I have just had the most fabulous hair appointment at Aveda One Fitzroy - (Fresh Lifestyle Salon) and was so impressed I had to give this review. Without doubt Emilio is the best colourist and stylist I have ever had. With his expert and gentle advice my hair has been given a new lease of life. His subtle colour suggestion was exactly the right shade I've always been looking for and the cut gave my hair the body it lacked. Without reservation I recommend Emilio's expertise and artistry. The salon itself is very welcoming and the massage chair at the hair washing station is an extra pleasure!

There aren't enough words to describe how incredible my experience was! The staff, the product, the atmosphere, the experience and my fantastic stylist JP did an incredible job!!! The staff were incredible. After having an awful experience at a different hairdressers previously, this was such a fantastic experience. I came in with awful, dry, damaged bleached hair and left with silky glowing locks! Would recommend to everyone!!!

I had my hair coloured and cut with the amazing Lucie, (who colour corrected my hair from a recent badly done balayage) and I couldn’t be happier. Not only has she done a fabulous job at blending my hair with two different colours and keeping the integrity and condition of my hair, but she was also so lovely, took the time to understand exactly what I was after, she gave me her honest opinion and we made a decision together on what to do with my hair. A couple of hours later, I walked out of the salon with my confidence regained, and most of all fabulous locks ! After years of trying to find *my* hairdresser in London, I can happily say I finally have, I won’t let anyone else touch my strands from now on. I would highly recommend this salon and Lucie in particular ! Thanks you xxx

Where to begin? One of the best hair Experiences I’ve ever had!! Hailey was kind, considerate, professional & basically AMAZING IN EVERY WAY!!! I came in with my blonde, curly , dry , dead hair & left feeling like a hair model with a newfound confidence! I cried when I left, as I was feeling so beautiful & grateful that I found this Aveda salon right down the street & Hailey is GOLD!! All the stylists/staff were friendly & welcoming! A special shout out to the Angel who schedules the appointments! He was so helpful & accommodating! Already looking forward to my next appointment!! I visited this salon almost on a whim (it could accommodate me when another Aveda salon couldn’t) and I could not be more delighted with the results. Lucie was just a wonderful find; not only was she attentive, empathetic and interesting to talk to, she was also highly skilled and an all-round lovely person to have looking after me for a full head of foil highlights and an Aveda Botanical Repair treatment. She asked (and answered) lots of questions and delivered a result that utterly delighted me (it has also garnered compliments from others). I shall now make Lucie my go-to colour specialist in London, and one day hope to have the courage to ask her to indulge my ambition for an all-over blonde transformation!

I’ve had a lifetime of hair colour and only two really excellent exponents. Tania is one of them. A genius colour artist. She is very professional and sensitive to her clients needs. . Her treatment is subtlety executed and produces delicious colouring !

Great, relaxing experience in a non-pretentious salon. Dropped in on the spur of the moment last night and I'm really glad I did. I normally feel uncomfortable in salons and can never relax but this wasn't the case at Fresh Lifestyle Salon. Everyone in the salon was really friendly and my stylist Ayo was really friendly, efficient and skilled and I felt instantly relaxed by the lovely head and shoulder massage. She also gave great advice about my hair and I'm really delighted with my swish new look and quality cut. I am already booked in to return.

I was blown away by this salon today on my first visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, the team couldn't do enough to help (4 different people offered me a drink!). The lady who cut my hair was patient, knowledgeable and, having had an in-depth discussion, gave me the best cut I've ever had. Couldn't recommend it highly enough - despite living 60 miles away I won't be going anywhere else.

Excellent experience! Wendy is great and clearly is very good with hair. She offered her advice, but wasn't pushy with her suggestions for my haircut. The overall approach of the salon is super relaxing (the mini head and shoulder ritual is dreamy)- which is so nice given it's central location.

Erminio made me comfortable and relaxed. He also has given my me some simple styling tips but they work fantastic .
