I went to CW to have a ladies cut with Dilyana (Didi). Even though I arrived with a horrible migraine and wasn’t the most present or responsive client, she was always sweet and very professional! She gave me the haircut I wanted and taught me styling techniques :) I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thanks Didi for being so caring and skilled, love my hair 💇🏻‍♀️ Best x Ana R.

Took a trip to London to come to see Kay for my cut and colour. The salon was clean and very professional and all the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Kay did a perfect balayage as usual, I highly recommend her as she's always friendly and attentive. I'm looking forward to my next visit! x

The most incredible hair salon and salon experience there is. You could call me bias as I trained and worked here years back however it goes from strength to strength. It's an environment whereby you will receive incredible levels of customer service along with fantastic hair with non of the we're better than others attitude I've experienced at other salons of a similar stature! I'd recommend this salon to absolutely anyone and everyone!

2019 Update: All 5 stars completely well deserved. Since their successful recovery from the initial hiccup, I've never considered going anywhere else for a haircut. ______________ (3-stars) 2017 Update: You're never really sure when you write a review whether the reviewee takes any notice, but It was a nice surprise when the salon contacted me earlier today to see what they could do to recover the situation and keep me as a client. (extra star for that!) I've been recommended to another of their senior stylists and am booked in for a replacement hair cut this weekend. Fingers crossed that my hope to not have to search for a new salon comes true. - (2-stars) I *was* really happy to have finally found a salon I could see myself returning to for years to come. However, when my stylist left the salon a couple of months ago, it wasn't handled very well. After a couple of weeks of having appointments made and cancelled I was notified by voicemail & text that they'd made me an appointment with another stylist. A junior stylist (though they didn't tell me that.) Once I'd let that haircut grow out, I tried to book again only to discover he was no longer on the team list.

Cannot recommend this lovely salon and team highly enough. Everything that you would expect of an exceptional high end hairdressers - but amazingly totally without the high end price tag! Please do not take notice of any 'horror hair' stories as a hair model - as they simply don't exist at this store. Applied as a model with one of the young team in their training who was fabulous from start to finish. Listened 100% to what I wanted, was eager to learn from the super experienced senior stylist/manager on hand and I was totally thrilled with the cut and overall experience. Super friendly staff, gorgeous contemporary decor, great products and all for.......wait for it a fiver!!! Amazing! Thank you so much for such a lovely hair care experience. An absolute treat and total pleasure.

Absolutely love this salon! I've been going here for years and always come away feeling extremely happy. A big factor for me when having my hair done is that I feel like I'm getting some pampered 'me time' and Charles Worthington doesn't disappoint in this area. I have thick hair - and a lot of it! - and in the past at other salons I've sometimes felt like stylists found this annoying because it takes so much time to do. Nothing is worse than making your customer feel like you don't have time for them - we are paying you for the service after all! Luckily I've never experienced this with my stylists Adam and Russell. From the head massages to the champagne and chocolate brownies, it's definitely a treat worthwhile! Sure, you could probably get your hair done a lot cheaper somewhere else but I guarantee you the end result won't be anywhere near the same!

I have been going to the Percy Street salon for over 8 years now (my stylist is Bill). This is by far the longest I have ever been with a salon so that says it all! I have my hair cut and coloured there on a very regular basis and cannot fault them. My colour is so natural that no one would guess at the amount of grey underneath! I can heartedly recommend.

I have been a customer of Charles Worthington salons since Marc Trinder joined them around 9 years ago. He does an exceptional job and makes me feel like a new woman with every visit. He has deserved the speedy promotion he has achieved and if anyone has any doubts about their style/colour/high lights etc.he is the one to ask. The other stylists I have tried are all exceptionally good and the experience here is always a good one so much so that many of my friends make the trip to London from Kent because they think 'it's worth it'

My hair stylist, Fran, was amazing!! So attentive to what i wanted while still being very professional and realistic about how light i should go and what colors would look the most natural on me. We agreed on a caramel balayage and face framing high lights. It was done beautifully and she washed my hair with so much care. The blow out was amazing too, so bouncy and glamerous-looking. Worth the money, couldnt recommend her more!

Been going to Percy street for a couple of years now under the expert care of the lovely Jo..I use a local hairdresser to do my roots every 3 weeks but travel to London to Jo from Kent for super highlights ..not wishing to be disrespectful to my local lady but Jo has proven that highlights can look natural and multi tonal and not just like a strip of blonde!...Jo is super friendly, we have many discussions whilst I,m having my hair done; from decorating to our shared interest on all things with a shell...her pet turtle and my pet tortoise!
