I love this place - they are abundant in staff, welcoming, offer you drinks, take your jacket. Definitely a luxurious salon. I always color and cut my hair with Andrea - been going there over a year and am very pleased. It is quite pricey, but you pay for quality.

Cobella is the only hairdressers I have found that provide the best hair service with personable customer service. Their colour services are to die for, I always leave feeling so much more confident than when I entered and I even receive so many compliments from others about my hair! Jordanna cannot do enough for her clients and it always feels like such a day of pampering when I visit the salon. I felt quite nervous going to the salon during the pandemic but I was gobsmacked at how diligent each member of staff was with health and safety procedures - thank you for putting my mind at ease! As if this isn’t enough, they even offer a Cobella at home service and deliver colour products to your door with instructions and a little goodie bag! You just can’t beat Cobella - highly recommend!

I've been going to Cobella now for about 1 year, and have to say this is by far, out of all my hairdressing experiences the best I have had so far. I cut and colour with Jordanna and Andrea and have to say that they are both amazing and I highly recommend them. Both colour and cuts are always complimented by when I get my locks done. Also, all staff there are super friendly and lovely and I always come out with a big smile on my face. These guys listen to what you say - 11/10 for customer service!Just all in all, can't recommend the salon enough!

Without a doubt best cut and colour I've ever had - I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my hair done since discovering Cobella. I always have my cut and colour done by Jordanna, who is always so patient and quick to make me feel relaxed it's like having my hair done by a friend - Jordanna is an incredibly talented hairdresser and I never leave the salon feeling any less than delighted with the result. 10/10 for Cobella!

The moment you walk into Cobella you are put at ease by the warm and friendly staff. I had never dyed my hair before, however Cece was so friendly and took the time to listen to what I wanted. She gave me great advice and (unlike lots of hairdressers) did EXACTLY what we discussed! I've been to Cobella a few times a now and will be going back. From the modern and relaxing salon to the lovely staff, I cannot recommend enough! I have really curly hair and am always a little worried when I go to a new place for a hair cut, but Jordanna is brilliant! I’ve been going to Cobella for a few years but had a big gap due to a house move. Went back recently and was relieved that they still have a high standard of care and professionalism. Had a fantastic cut by Thomas - it was a big change but I absolutely loved it. I have very thick, frizzy hair, so he advised a Brazilian blow out. Had it done a few weeks ago and so pleased with the result. My hair is super shiny and so much more manageable and I’ve had so many compliments! Well worth the cost.

Whenever I go to Cobella I always feel like the hairdressers offer me really good advice, not just on what cut and colour would suit me but also on how to look after my hair when I am at home. I find all the staff who work there very welcoming and I always leave feeling relaxed and happy with my haircut. I have also had a facial at their downstairs beauty spa which I highly recommend!

Absolutely love this Salon, everything from the reception as you arrive to the massage chairs when having your hair washed! It was an absolute first class experience, i was made to feel nothing but comfortable and welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. Jordanna is a fantastic hairdresser and such a lovely person..nothing is too much! i would recommend this salon a million times over and thank you too all of the staff for making my appointment so effortless.

i am very very impressed how clean, hygienic and safe the salon and staff made me feel due to the circumstances. all staff were wearing PPE and there were screen dividers at every section so i felt more than safe. paying an extra £3 for the PPE was defiantly worth it and would defiantly recommend this salon if you are feeling hesitant to getting your hair done! thank you cobella!

I visited Cobella to get my hair cut and coloured. I get my hair coloured blonde; so I always feel nervous that it will come out the wrong shade. However, the colourist Cilla put me completely at ease. She really listened to my comments in terms of how I wanted my hair to look. I was delighted with the result and felt a million dollars. The salon itself is gorgeous; a tranquil place to be. Now I’ve been to Cobella, I will not be going anywhere else. I would highly recommend this salon. And to top it off, I was made three great cups of tea!

I cannot praise the service I had at this salon enough. It’s a beautiful place, clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Most salons of this size feel stressful but the ambiance of this establishment is unexpectedly relaxing and had a spa like peaceful energy. I went in need a dire change for my hair. I was cheerfully greeted by Helen. Who I soon learned was the pixie pro! She expertly consulted me on what I wanted and formulated a plan for my hair. Helping me get what I wanted when I couldn’t quite articulate it. She used a variety of cutting techniques to produce my favourite pixie to date. I was initially nervous going to a new stylist after years with my prior stylist. But I’m so glad I did! Helen did an expert job. Everyone loves my new super choppy textured dream of a pixie cut. Especially me! Thanks so much Helen your a pro 🌟

Best salon in London. I'm simply in love with the staff, Almaz does the best facials with extractions , exactly the way it should be done. She made my skin look so glowing and baby smooth. My hair has also never been healthier since Cobella looks after it. I usually get Olaplex with my balayage and a deepconditioning Shu Uemura treatment. Andrea and Helen do the colouring and styling for me, this salon is such a game changer, and they are very close to my work as well. Always clean, always good vibes, always the best results, and not unreasonably priced like most of the other high end Kensington salons. Highly highly recommended.

The salon is beautifully modern & offers a 5 star service from the moment you walk in! I saw Thomas to touch up my balayage & he did an amazing job. LA hair in London, couldn’t be happier. He paid excellent attention to detail, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. Good conversation, good music and good vibes. I was also given a stunning cappuccino that had the company logo in chocolate dusting on top, the little details really added to the luxury of my experience. Worth it in every way! I would definitely recommend Cobella & booking with Thomas James if you feel like treating yourself :)

Absolutely love Cobella. Had a scalp bleach done by Thomas James, completely over the moon with the results! In love with my colour exactly what I wanted. Thomas did an excellent job and ensured I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience! Would without a doubt recommend him!

Felt my hair was looking terrible - last hairdresser (not Cobella) had put in terrible dark brown colour underneath blonde highlights -looked very muddy & drab. Phoned Cobella & Thomas took great care to take out brown colour and put in highlights (never great to patch up someone else's mistakes) End result was perfect - exactly what I wanted - he also cut it really well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas & all staff at Cobella couldn't have been nicer.

Cilla is not only so professional but a lovely bubbly girl. I highly recommend Cobella to everyone as all the staff here are fabulous.

I really love cobella! Its super clean and lovely, the shampoo they use is gorgeous and makes my hair feel super soft even washes after and the staff are great! Thomas did my blowdry and it was the best blowdry i have ever had!! He gave me exactly what i wanted- i will deffinatley be returning!
