E. B.If you're like me and don't know what to tell your barber for the haircut, Mr Sam will look after you exceptionally well. His colleagues will welcome you and treat you nicely and Mr Sam will make sure you understand your hair needs and keep you comfortable. 100% recommend this place!
D.Finally managed to book an appointment after lock down. My hair looked dreadful after over 1 year of DIY. The shop was spotless clean. The procedures and protection against covid are way over the standard I saw on other places. Gabriel and the other lady were extremely professional. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back.

B. W.Great Hair Salon! Been going for the last 5/6 years. Very easy booking process via the app or over the phone. Always welcoming, engaging and listen to your requirements. Sam the owner is a character! Always keen for a chat and a laugh! He gives great advice and insight as do all his staff. The experience is great they always offer you a drink (Beer!), two hair washes and take there time to ensure you get the haircut you want. Couldn’t recommend it anymore.
J. W.Technically the best haircut I've ever had, literally perfect (I used to cut hair and always pay very close attention to what the barber is doing). The only disappointment was I thought is was going ti be £20 and it was £30, I think the pricing should be clearer or explained in person before starting. If I ever wanted to treat myself I would go again, it was an exceptionally good cut.. Lovely atmosphere but interior is a bit shabby for the prices.
M. D.Been going to this hairdressers for years, they are always friendly and it's always easy enough to make an appointment. They always do a great job: cut and finish.
They additionally do a rewards scheme, which is great, last time I used the "Facial Grooming Shave" which was really professional and best shave I've ever had!
Would absolutely recommend.
B. M.I went to the one in Fulham, Sam was great. He took time and care, it didn't feel like he was rushing my haircut. He seemed to really have a love for his job and sounded like he knew what he was doing. Great guy and full of experience. Best barber I've had so far will definitely come back again just so that Sam can cut my hair again.
O. T.Crew Experience on the Lower Richmond Road is great. Booking an appointment is super easy and being able to arrive and sit down immediately as opposed to waiting half an hour in a queue is a revelation! They take politeness and customer service to a new level and the hair cut was better than I’ve had elsewhere. So yes it’s more expensive than elsewhere but certainly worth the extra, I will continue to go back.
W. W.Friendly, spacious and busy Barber shop. Didn't start immediately, which was okay as I read the magazines and relaxed.
When the haircut started I was offered a drink (even a free beer) which was great. My hair was washed before and after which I didn't expect. They spent quite a long time on my hair with quite a good result, I'm happy with it :)

D.Initially I had a minor incident at Crew on my first visit, instead of throwing up a damning review for all to read I emailed the guys with my very slight issue - they phoned to acknowledge the email and responded with a phone call and an email from the manager the next day. It was genuinely touching to have such contact from a small complaint and the guys have been cutting my hair ever since. They are the best in Fulham and further a field from my experience - lovely guys working there and the crew experience is something I actually look forward to instead of a 6 weekly necessity as it used to be!!!
L. T.Travel from Wimbledon to get my hair cut here just because their service is so far ahead of the rest it's unreal. Perfect hair cut every time. Always have a great chat with the barbers there. Personally, I love the reward scheme and I'm always looking forward to what I get next. Book your self in and see for your self.
A. G.Very nice team running the place with some very comfy slightly old fashioned barbers chairs to settle into. Just had a big remodelling in there and looking very up to date and professional. You can also get hot towel shaves there too which are a nice indulgence occasionally.
W. S.I've been going there for at least 5 years and love the service. Never disappointed. Sam and Romain are very attentive and know what cut I want. Also like their loyalty programme which earns you free grooming products and even a wet shave or a spa treatment.

D. S.If you are a man with a face with stubble then please come to the Crew team. This experience was exceptional, the service was unparalleled to any service I have had in London. the Staff are friendly genuine and have the highest level of skill when it comes to male maintenance. I had a facial and towel shave bought for me by my wonderful fiancée and it was the best present of 2014. Cannot recommend this place enough. I will be back!

I recently also held a pre wedding event for my ushers (5 of us in total) including the hot towel shave which was superb. Sam and his team really did a great job. Good banter and such a relaxing time too, exactly what the doctor ordered for the start to a very special day. I couldnt recommend it enough!

D. K.First visit to Crew today and I have to say this is the best hairdressing service I have ever received. Two washes, coffee, great advice and lots of friendly chat for only £18.50. If I wanted, instead of coffee they had juices, teas and even beer on offer! Beautifully presented salon with flower beds out front and a clean, classic American vibe inside. Far more value per pound than Supercuts below, or Toni and Guy above. Left with a great haircut and a loyalty card offering money off or free products every 2-3 haircuts. Very highly recommended!
