Such a great salon! The friendliest staff, so nice and couldn’t be more accommodating. I was running an hour late (because tubes and buses were down and there was a big race on so roads were closed!) and they were so so understanding and kept the salon open well after closing just for me. So kind! They didn’t rush anything. Seriously thorough and amazing value for money. And... they lent me a pair of flip flops to go home in as my sandals weren’t good for not smudging the pedicure! Seriously so generous and kind! I went for nails so don’t know about hair but definitely recommend them. Really great service, so clean and thorough and very beautiful nails. Will be returning (and not just to return the flip flops!).

I had an appointment for wash, cut and blow dry in the Figaro London salon. The moment I stepped in the salon I felt it was a very friendly, nice environment. Relaxing music, comfy sofa. They offered me a lovely coffee as well. Balazs (my hairdresser) and I talked a lot about my ideas while he was examining my hair’s texture. He was very patient, friendly and very professional. He recommended new techniques and products specifically for my hair type without ever being too pushy. As I came 2 days before Christmas I’ve got a little present from them, a skin mask and a cool shopping tote bag. Thanks for this amazing experience, I will definitely come back. Very friendly, welcoming and attentive. I chose this place because it was close to my work but importantly it stood out because it had good reviews. I really appreciated them fitting me in at short notice (that evening after work). My stylist did a great cut, meticulous in fact, with just the right balance of listening to my requirements and making suggestions. Afterwards they gave me lots of advice about caring for my hair. The coffee I received was fabulous and I even got to choose the music playing in the salon! Nice touch!

This has been my go-to salon for facials and hair. The moment you enter, you feel so welcome, the staff is very kind and of course professional. I can't wait to go back here for nails too as they're very picky about staff, they recruit the top and I know that their manicure has been wonderful and I just learned that a new manicurist is starting soon. Great Service ! I had a Kerasilk Treatment here Feb 17 and the staff and whole process was faultless. I have had several of these treatments in Sydney but this was my first in the UK and I was a little apprehensive going to a new salon however, the team at Figaro went about and beyond. I was really happy with the treatment and the amount of time, care and detail they put into it. The team are all really friendly and create a really nice atmosphere within the salon. Will definitely be back again!

Highly recommend Figaro for male hair cutting. First time I cut my hair in London was in a fancy gentleman barbershop and it was terrible. Then I turn to Figaro, and they definitely deliver my expectation. Look for a cutter named "Thomas", he did a very good job cutting my hair and styling it. The only downside is that it came with a price. They charge, I would say, a little too expensive compared with the barbershop I previously visit . Will definitely come back for my next haircut.

I first visited Figaro London Hair over a year ago when in search of a new hairdresser I purchased a voucher. I came there ever since (and I have short hairstyle so need a cut every two months) and now living in Hampshire still come to the capital just to cut my hair. A real hidden gem in London! Found this place on treatwell and first time there today it was a really positive experience. Bea is so lovely and really friendly! Clean, unique and personal salon. Bea listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job - best blow dry and gave the exact result I asked for. We even discussed colours and I now cannot wait to have her dye my hair a new colour soon! Really recommend it here you won't be disappointed!

I arrived in London for an event having a real hair emergency! I was very worried that I would be either too embarrassed to attend or that if I did go that I would not be able to enjoy myself. I was on a very tight schedule and had little time for any hair dresser to fix the state my hair was is properly. Figaro Salon is located directly across from the Thistle Barbican where I was staying and the concierge staff highly recommended that I go there. I was welcomed warmly and delighted that they could take me and that they seemed confident that they would be able to take on my hair challenge with its contrasting colors and different lengths.Tomas helped me to relax with a wonderful scalp message and a delicious cup of espresso. I asked him to use his own judgement fixing my hair, that my only concern was to feel good about myself. He was just wonderful with me! He came up with a very flattering cut and styled it beautifully for my face. I ended up attending the Queen's Tea Party at Buckingham Palace feeling great! I highly recommend Tomas and Figaro Salon for their kindness and their amazing skills.

Fantastic sevice!!!! 100% recommended!!!! It was a pleasant surprise, I feel totally blown away! I decided to pop in for a quick hair cut because the shop looked very attractive from the outside, and my impressions were right. They were very friendly and provided me excellent and very professional service. While I was waiting they offerd me a refreshing herbal tea as well, which was much appreciated. I felt so relaxed and very well looked after in the salon, so I decided to try a head and shoulder massage too. Which was again excellent! Couldn't ask for any better. I found Figaro after having a horrifying experience with another salon. I had agreed to become a hair demo model for the Toni and Guy Academy for a recent International hair show. This was most definitely the worst decision I have ever made for my hair. After this experience, my hair was over-bleached, over processed and I had chemical burns on my scalp. I was honestly embarrassed to walk around in public. Seeking immediate help after the hair show I began to research hair salons in London who could possibly help me get my hair back to a state in which I was comfortable. I found Figaro, due to it's reputable products and high google reviews/nice comments. I made my first appointment at Figaro only two days after the hair show and four days after my hair/head was bleached to no return. After a warm welcome and a wonderful coffee, the stylists carefully examined the state of my hair. They kindly informed me that my hair was in such a condition that doing anything else to mask the horrible bleached color would only further damage my hair and worsen the parts of my scalp that had been chemically burned by the other salon. They suggested that I wait 6-8 weeks and gave me a treatment plan to help the damage that was already caused. Instead of further exploiting me and my hair the stylists at Figaro actually wanted to help and I quickly began to trust and respect these kind people! After six weeks of patiently treating my hair I returned to Figaro for a full head color, they did inform me that it would be a process and possibly take several colorings, but they were along for the journey. When I returned my hair and scalp were in a much better state, and the first color turned out as good as I could've hoped for. The people at Figaro are truly there to help you achieve optimal hair health and style and after my horrendous experience with the first salon I wouldn't advise anyone to go anywhere but Figaro for all their hair cut, colour, styling and beauty needs!

I want to thank Joey for the amazing job like always. I got these two products (Goldwell Dualsenses Color Shampoo and Conditioner) from the salon to protect my hair. I love this shampoo and conditioner - it has maintained my colour, and it has been 6 weeks since I had my hair done. It is shiny, soft and smooth, my hair has never been in better condition. The smell of the product is very nice. I can highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much guys you are doing an amazing job!

This Saturday was my first visit at Figaro. The staff gave me warm hospitality and after one minute I felt myself at home. I booked the appoitment online and I arrived 10 minutes earlier. After reading the reviews for Groupon massages I was not looking forward to going. How wrong all the reviews are! The salon was clean and nice, with a relaxing and well kept room. I had a lovely male masseuse from Hungary who made me feel very comfortable. I had a great deep tissue massage and didn't ever feel uncomfortable. I would highly recommend and would go back.

Don’t be put off by old negative reviews! I booked via group on for a massage and before I attended I looked for some reviews and I was really put off and didn’t expect much. HOW WRONG WAS I! Nice and friendly staff was greeted and asked if I wanted a drink. My therapist was a lovely lady who done a great job. Was soo relaxing I fell asleep! The room isn’t a small store room as someone mentioned. The room had space for the therapist to move around and massage me. For £23 I wouldn’t complain. I’d defo go again!

I had a fantastic massage here! I read the bad reviews before I went and was a bit nervous but ended up pleasantly surprised!! Zoltan the Masseuse did a brilliant job. I almost fell asleep and felt so relaxed for the rest of the day. I agree they need to sort out the booking system as they did not respond to the online booking form and I think there is a bit of a language barrier in that the staff speak limited English so we had a few confusing conversations over the phone but overlook this and I'm sure you'll enjoy the massage! Go with Zoltan, I highly recommend him!
