My partner has a particular dislike for Sandalwood due to previous association, so I was left in a difficult situation when my sister unknowingly but very kindly bought the Trumper giftset of this fragrance for Christmas. I took it along for a hopeful exchange and the older gentleman fronting the shop couldn't have been more gracious. Thank you.

Great traditional haircuts and hair products. Bot cheap though

I went for a haircut on 15th August. This is the perfect place for a traditional gentleman’s haircut. Watsdi cut my hair, very experienced, he used to have his own cutting shop in Fulham. The cut was very precise, with attention to detail and gave me the exact look I wanted. The service was excellent from start to finish. At £38 plus a loyalty card that gives you a free gift from the grooming shop after your 5th haircut, I was very pleased and will be coming back!

Wonderful shaving products and deodorants for men - the fragrances are a bit hit and miss in terms of longevity. The haircuts are consistently good, no matter which barber you use - Nadji and Mutasem are excellent barbers and your haircut is undertaken in the correct manner - good conversation if you wish to chat, comfortable silence if not. I first started coming here as a treat but seeing the prices that vastly inferior barbers charge in London, it isn’t all that bad...

An unnasumming shop at street level, Geo. F. Trumper hides a very decent traditional style barbers up on the first floor. The barbers take care to discuss options with you and much attention is paid to getting the result you're after. They use quality products but don't worry, they aren't too pushy trying to sell these.

Very impressed. It's a very nice establishment, only a short walk from my work so I thought i'd get a trim at lunch. The cut was really excellent and the service was very courteous. They were also very prompt, I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone. I will certainly be coming back.

I'm pretty dam sure this used to be on Jermyn Street itself, near Waterstones. The furnishings were all plump, studded leather; the lighting was flattering and it was scented with lemon. Douglas Hurd was in the next chair, wittering away with that peculiar voice of his. I desperately wanted my first pro-delivered wet shave, but after a test, I came up in a rash and had to settle for a regular Gillette, heavy on the foam.

Nice traditional shop with a good range of smelly stuff for chaps, and barbering services upstairs. Not sure the cut I had here was quite right for me, but I can understand why other gents are fond of the place.

The downstairs shop part of this Trumper's location has the charm of Ollivander's Wand Shop, and taken together with the helpful and friendly staff, I could spend all day in here, although my wallet would hate me afterwards. The barbershop upstairs can't live up to the wooden booths of the Curzon St store though.
