Very good quality hair salon, Angela did my hair, (the owner) i haven't had it cut since lockdown & she always knows what suits me & listens to what im looking for.. The staff are all very welcoming & friendly & greet you with a smile. You feel you're taken care of in every way.. Very clean & tidy salon, you're made to feel comfortable & relaxed even in these times of covid, i didn't feel worried as they adhere to regulations. Very professional salon, but personal too.

Great hairdressers with lovely people running it. I get my hair cut & coloured by the owner & she is extremely sensitive to what your after with additional advice or suggestions from her knowledge & extensive experience. This salon has a chatty & friendly atmosphere but you can still just relax also, so I feel the balance of good conversation and 'chill time' is well balanced. I'm surprised at the low review below as the staff here are very friendly.. perhaps what that reviewer thought was about her hair extensions was not? As any hairdressers I've ever been to, the staff do chat about everything and anything, so before giving such a low review, speak to the owner! She's genuinely a cool female! :) I recommend this salon, I think they really care that you're happy with your end result. I'm about to book in again for a touch up. I'd suggest to anyone in doubt, just communicate with the salon, they're happy to help.. I'm really OCD about my hair (it's difficult & fine but I want it long & full!) and they have worked with me over a few cuts & colours to get where I want, each cut was good, but they got better & better as the salon refined what I want.

Had the most amazing cut and dry from Annie! Hadn't been to hairdresser for so long, treated myself on wedding day and was delighted with the result, and a lovely experience too. Highly recommend!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I 've never been so pleased with a hairdresser as I've been with Angela! What makes her stand out is not only her experience but that she takes the time for consulting with you before cutting. She made sure she understood what I wanted, not just by saying 'yes' but by rephrasing what I wanted in her own words and pointing out with her hands what it would like on me in terms of length and cut. She really thinks with you about what will look good on you and how much you want to style your hair on a daily basis. While cutting she also kept explaining what she was doing which was a hug relief for me after so many disappointing experiences elsewhere. Of course I wouldn't be raving if the quality of the cut wasn't excellent every time. And it actually makes styling in the morning a breeze. Also the price is very reasonable compared to other salons in London. My only recommendation for the salon would be to update the interior as that looks quite dated and would help to attract more new clients. Although I can imagine that's not a big issue. Thanks so much Angela for your help, I'm sad to have moved abroad but perhaps I'll pop in for a cut one day again!

The word is in her very name. Angela is my Hair ANGEL! Without fail, I go to her every time I need a trim, layer or have 16 inches chopped off for charity (shout out to The Little Princess Trust) which is what happened before Christmas. Angela is one of the rare gifts who know how to cut thick Asian hair without thinning it or making it dry. For every day Cocoon exists, my business will go no place else.

I had yet another fantastic hair experience at Cocoon last week. Coloured, cut and styled. The skill of the colouring team always amazes me. And their talent must really show through because I had a number of unsolicited compliments from strangers 😀 both on Saturday-day and again on Sunday 🙂 Because of my own natural uneven colour Angela and Aliki have evolved a three-colour treatment for me that looks exceptionally natural, adds lustre, and has both variations of tone and depth. I too have heaps of very straight, fairly fine hair. Angela cut it with the skill and speed of a seasoned professional, and in no time at all made me look fabulous ......even if I say so myself😂 I love my visits to Cocoon. They’re a super salon, a lovely relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and with über professional results. I always walk out the door with my shoulders back, my head held high and feeling fantastic. It’s a five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ experience every time. Thank you all 😍

I went in here randomly as a walk in and ended up with the best haircut I've had in years. Tasha did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. There was absolutely no pushy up selling, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and professional. I'll be going here from now on and would definitely recommend them.

Cocoon is my go to place for all hair and beauty. I was offered a glass of wine as soon as i sat down. Talk about 5 star treatment. I love the results here, i used to go into notting hill to get my hair done but now I come here as it seems to be just as good as a west end salon in the heart of chiswick. The staff are also a joy and so professional.

Fantastic place! Great atmosphere, friendly and chatty. I dropped in on a day off as i saw they were accepting walk ins, i wanted a bit of a re-style but nothing too dramatic and the person who served me got it just right. I was expecting a huge price tag at the end but i was surprised that it wasnt as expensive as i thought it would be, i will come again definitely!
