Sylvana has been styling my hair for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier with her talent and artistry. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere, good conversation, and seeing the smiles of other clients as they leave the salon. I highly recommend Crystalise Salon!

Super happy with my balayage! I had gone 10 months without a balayage. What I did do, however, was damage my hair with semi-permanent box colors. My hair is naturally dark blonde but it had gone all reddish due to pigmentation. So Silvana did a color correction for me, gave me a ton of dimension with highlights, blended expertly my roots with lengths, did an olaplex treatment to give me a silky soft feel and overall breathed new life into my hair! She was super lovely and friendly and so was the whole team at the salon. The salon is cute, cozy, and at a central location which is easy to find. They also offer products you can get to keep up your color after your visit. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London and can highly recommend!

I've been going to Crystalise for almost 3 years and have even moved but travel to see Silvana every few months, she is that amazing! I have dark hair, which is died blonde. I'm incredibly fussy with the colour and Silvana does an amazing job on the colour every time. I also had really damaged hair, which Silvana has fixed & now keeps in amazing condition. Lovely wider team in the salon too. Highly recommend!

Sylvana did an amazing caramel balayage and cut/blow dry for me. Everyone at the salon was so sweet and helpful, and the head massage while washing out the toner was incredible!

Silvana has been colouring my hair for 3 years and she is hands down the best colourist I have ever met, a true artist. I have dark hair with a lot of red pigment and Silvana has worked magic to make my hair platinum blonde last summer with no brassy tones and no real damage to the hair. I travel 1.5h each way across London every 6 weeks for my hair appointment and it’s 100 % worth it.

Do you know when you find a hairdresser that you love and you just stick to it? That’s what I’m gonna do with this salon. The best place I have ever been for a haircut and balayage. Miranda was amazing, patient, kind and talented. This was the first time I had been to Crystalise after a few recommendations and I cannot recommend this place enough. Hands down the best and nicest hair dressers in town. I know there are a lot highly qualified hair dressers in London, but when I first moved here it was super difficult to find one. A former colleague of mine recommended them back in 2015 and I come here ever since. The salon is clean and the whole team is skilled, super friendly and they really listen to your wishes but also do what's best for your hair. Before lockdown #2 starts this week, they go above and beyond to see as many clients as possible and still stay super professional although I can only imagine there is a lot of pressure. It's a shame they have to close for yet another month.

I was seen by silvana. She was AMAZING. Firstly, my hair is perfect and I’ve struggled to find salons that actually listen. This salon listens and helps you go even better. They just know... you know? 🥰 Secondly, it’s like a family there. They welcome everyone and literally all the staff are kind and helpful it makes you not want to leave at all!! I first went to Crystalise and starting having my hair done by Sylvana approximately 18 months ago. My hair was in such bad condition which I thought was just because of highlighting. Absolutely amazing salon. I was straight away given a seat, no waiting around , offered a drink which I chose a glass of champagne. Had a very professional consultation, the stylist felt like she could read my mind and like she pictured exactly what I wanted and she somehow managed to give me the hair colour that I wanted for a long time and most importantly my hair doesn’t feel like has been bleached at all, actually feels better. I came here for my first haircut since regrowth following chemotherapy. Silvana gave me such a warm welcome, and my stylist really listened to me and understood my anxiety around chopping my newly grown hair into shape! They were all just so lovely, and the salon has a really warm and calm feel. Such an amazing experience with this salon. I found Crystalise through Treatwell three years ago and I haven't trusted anyone else with my hair since. It takes me about an hour to get there since moving to East London, but is so worth the trek. A few different colourists and stylists have done my hair (balayage, medium to long length) - and it's turned out beautiful each time. Would definitely recommend.

As always I left the salon today feeling fabulous. The team is friendly & professional and the salon is decorated with very good taste too. Both my son and I have been coming to the salon for years. Highly recommended! Oh and the lady at the bac does the best head massage in London! Thank you Crystalise team for making me feel gorgeous while at the same time letting have a relaxing moment!

Crystalise Salon is like my home away from home! Everyone there is talented and knowledgeable. I’ve had an appointment with almost all the staff but Silvana was my first stylist and she holds a special place in my heart and hair! I’ve had cuts, colors, olaplex, massages and blow outs. Being a newbie in London, it was hard finding a spot I could call my own & trust. Went into crystalise not knowing what to expect but from the reviews I read, I felt convinced I would give it a try. And I must say it was a great decision! Sylvia consulted and assisted me in making my choice for balayage. She walked me through step by step and helped reassure me that if I didn’t like something, it could be adjusted to my liking. And I must say, I absolutely love the balayage & my new look! Sylvia did the actual color processing & Carlos cut and curled my hair. The salon is very clean with a posh vibe. Everyone who works there feels more like a family & most clients were being greeted by their first names (which is always a good sign since many were repeat customers). I had been looking on Treatwell for a while for a hair salon I felt comfortable with and Chrystalise ticked all the boxes.
