I've tried a few different barbers since moving to London last year and Adrian at Cutters Yard is by far the best. Would highly recommend for a hair cut and beard trim! You can tell that he takes pride in what he does - not only is he a great barber but he's a great lad too and the time in the chair flies by.

They have nice coffee here and play an eclectic choice of music. My hairdresser was knowledgeable about hair and shared his knowledge with me. I’ve had six haircuts and beard trims with cutters yard so far, it’s a steep price but when it’s good it’s worth it. Four cuts have been very good and a boost to confidence, one was ok as it was rushed, the last one I had to fix at home as my beard was lopsided. I’m disappointed and unsure if I should try them again. **I’ve changed my review from two stars to five stars following a call from Cutters Yard to talk through my experience and an offer to make good. Excellent customer service, and I’m pleased to have found a good barber.

Got my hair cut by Wassim over at the Southwark location (although he usually works at London Bridge), and he did a seriously good job! Been a couple of times to London Bridge branch and always left happy, this time I went to Southwark for restyle and Beard trim as I looked a right mess coming out of lockdown. Danny did the cut and beard. I can honestly say it’s the best experience and cut I have ever had. I had a great haircut with Zaprin yesterday. He took his time, used various techniques and was very attentive to detail that resulted in a perfect fade. With the same money I spend here for a dry cut in Italy I'd have shampoo+cut+beard, but – hey – it's London! Staff are all very polite and welcoming when you arrive and offer a drink of your choosing (including a beer, but I would recommend the Monmouth coffee they serve too). In terms of barbers they’re all great but I would highly recommend Jack. He always has good chat and makes sure that you’re happy with the cut as he’s doing it. Jack is also great at recommending which products are best for your hair and gives advice on how to style it properly at home for lazy people like me!

Went here for the first time yesterday after the misfortune of rubbish local barbers who claim to be barbers. So, I decided to go to a proper hair grooming barbers after a recommendation and I had a barber called Pandy. Pandy was absolutely great and very calm, attentive and very professional. He listened to my request and took time to look at my photos of previous failed haircuts which I asked to show him of what I didn’t want. He knew exactly what to do and how my hair works and did the job perfectly to my satisfaction. I had a wash and cut. The cut was so professional I couldn’t even feel the comb or the razor, very smooth cut. The shop is very welcoming and greeting with free drinks available. The price I paid was definitely worth the quality of service and after many months of trashed hair I can say I finally got my style back.

I’ve been coming here pretty much since it opened just under 2 years ago, with my go to barber being Jack. It’s a great place to come for a haircut and/or coffee (Monmouth is probably the best coffee south of the river), and I’m always happy with the barbering work with any requests fulfilled. Usually Jack himself is also quite happy to make suggestions if you’re looking for a slightly different style to the usual. The atmosphere itself is always pleasant and relaxing, with staff friendly and attentive, and as for other services avaliable, for a barbershop there is quite a wide array on offer for the ‘modern man,’ such as facials or beard trims, and I’m sure each are just as good as barbering and coffee! My tip would be to make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment!

My barber Anisha was fantastic. The consultation didn’t feel rushed and she put up with my indecisiveness and helped me choose the perfect cut. If you’ve not been in, definitely try this place out!!

I was feeling stressed, as I'd accidentally booked for Southwark, not London Bridge, and only found that out a couple of hours before! But from the moment I got there, the service was sympathetic, polite and friendly. It was after 5, so no coffee, but I asked for and was given a Coke. I was early and they started cutting my hair ahead of the appointment time, which allowed me to return to work earlier. I had an enormous, Covid-19 mop of hair and the guy first asked me how I wanted it done; listened attentively and asked questions; then he washed my hair. I'd asked for No.3 on the back and sides and 3/4" trimmed off the top. He cut it and then clipped it, expertly, unfazed by the vast quantity of hair and I was basically transformed! He was genuinely friendly during the cut and also during the checkout and I'm almost sorry that I will be reverting to the London Bridge branch going forward! £32 for a wash and cut; I think it is £27 for your very first cut. For me it is very convenient, as it is just across the road from my work: in the London Bridge Station shopping complex. It makes getting your hair cut more of a treat than a chore!

I’ve been having my hair cut here since it opened years ago and have generally always had a good experience no matter who the barber is. The combination of traditional barbering with some Aveda spa-type treatments makes this place a cut above the norm, as does the offer of good coffee and even whisky! There’s always room for improvement, hence 4 rather than 5 stars. For a start I think a more curated playlist that was less generic commercial ‘dance’ would help amp up the good vibes.

They know how to cut hair. Simple. Cheaper barber shops (especially outside of London) will ruin your crown line and fail at the basics, such as fades. It can take 3 months + for your hair to recover so soend the money here and get a good trim! Coffee is good too :)

I am a female and was initially a bit apprehensive about walking into a male grooming salon to stop for a coffee. Upon entering it was immediately clear that I had no need to feel this way whatsoever! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the coffee was AMAZING! I am a fan of interior design and the salon looks and feels fantastic - Cutters Yard have clearly filled a gap in the market for high end male grooming! I ended up booking my husband (and Dad subsequently!) in for treatments and they couldn't speak highly enough of the services they each received. The prices are a bit higher than they would previously have paid but absolutely worth it they said for the quality of service, length of treatment time, and "special touches" such as a complementary drink and invaluable product advice. They have now switched to using Aveda products. Plus, I have since booked myself into the Aveda female salon and have had an excellent service there too. Highly recommend even if you are not from the area - it's worth the trip. Thank you Cutters Yard!

This was my third visit to the London Bridge Cutters Yard and could not recommend it enough. The service is incredible, so friendly and relaxed. I had my hair cut by Traian, for the third time, and he's just great. He talks through what he's going to do and also listens to any concerns you may have. For me, one of the best things is (and I don't know whether they keep booking notes for each customer or whether Traian just remembers them all) but he knew how I had my haircut the last time. I always feel so out of my depth, and unknowledgable, when a hairdresser asks "What can I do for you?" so having someone who already knows is just a great comfort. Definetly will be returning again, great location, great service and a great haircut.

This was my first visit, and I thought I'd give it a try as I'd noticed it a few times before walking by to/from London Bridge station, and I can safely say my experience was by far the best I've ever had, and I've been to many different barbers & hairdressers. I was fortunate enough to have Traian looking after me; he was so friendly, enthusiastic, and it came across so clearly that he really cares about his work, and making his clients as happy and comfortable as possible - a real credit to the company. I really can't see myself going anywhere else.

Honestly the best haircut I've ever had. The price is on the upper end of what I'd usually pay but the barber Charlie was great. I was also given a free Monmouth coffee with my cut too.
