This is actually my second review and the first one was a bit short sighted impulsive. Sergio is an amazing artist and he can plan a journey for your hair that you may not understand straight away for me as I’m growing my hair it took me full two week to fully understand the scope of styling that he brings in. I am a lot comfortable with the hair cut I received and also the I understand the journey ahead. One amazing thing that happened was the introduction to some of the best hair care products, although I could not get them from saloon but I have ordered some of them from internet and my hair look extremely lively and I get plenty of curls , moisture and growth from these products. Sorry Sergio for doubting your skills at first , you are the Best. Will be returning for further consultation and hair treatments.

Sergio and his salon are fantastic! I’ve been seeing him for years now and won’t go anywhere else. I’ve never been happier with my colour (I’ve had both balayage and foils) or cut. Sergio is also super friendly, listens to my needs, and pays great attention to detail. Plus all the staff follow covid precautions impeccably, so I always have felt safe while visiting the salon. I can’t recommend Sergio or his salon enough!

Sergio!! Where to start?! you were just incredible!! Sergio was my bridal hair and make-up artist and I cannot recommend him highly enough!! I had the most a-mazing time right from the get-go with the initial consultation, the full trial and the pre-wedding hair cut and blow dry and the wedding day itself! You were such fun and great company and my maid of honour and flower girl also looked so beautiful! I would 100% recommend Sergio to any bride! THE best hair cut and colour I've ever had! Nina was so patient, she really took her time to make sure my hair was perfect and looked how I wanted (I relied on her heavily because I'm not good with my hair!) We went with ballyage and a cut. It came out amazing, I was giggling I was so happy with it. Overall the entire place had a great atmosphere, lovely staff and was very clean. Couldn't recommend more. Nina you're an artist! 💇🏼💜

After thinking for a while of having hair colouring, I've done some research and have booked my appointment with Giannasso. Micheal has been the one in charge of my new colour - dark blue - which looks fantastic. Sergio has done some hair styling. The place is friendly, professional, clean and the people make you feel very comfortable. You're treated very well! The place is very safe, there are hand sanitizers everywhere, the number of clients is very limited and clients are asked to get their temperature tested. I'll be back in a few weeks!

Amazing place! I am so happy to be back! Fantastic service! What i love about it is that Sergio always knows best what to do with my hair, he is a real magician! This is great atmosphere and you feel so comfortable here. Its very safe as well with the current situation. Sanitizers are everywhere, there is limited number of clients so social distance is kept, temperature of every client is checked. Its really the best hair salon i have ever been!

I went for my first haircut during Corona and everything was very hygienic with proper signing in with temperature check, protective gearing worn at all times and plenty of space. He really listened to what I wanted at the start and made really helpful suggestions, showing me pictures to make sure we were both thinking the same thing. After a wonderfully relaxing hair wash he kept checking to make sure I was happy with how much he was taking off. He really took his time and I felt in great hands. I wouldn't go anywhere else, as he is expert in both cutting AND colouring, and the whole salon experience is enjoyable: friendly, professional and relaxing. Great coffee and tiramisu, and super service. The icing on the cake is the lovely Juliana, who is an accomplished beautician who will give you a perfect manicure whilst your hair is being treated. Sergio is the most experienced hair stylist I've ever came across. I've been a regular customer for 2 years now! I completely trust his knowledge and judgment. My hair has literally been reinvented and after many many years of failed hair styles and visits to the continuously disappointing salons I have finally found the style that suits my difficult to manage hair. He first rescued my hair from the hideous haircut I had at Toni & Guy and now maintains the most natural hair colour and hairstyle that I just don't ever want to change. With Sergio and his team, I have found my glam squad. I have been a regular for 5 years and I highly recommend them for the top quality of their services and technical knowledge. Christine is a "hair whisperer"... after years of treatments in other salons it looked thin, lacked shine and was - quite simply - a mess.
