Steve was lovely, he advised on the type of cut I wanted and I felt comfortable. I wanted a scissor cut - the top long with the sides just long enough to tuck behind my ear. He cut the top part to exactly what I wanted however he did cut the sides way too short but did a great job at fixing it up with the clippers. Overall good exp.

Great experience - Beth understood exactly what I wanted both in terms of colour and cut. She managed to re-create my natural colour perfectly to cover roots/greys and cut is great, very happy. I did not expect such good service with that price. The team is excellent in their job, very friendly and welcoming. They did my hair so well and gave me a very good quality serum to look after my hair that lots if friends at work took their address. Their shampoo and conditioners are all organic and equipment are clean.

I was hesitant to get my hair cut but obviously the reviews are convincing. Tom cut my hair, low skin fade. Very impressed by this perfectionist :D, good vibes and would consistently rebook. Spending the extra gets you the cut you want by a barber/hairdresser at a higher caliber.

Jonny has been cutting my hair for the last six years and I would never go anywhere else. He always does a great job and also knows to not try and engage in chat if I've got a raging hangover! This is a great salon with a really relaxed atmosphere. Water, coffee, tea and local beers are on offer for free as part of the experience so what's not to love?! Highly recommended and a good price too.

UPDATE: I wanted to update since COVID hit. This place will have been hit very heavily, like a lot of places. I genuinely hope that they come out the other side of this, because I've realised just how much I value them. Tom, looking forward to being back! Previous: I know the prices are quite high, but it is honestly the best barbers in the area by some distance. I'm a tight so-and-so but I'm happy to part with my cash here, as they are consistently great. Nice coffee too. Recommended.

Marc at Cut Throat Peckham gave me an excellent beard trim. He turned what was previously a bushy mess into something much tidier and smarter. He took his time, was very careful with what he did and his skilful barbering produced a great overall result. And to top it off he was good fun to chat to as well. I'll definitely be coming back.

I left the salong feeling so fine and he really brought my very damanaged hair back to life! You could really tell that he knew exactly what he was doing. Most of their clients are guys. Im very hesitant when it comes to getting my hair cut as so few salons listen to what style youd like to have. I saw Johnny by luck more than anything as id inadvertantly booked the wrong type of appointment. Really laid back vibe, with 3 guys that go the extra mile to give you the best haircut they can. Very happy with my haircut! Actually got in touch with James at CutThroat after having my hair butchered at another hair salon on nearby Bellenden road. He was super nice and accommodating. James 'rectified' my hair, cutting it dry and sorting out the terrible cut from the other place. I now have a lovely haircut and my bad experience was turned into a great one. Thanks James! and also, for charging me less then the full price. Will definitely return for my next cut.
