I had a terrific and memorable experience with the services at Gielly Green today. I desired to revert to a previous look with a pop and twist and team nailed it perfectly! Bobby was intuitive about my aesthetic preferences and created a gorgeous plum color which exceeded my expectations! Steve’s styling services are truly a labor of love—he translated my asymmetric preferences with mastery resulting in the most divine haircut I’ve had to date! Andrew was an efficient apprentice—amiable and thoughtful! Thank you to Gielly Green. I highly recommend the salon’s all-star team!

Bobby-Jo helped address my mixed hair color situation and how to fix it with conditioning treatments, and Steve gave me a FANTASTIC hair cut (which taking into account how curly my hair is, is not an easy one). Bonus points for a blow-dry that survives days of London heatwave and exercise. The salon is nice and discrete, and the experience feels 100% like a treat. A good friend recommended the salon and I'm so happy I listened! PS. if you like a head massage this place is a must (thank me later)

Just wow!! I had a warm welcome by all the stylists at the salon. The hair wash and head massage by Joe was bliss, it was extremely relaxing and I went into heaven. The hair washing beds (yes beds!!) are incredible. They make the whole experience so peaceful. Michaela then gave me a curly blow dry. It’s the perfect way to have your hair styled before you going anywhere. The bounce in my hair was fabulous and it lasted me for a week!!! I didn’t wasn’t to wash my hair. She was so friendly to talk to throughout too. I haven’t been to the hairdressers in 5 years, I’ve always been unhappy with results so I was reluctant to coming. But after my experience here, I will definitely be returning. Michaela reassured me that not all salons are the same. I’m looking forward to her styling my hair in other ways and getting her to use her artistic skills to colour it. Thank you to everyone at Gielly Green, can’t wait to come back!! :)

I have been a loyal client of Gigi’s for the past two years and had no second thoughts in following her over to her new salon. Gigi has taken such good care in nurturing my hair to a better condition after a few too many beach holidays, and she always styles it perfectly into soft waves. I cannot even begin to describe how lovely my experience was. From check-in to check-out, I felt like an absolute princess. What a hidden gem of a salon! Maria did an outstanding color correction and also freshened up my haircut with some chic fringe bangs. Gigi is by far the best hairdresser I have seen over the years. I was very sceptical about trusting someone again to cut my hair after having gone through a few disasters but all these were put to rest from the first moment I met her. She's friendly, chatty and very knowledgeable about what suits your specific hair type. There was no question in my mind at all that I'd be following her over to The Gielly Green and will be wherever she goes. As for The Gielly Green as soon as you walk in you instantly feel relaxed with your bags and coats taken off of you, you're offered a magazine to read through and given a menu of drinks from which you can order from. If you're in need of a high quality haircut/new colour in a relaxing environment then I would definitely recommend that you give The Gielly Green a visit!

Came here on Saturday and I'm so pleased. My hair was in a state and needed a lot of TLC. Maria was incredible, she talked me through everything she wanted to do and explained how she was was going to do it, and why so I was able to understand. The result was amazing, feel like I've finally got my hair on a good path to recovery now! Really worth every penny. The products they used were amazing - minty conditioner to make your head tingle + a delightful head massage = dream. Will be returning for sure!

First time visit here and wow I’ve just had compliments on my hair afterwards. Gigi has worked magic. After 20 years of blond highlights she took away the brassy tinge, lifted it all and I feel younger AND it took a half hour less than normal. What more can you ask for. Gigi's straight blow dry afterwards was also brilliant. Not forgetting a wonderful head massage mid way from another member of the team. I was a bit hesitant that a salon in a hotel might feel impersonal but I couldn't have been more wrong. This is the best colour ever and Gigi is a star. Oh and its right next to the tube station in case it rains, although you'd have to be dragged from chilling in the lobby first.

Gielly Green at the Four Seasons is not only a fantastic new salon in a wonderful building at a great location, it is also staffed by some of the best folks in London including my own favorite, Carmelo Guastella, who I have known for over a decade now. For men's styling Carmelo is of the best the capital has to offer. Whether a new customer, or one of his many loyal customers over the years, like myself, you will not be disappointed by his work. Everything at Gielly Green at the Four Seasons is done with the care and attention expected from a luxury 5 star facility in a luxury 5 star hotel. From Rob in reception to the state of the art equipment to the dedicated excellently trained staff you will not be disappointed.

I'll be honest, i'm not usually one for in depth reviews, but given the level of service I've repeatedly received at Gielly Green, I felt compelled to shout from the rooftops about this place (maybe even the hotel's newly opened rooftop!) I've visited Gielly Green twice now, first with Michaela, and today with Cynthia. Both hair stylists made me feel completely at home from start to finish, and gave me a haircut of the likes no one ever has (think minimal trimmers, and predominantly precision scissor cuts). Its somewhat disarming to receive so many complements when you go about your daily business, but that's what you get after a mens cut here (although i'm not sure if that was down to the cut itself or the tom ford products they spray you with after!) I will continue to get my hair cut here, and thoroughly look forward to returning in the future. Put quite simply, if you are looking for a true 'cut above the rest', look no further, you've found it. I didn't quite have the time for the complementary facial post cut today, but i'll make a point of clearing my schedule for next time. Thanks again, and see you soon.

I am very obsessed with hair, colour, technique etc and I also never leave reviews...but I Must do it this time...I have tried may recommended place in Italy and London for the past 12y ...but none has ever been so precise in technique, in understanding what you are looking for (even when showing pictures of the result desired), taking care of the health of your hair and applying the right and natural colour..I thought this idea of perfect hair artist wouldn’t exist...the truth is...it does exist! He’s in gielly green and it’s Joel Palmer! Not only that...but he managed to make me the blonde colour I asked and style so perfect despite the wrong colour was applied from a different saloon and just by seeing me and a 5mins chat...10stars!!!
