Charlie's barbers is in my opinion, the best barber shop in London, based just opposite Mornington Crescent tube. Charlie and his apprentice Hamza are both incredible barbers who take their time and give each customer an incredible cut. I have been coming to Charlie's for years. There's always a queue but definately worth the wait ! 10/10.

I have been coming to Charlie’s Barber in Camden Town for years I travel a long way but it’s definitely worth it. Charlies Barber, Hadi Got my haircut today. There is nothing you can say bad about them, In intense times when they are really busy they will always find a way to give you a haircut. I got my haircut by Hadi and without a doubt nothing less then perfect. He didn't rush my hair cut in anyway his attention to detail is fantastic. I have my haircut weekly and have tried numerous different barbers across the city. Charlie’s is certainly the best i have personally experienced. Absolutely brilliant staff Charlie and Georgina are friendly, attentive and really good fun. In regards to the haircut there is no better, listen thoroughly to what you want, unbelievable skin fades and beard trim and most importantly take their time with your hair not finishing until you are 100% satisfied. The care and attention that goes into what they do is a testament to hairdressing. Owner Chopper and sidekick G not only give you five star hair cut but the banter and jokes are laugh at loud. There is a friendly atmosphere as soon as you enter the shop and the hair cuts are Sublime, modern styles cut with good old fashioned skills which are very rare these days. Well this is the number 1 barber in town. If you want to look sharp and know what you want you will get exactly that. There are many barbers in London but there is only one Charlie's.The price is fair and the service is great. In fact I travel 50 minutes - all the way from NW London - to Charlie's to get my hair cut done. Thats how good they are. Best barbershop I have ever been to. Local institution - many customers have been getting their haircut here for over 10 years because of the attention and care given by the barbers. They always listen to what you ask for and give advice as to whether or not that cut will suit you. They are happy to suggest things too. Very busy - usually lots of people waiting especially for Charlie who works in the chair by the window - so best to phone and book. Excellent value for money - not necessarily a 'high end' looking shop but the most important thing is the quality of the haircuts and that is what keeps me going back. Highly recommended.

I'm visiting from San Francisco and have been in London for about a month until I decided to go to a barbershop primarily because I've been hesitant to get a haircut outside of what I'm used to. My friend's friend recommended a guy named "Choppa", so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did. This guy is professional and did an amazing job. The haircut I got was similar to what I would get at a Dominican barbershop in New York. For those of you that don't know, Dominican barbershops in NY are some of the best barbers out there. Highly recommend this place. Please note all barbers cutting at the time I was there were highly skilled as I payed attention to the level of detail they put on their customers. Awesome spot! Now I know I can move to London knowing I got a place I can get a haircut every 2-3 weeks.

Easily the best barbershop in North London! Choppa has been cutting my hair for the last 10 years (23 years old), he's a genius with a pair of clippers. Don't know what I'd do without him. Very rarely do barber's listen, I've found a total of three in my life, Charlie's is one of them. My hair is beautiful, but thick and stubborn with two badly placed cow-licks, so requires the barber to actually pay attention to what I'm saying and interpret it through their expertise, hopefully projecting a bit of themselves into my request. Very, very, rarely does this happen and so 90% of my haircuts suck and so has resulted in an inherent fear of Barbers (funny, right?). At Charlie's, that fear is gone, and I walked away with pretty much exactly what I was looking for, with some interpretation from the Barber that was well-received. it's a shame I cannot visit it more often, but certainly will next time I am in London

First time visiting Charlie's after moving to London from New Zealand. Waited a while for my cut, but the wait was entertainment in itself - Charlie and Georgina have some quality banter going on.
