This small, pretty Aveda salon (formerly called Mowgli) has fit the bill, and I've had single process colour, highlights, and many blow outs here from extremely good people (and I am picky). Staff is pleasant, shampoos are thorough, location is on a charming street with good restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend.
