I have no idea where to start. I moved to Surrey a few months ago and today was in desperate need of sorting out my hair. Honestly, I have never felt so satisfied with the service, not only did I learn things about what styles are appropriate for my hair but I was treated with the best care. No matter what she is so friendly and will explain things with great detail. Delady now has a customer for life.

De lady salon was everything I've been looking for in a salon. Clean, professional, and extremely welcoming. De lady is extremely knowledgeable not just on the products she uses but also on hair chemistry, maintenance and styling. After many years of delving in and out of weaves with leave outs the front of my hair was weak and heat damaged, however De lady worked her magic and not only treated my hair but trimmed it and styled it in a way that noone would have guessed the front of my hair was damaged. She took the time to ensure I left the salon feeling and looking great. What a wonderful experience.

I took a chance almost 4 years ago when I first arrived in London with De-Lady and I have been so thrilled with her skills. I have never left the salon unhappy with my hair, she cares about the hair and you can tell she loves what she does. I visited De-Lady for the first time yesterday and let's just say it won't be the last. She is very knowledgeable, kind and a high spirited lady that my experience at her new salon (which I must say is amazing!) was excellent. I did see a small number of reviews claiming that she was rude and I've got say please ignore! If she is a naturally rude person then I am the pope!! I didn't know exactly what I wanted so I took her advice and now I am more than happy with the results. I've been trying to grow my hair for 4 years due to previous damage and this is the first time I have hope that it will grow from the advice received. Thank you De-Lady, even though I live in Scotland I will definitely be back again.

I have been going to Delady salon for over three years. I completely trust Delady with my hair. I have seen her work wonders on others and above all on myself. My last visit there she managed to fit me in with several clients during the day and stayed late to ensure my hair was done properly. She truly goes above and beyond and cares deeply about haircare, which she does so well. I would strongly recommend going to her. What is there not to recommend about De-lady Salon? Well... Friends, there is obsolutely nothing not to recommend about De-lady Salon and Lady herself, she is an Anointed pair of hands and this is the obsolute truth. After many years of FB friendship contemplating whether I should take my two young beautiful curly long and thick hair beauties on a journey to London from Hampshire to get both their hairs done (wash, treatment, blow dry, ends clip, flat iron). Let's say the complete works for kids. I finally took the plunged and did just that yesterday 9/8/2019. We all were wonderfully surprised and amazingly blessed by the genuine welcome and love that was awaiting us at De-Lady Salon by Lady herself. My two girls are SUPER THRILLED by the Amazin results and the bespoke services that they both received from Lady. Myself as a very particular and super protective mommy, I was totally disarmed by Lady's professionalism, friendliness, her knowledge of her profession (hair) and her ability to make her clients no matter what age feels totally secured and comfortable in her presence. We have decided that we will be making the journey from Hampshire to De-Lady Salon every 2 months to get the 2 girls hairs done. Thank you so much Lady!!! You are an absolute legend. May God Mercy continues to locate you and forever speaks on your behalf.

Delady is the best hairdresser I have had in London in the 10 years that I have lived here. Delady takes care of all her customers personally and is passionate about her work...which is surprisingly rare in London salons. Over the last few years I have done various keratin treatments and cuts and have been very happy with the results. Having very unpredictable thick mixed race hair it is hard to find hair professionals who understand it, and can explain how to take care of it. Thanks Delady for your excellent service and always being so nice and caring.

Ok, so I never really write reviews however I thinks it's only fair since I found this hair salon online in 2015... Its now 2018 so you all should already know how I feel about this salon and the hairdresser. Since being at the DE LADY hair salon I have had such a different experience with my hair... In a good way of course. Not only do you get good and friendly service from Lady but you never leave without what you asked for and more. I never really understood how good she was until I went to a new hairdresser for a quick relaxer and ended up with damaged hair, when I returned back to DE LADY hair salon, she explained what had happened to my hair and how we can start on the road to repairs with treatment and protective styles, my hair is now pass shoulder length (Which my hair has never been) and in such good condition. You get exactly what you pay for and MORE ! She is very informed and knows the science behind hair which unfortunately not all afro-caribbean hairdressers know which is where we go wrong. Many of Lady's clients have all got a story to tell, like myself about bad hair experiences but Lady is always there to repair the hair and remove all concerns and stigma about Afro Caribbean hair not being able to grow long. She can literally do everything. She knows all her clients on a personal level which helps her to give the best service, I am honestly so happy I read that reviews in 2015 and think it's only fair others get a chance to receive such great service

My hair is very thick and coarse and it's natural. I have been looking for a lot of hair salons that can do my hair properly without putting a perm relaxer on it. De-lady was very friendly and recommended keratin hair treatment as an alternative to detangle the hair without a strong chemical product. It worked and now not only has my hair become more manageable but it's still natural. I definitely recommend this hair salon for their good customer services and the fact that De-lady takes a look at ones hair and gives good advice on what hair treatment will be suitable for its condition and tips on how to maintain the hair.

I was with my wife visiting from the United States when she needed her hair done. We were staying by Waterloo Station so we found the De Lady Salon. While I was waiting, I noticed that the stylist Lady was also a trained scientist by the conversation. I had never seen another stylist with the knowledge and level of skill that she had. Visited this salon for the first time today and I must say I was blown away with how my hair felt, looked everything, the staff are very welcoming and the owner she sure has a lot of knowledge on hair not just how to style hair but she knows what's best for different hair types textures and can even recommend and suggest a variety of products to use if you are suffering with damaged hair or scalp problems. A beautiful salon and wonderful owner who is passionate in what she does thank you so much, to anyone looking for a long term or professional hair dresser/stylist I would most definitely recommend this salon.

I come from Sweden,my husband is from Los Angeles, we came to De-Salon when we visited London. Ms Lady is Amazing! Her warm enthusiasm meet you when you come in to the salon ! She makes you feel so welcome and is very passionate about her work. My husband has curly hair and got a great new haircut that framed his face and made him look younger. My hair is mixed curly/afro, and I got a haircut too,flatironed and styled. My hair feels very soft afterwards and love shaking it. Ms Lady takes great interest in the scientific aspect of hair, methods and products and helps you explain what you need and why. She really loves what she is does and all costumers I see leaves the salon with a smile. So did we.

The service was lovely, it is provided based on you're preference. However all the multiple fees/ pricing were confusing for me. So be prepared to spend more than you expect because thing have individual pricing. The owner is very passionate about hair she knows her stuff!!
