What an amazing salon! Joe is so lovely. He and his wife have a charity called Hair Reborn for people who have lost hair through cancer treatment. I went to have my hair shaved this morning as I have lost it through radiotherapy for a brain tumour and Joe made me feel so welcome and comfortable. He was checking in with me every step of the way making sure I was OK. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you so much again Joe and Lina please support their charity HAIR REBORN

I booked in for a ladies cut and blow dry with Darren, after another salon left me with hair shorter than I asked for and an uneven cut. Darren made me feel completely at ease and assured me he could fix the mistakes that had been made. I got much more than a hair cut, I got lots of information about my hair and how to properly care for it. I left the salon with my hair looking great and I felt amazing.

This was my first time at Esente Hair. I was looking for a hairdresser near my home as I usually was going to place near my work. I read the reviews and booked my appointment right for next day. I was really pleasantly surprised - my hair looked great, it was what I wanted, but done in a way that "got along" with my hair rather than forced it into something which wouldn't work next day. The hair was looking healthy and I got advice what to do to improve the quality of my hair. My boyfriend and family approved of my new haircut 😃

I spent years being a promiscuous commitment-phobe when it came to my hair, but all that changed when I met the follicle-love-of-my-life, Heather. I am proud to say we have now been happily engaged in a beautiful cut and colour based relationship for 4 solid years. Trust me when I say, for me, that’s like a diamond wedding anniversary. She is so so talented, so so lovely and wonderful to talk to (very important in a hairdresser). The salon, Joe, and all support staff and team, have always made me feel so welcome. I love it there. I had such a good experience at Esente (Feb 2020). My hairdresser was Darren who is super knowledgeable (i am now using a comb when conditioning!!) and gave me such a great cut. Would 100% recommend. Looking forward to coming in again soon.

I would highly recommend the salon! I was pretty unsure what i needed or wanted to do. Darren was brilliant and took the time to listen and explain everything so i didn't feel pressured at all and every step explain and check in to ensure no surprises. At the moment I’m a frequent customer for my highlights and am very happy with my colour specialist (Rebecca) as she is not only an amazing hair stylist but also has a truly lovely personality. I had a really excellent experience with Joe at Esente Hair. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed - It is a beautiful salon and all the staff are very friendly. I visited Esente Hair as part of the Hair Reborn programme, started by Joe. What an excellent and important thing he is doing. Losing one’s hair due to cancer treatment can be charged with a whole range of emotions, all of which Joe was sensitive and understanding of. I came to the salon with only six weeks of hair growth and was worried Joe wouldn’t be able to do anything with my new, wiry locks! However, he was super confident which made me feel confident too! I left Esente with a truly lovely mini pixie cut which I love. After covering my head with scarves and hats for six months, I have really been enjoying showing off my new ‘do’ and have had many compliments about how stylish the cut is! Honestly, my hair really does feel reborn and that is all due to Joe’s hard work, warmth and professionalism. A huge thank you to Esente! Looking forward to my next visit.
