovely though.

I had my haircut done by Federico, who gave me suggestions according to my type of hair and some tips on styling to look younger and to enhance the cut.
Not cheap, but it was worthy.

I have had worries of my hair getting damaged and every time he reassures me and NEVER fails! The products and treatments are fab - they make my hair feel great and have really protected the bleach from damaging! Ollie is also so kind, bubbly and a great energy all the time and the salon really reflects this - it is such a nice vibe with great music and the team all get along very well!

This was my first visit and I found the salon really relaxed with friendly, welcoming staff. Federico was fantastic, and I knew I was in safe hands as soon as I sat down. I am definitely coming back and would recommend this salon to anyone wanting a great haircut in a friendly, relaxed salon.

T. F.After searching and trying different salons, I can certainly say that this is one to stick with. Of course, that atmosphere and decor and music are all great. But what really makes it great is the awesomeness of the people working there. I have been there four times already and I cannot imagine what I would do without this place. I had cuts with Federico and cuts and colour with Beth and both are a wonder to my hair. I have frizzy hair and I colour them frequently which made them very dull and lifeless. I am not exaggerating when I say that they have changed my hair. And long term, which means that even after one or two months my colour is great and shiny and hair looks super healthy. And the cut is just perfect. And they always give you the best advixe, not only following trends. I cannot rexommrec it more.

I tend to stay away from the hairdressers after so many bad experiences but I felt comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. It is pricey but totally worth it for the reassurance that what you get is a great cut and colour and you're not going to walk out of the salon hating your hair!! I will definitely be going back :)

N. C.Been meaning to write this review for a while, but a few weeks ago I had a magical appointment with Michael who I would highly recommend to anybody! He took one feel of my hair and was able to educate me on what I was doing wrong and the best products to use - fitting in with my lifestyle. The salon itself is really lovely too and the haircut he gave me was excellent. He has a palpable passion for hair and since the appointment my hair has felt amazing and I need to wash it so much less because of the shampoo he recommended.
I definitely left with a spring in my step - highly recommend! Also the shampoo they sold me is in a glass bottle which you can take back to be refilled with 25% discount - fabulous!
