Changes has been life changing! Best atmosphere and staff. Charlie has been wonderful and is the only person that has made my hair grow in 32 years. Hope you continue doing what you do best for many years because I won't go to any other place.

Loved my visit to Changes for a much needed haircut by Charlie. Friendly service and they’ve put safety measures into place for customers. Very flexible and focused on customer needs. Good value for money especially in London! Also I’ve heard from the staff that the owner topped up their furlough payments and I think that’s wonderfully kind! Love my new hairstyle for the summer. After years of OK hair cuts, I was recommended to Changes/Ken by a friend who always had lovely hair. That was over 20 years ago, and I wouldn't go anywhere else (even though I've moved almost 20 miles away). Ken understands hair, even frizzy ginger stuff, and gives a superb cut and style every time, that lasts...even now my hair has changed with age. I recommended Changes to my mum, and now my daughter comes too. You will always receive a lovely welcome, and you'll walk away at least knowing that your hair looks beautiful (even if the rest of you feels like it's seen better days 😊).

Have just started using changes this year and I have to say I really like it. They have a couple of stylists who do a really good men’s cut, the staff are exceedingly friendly and they always seem to be able to fit me in at the time I want.
