G. C.Second time I have been here, and the service is absolutely great. Had a nice chat while Chris did an excellent job with my hair.
I guess a haircut is only as good as the result, but it is also the other small things that inspire customer loyalty. A friendly atmosphere, nice clean shop, and that little extra touch with the heated wipe afterwards - just perfect.
S. W.I have just had my haircut and close shave by Chris the owner and I was pleasantly surprised by his patience with the amount of time he took concentrating on every little tiny detail. He and I chatted throughout pretty much non stop because he immediately makes you feel welcome and at ease. The price was good and the place is clean so I’ll definitely be going back every six weeks. Well worth a visit if you haven’t been already.
P. N.CJ Barber lounge is a fantastic addition to norbury, I took my godson for a haircut, our temperature’s were check before entering and I was very pleased that Chris the barber is Covid secure and taking all necessary precautions.
