This is my first visit and I loved it. Gian cut my hair and I’m so pleased with it. He knew exactly how to style it and cut it in 45mins All for a great price too! The staff are so friendly and polite and the salon is very clean and bright. This will definitely be my regular from now on. Thank you. 🥰

I have been coming to this salon for nine years because they are the best. The stylists are excellent. Gian Luigi has looked after me, my husband and now my daughter and we all feel the utmost confidence as soon as we take a seat in his chair. His colouring is subtle and expert, his styling and cuts are stunning and demonstrate confidence and flair. He works so hard but is always so amicable and good natured. Frankly, we as a family wouldn't know what we'd do without him! I started coming to the salon some years ago with very dark hair and have now transitioned to silver. Gian has given the best care to my hair at both stages and has always given me a million dollar cut. I can't recommend him highly enough. The rest of the team are also wonderful and the salon has a wonderfully collegiate and calm atmosphere. They have also taken Covid in their stride and exercise great caution while making you feel welcome.

I make a pilgrimage from East Surrey to Highbury to visit Gian, the only person I can imagine cutting my hair (apart from his wonderful colleagues!) Gian is the sort of stylist who takes time to understand you and your hair, and takes real time and care. He’s great fun, too! Coming to this hair salon is a relaxing pleasure that I have enjoyed for many years now. Gian is always so friendly that time flies away but also so creative & experienced with colouring and hair style that at the end of the chatting you are looking at another person in the mirror, DEFINITELY better looking than before. He is also very good with advice of how to look after your hair and keep them healthy. Recently, after a long holiday where the sun and salt damaged my hair I went to see Gian and then, like magic, my hair were glossy and shiny again, thank you Gian!

She has remarkable ability to deal with hair that has absolutely no curl, like mine, and achieve a perfect cut every time. Gian has been my hairdresser for 7 years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. His colour skills are fab and he always listens to what I am asking for. No matter how muddled my description is of what I would like my hair to look like, he is able to make sense of it and do exactly what I want. I also love that he always takes the time to recommend the best products for my hair. A special skill in a hairdresser is knowing when it's good to talk and when it's time for quiet. I really value that Gian will recognise this making every trip relaxing and enjoyable. His head massages are also the best! Highly recommend.

Gian Luigi is a skilful artist and has a magic touch even with the most difficult hair (and customers). You get the best of Italy with him all in leafy Islington.
