I went here for the first time yesterday after reading other 5* reviews and I’m so glad I did! I usually hate getting my hair cut, but Lauren was amazing!! She was super friendly, did exactly what I asked for with my hair, and I left there with the healthiest looking hair I’ve had in about 10 years! It was also the first time I’ve walked out of a hairdressers and NOT wanted to go home and restyle my hair after a cut. I will definitely be returning and recommending!

Roger is a genius . I had ny hair curled for the Christmas party, my hair is super fine and doesn't hold shape very well, but this stayed all night. Super happy with it , wash, blow dry then curling tongs and all in an hour.

Charlotte first cut my hair over 20 years ago. My thick, shapeless mane was transformed into super cool swishy cuts that I adored for years. After moving back to Glasgow, I would long for my hair to feel the way it had under Charlotte's magic hands. Now I am living in London once again, I am back in her chair. My cuts last months and colour is sublime. Both salons are beautiful and all staff are professional and really friendly.

Before lockdown I met with Charlotte to discuss my “wedding hair journey” and then I went for months without seeing her! HOWEVER, I used that time to get my hair in the best possible condition it could be, with Charlottes help I made sure I was using the right shampoo and conditioner and regular doses of olaplex. I then had my colour and cut a few weeks before the big day, and wow, my wedding hair was perfection! The tone of colour was simply perfect for me, I felt amazing walking out of the salon, and most importantly my colour felt very me! I could not recommend the team at CC more highly. Visiting either salon is a serious treat and one could never be disappointed! Bella x

This was my first visit to Charlotte Cave and I was very warmly received by all the salon staff including Charlotte. My hair was cut and coloured by Lauren and she was absolutely outstanding. The staff at Charlotte Cave are always welcoming and friendly, there is a very intimate feel to the salon and you're always treated like a VIP (even if you're not one like me)! I've had my hair cut by 3 different stylists here and have always been really happy. I've also had beauty treatments here which have been great, I particularly recommend the weird facial that kind of hoovers your face and then pumps it up with oxygen - probably my best birthday present ever!! I'm always really impressed with how long the stylists take listening to what I want to make sure that I'm happy. Definitely go and give it a try!

I am so happy with my colour. Milano is lovely (as are lauren and the whole team). Milano did a brilliant job. He listened to what I was hoping to achieve and guided me. He was happy to answer all my questions and really dedicated a lot of time to me. The salon itself is so comfortable and chic, and there is every possible refreshment, I felt very pampered. After playing around with fun colours at home and needing to get a grown up look for a promotion I decided to step foot in the Clapham store after a word of mouth recommendation. Charlotte, Manolo and Lauren stripped my hair of all the old colour, put a base colour on, LA balyage, olaplex treatments and cut and blow dry. Charlotte and her team are so warm and welcoming that I instantly felt relaxed and well looked after. I was met by a huge pot of delicious, strong english breakfast tea (a rare find south of the border) which transitioned into fizz once 5pm struck. This was more than a cut and colour. Charlotte Cave is a fabulous haven where your troubles melt away. Excuse the formatting as I'm on my phone and dying to post a review of this fab place! Em x
