Found on treatwell, got a full head of highlights, toner, olaplex and haircut for a very good price. My hair was done by Liz who did an amazing job. I am very pleased with the whole service, the colour and cut was done perfectly and the salon and staff were very pleasant, 10/10 recommend and i will definitely be coming back, thank you!

I initially found this hairdresser on Groupon. I very rarely change hairdresser however my old stylist left the country. Sahel was the chic touch stylist that I had to put my trust in to cut my graduated Bob with. I'm so glad I did as she handled my hair style with precision and care. Such a lovely woman who got the job done exactly how I specified as I'm super fussy. Tha k you soo much I'll be re booking in 6 weeks with you again! Amazing service and results. I got a Brazilian blow dry, i have now washed my hair a few times since and its so silky and completely no maintenance required, my hair dries from the shower like its been blow dried. I have been to other salons before and no where comes close to the results and price of the service here. Sahel was my stylist and she was great, really friendly and also did a good hair cut. As you can tell i recommend!!

Always been very pleased with the service. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and experienced and will give you the right consultation on deciding what hair colour or hair cut to get. Feliz, my stylist, done a full head highlights and was very precise and did an amazing job. They always use moisturising products and Olaplex to protect my hair from damaging during the colouring process. I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

OK this is probably the worst picture ever so I do apologise. But these are my lashes OVER TWO WEEKS later 😍 I had the best service, she was super super friendly and the results have been great. My lashes havent irritated me like they sometimes can do a bit and I definitely have found my new lash technician. Reccomend highly, I will go again

I spent most of my day at the salon! Started off with a mani pedi combo which was really enjoyable! The staff were so lovely and accommodating and made sure my visit was comfortable! Really impressed with my treatment! After I had finished I enquired about my hair as I had it ruined by someone else at another salon and they were very accommodating and fit me in to have it there and then!! Really impressed with the turn out! The colourist had to work with really bad highlights that I already had and she did such a fantastic job! I’ve had a few people ask me where i got my hair done so 10/10 would recommend!! Will definitely be back! Xx

All the staff are Incredibly accommodating and hospitable, which enhances an already lovely environment. Sara (and Selina - not sure if it is the correct spelling) are both great hairdressers. They have both managed to do a great set of highlights which has turned my hair a lovely ash blonde colour, without needing a toner. . (Even though my hair is naturally blonde I’ve had bad experiences of highlights being yellow and orange). The salon is also refreshingly cool. Many thanks, Kirsty

Very rarely do I go to a salon and get exactly what I want. Since moving to London I have been to several different salons and have never gone back. I am very fussy with my hair and expect the hairdresser to deliver amazing results. After visiting Chic Touch today I was extremely happy with the result of my hair (full head of foils, toner and cut) It was exactly what I wanted! I showed a picture to the the lady who did my hair and she matched it exactly. We then discussed a toner for my hair (as I am blonde) and she gave me her professional opinion on what she thinks would best match the picture I am after and she was right! I felt comfortable that my hairdresser was confident in what she was talking about and she very attentive. The staff were lovely and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back and I will be passing on the message of good service to my friends.

Despite now living an ankle-swelling distance from this place, it's still very much a journey worth taking. The staff are intelligent, effusive and - unlike virtually every other hairdresser in London - actually cut your hair to the length and specification you ask them. As an added bonus, the manager, I'm pretty sure, has a photographic memory - he always remembers what I had done the last time I went in - even if the last time was 6 months ago. And if he doesn't remember me and is just guessing, then I'm even more impressed and want to know how he does it. Go there.

Swee is really brilliant and I will keep going back just for her. I have also had treatments with another woman who was also lovely. Last time I went the Manager did charge me £2 more than the advertised price, which was disappointing. I would have give 5 stars had that not happened. To avoid being overcharged, I would advise to pay through Treatwell if you book through Treatwell.

Using my bfs account just to tell everyone the the amazing expirence i always have when i go for treatments, ive been there manu times and their work is fantastic, i wouldnt recommend any other salon... I had very damage hair with a horrible colour because another salon had ruined my hair but the damage to get hair exactly the way i wanted and i never thought thats possible!!! Again ive done treatments and brazilian blow dry which again ive never been more happy with my hair... I would also recommend the shampoo and products they offer as their all great, i purchase from them all the time... Strongly recommend, the staff are veey friendly and polite... I travel 1hour and a half just to be seen bu them!!!

I have tried different treatments with different staff members, but it's always a calm, peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Recently I had a great pedicure from Mariam and Naz did a beautiful job on my eyebrows. I will keep coming back!
