I got my hair cut by Claire a few weeks ago. Her expertise and knowledge is the best and I could happily let her do her own thing with my hair and know it would be amazing! I got quite a dramatic cut and I love it, counting down the weeks until it is needed again! The salon was extremely clean and safe. Would not go anywhere else now I have been to Gro!

Just had my hair coloured today at Gro London and I am over the moon. After an unsuccessful home box dye attempt, I came to Gro needing my hair colour saved! I booked in for a full head balayage after seeing all their work examples on their Instagram account. The consultation was in-depth and I brought a few inspo photo's of what I liked. I was in the salon for about 5 hours, longer than I expected but I was really happy with the end results so the wait was worth it. They offered me Olaplex as an additional service which I said yes to, and would recommend. My hair felt so soft and silky after the colour. Recommended to my housemates.

Claire is amazing!!! I’ve been to so many other salons and hairdressers and I’ve never been happy. I recently went to another hairdressers and I was so disappointed with everything, they told me I couldn’t have the hair I wanted. I then went to Claire at Gro and showed her the same picture, the whole experience was lovely she was so friendly and professional, she was so gentle when brushing and washing my hair and then the result at the end was more than what I expected! I am so over the moon with my hair, I will never go to any other hairdresser again. Claire is so talented and I’m so glad that I finally got the hair I’ve wanted for ages! Wish I’d gone to her sooner!

Recently received my haircut & lash life in Gro and I cannot recommend it enough - the team were amazing, they really listened to what I need and gave me some great suggestion too on what they think is suitable. I was a bit late for my appointment, so they had to stay an open bit later to finish my lashes, but all the staff were very accommodating, remained the same level of professionalism and friendliness. Super happy with the results and going back this week to get my colour done, and eyelash extensions too!

Fantastic! Cherry is a wonderful stylist - she completely understood what I was looking for, gave me great advice without trying to upsell me (even asked if I wanted a cheaper service!) and made the perfect recommendation for my hair. I've been getting compliments ever since! The salon is clean, stylish and everyone on site was super friendly. It's the same price range as Rush etc but a much better service, more genuine connections with the stylists and it shows in the end result.

Claire was amazing, super helpful in deciding colour and length. You can really tell she loves making sure her clients leave happy. Got a balyage, cut and olaplex treatment. The colours were blended and toned just how I wanted, great to cover up those natural highlights (sparkles).

I contacted Gro London via their website looking for a stylist to fix my hair after having a poor haircut elsewhere. As it was late I wasn’t expecting a reply until the next day so was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response. They kindly fitted me in with stylist Paulo. When I arrived at the salon it was spotlessly clean and nicely laid out with a industrial/loft style interior. The receptionist Lily (who is very pretty by the way, with amazing hair) was super friendly, took my coat, the hat I’ve been wearing to hide my hair and asked how my journey was. I was even offered a hot beverage. I arrived early so had a short wait but was impressed with how the staff treated me. I was provided with a hot coffee and offered a seat near the heater as it was cold outside. All extra touches that showed the staff truly cared. Paulo arrived to greet me, introduced himself and instead of just plonking me at the wash basin or in the chair like most salons do we had a mini consultation on what I wanted doing. Another touch I appreciated. The basins are towards the back of the shop.. which I think is well thought out; who wants to be sat in the window having their hair washed?! Honestly I don’t enjoy having my hair washed, but this was a nice experience. There was quirky quotes on the ceiling which I thought was another well thought out touch. One said “if you don’t look good, we don’t look good” So onto the haircut.. I must say this is the most professional haircut I’ve ever had. Paulo was like a ninja with his tools.. he had amazing dexterity and I was genuinely so impressed with his skills. He knew I was nervous about having anymore length taken off and reassured me throughout. I was pushed for time and he managed to style my hair nicely without a full blow dry (my choice), he even checked how long my parking was for so he was mindful of my time. When I was paying I was given a cute card for 30% off for myself AND a friend on my next visit. I left with my hat on my hand and a smile on my face. BIG SHOUT OUT TO gro london for their customer service (thank you Lily) and a massive thank you (obrigado 🙏🏻) to Paulo for fixing my hair! I’ll definitely be returning as a regular client.

Best haircut I have had in ages by stylist Bo! Polished, on trend and super easy to style even when late for work. Bo is super nice and friendly! Bo is an amazing stylist and colourist. He always takes the time to listen to what I want and makes recommendations for what he knows will suit me and my hair. He uses the latest colouring techniques and the result is fantastic, natural looking and long lasting. My cut is always to the highest standard and very easy to manage myself. I came across Gro London on Instagram while looking for a stylist for a haircut. I've recently moved to the area and also am on a 'journey' to embrace my natural curls. Claire was not only really friendly and made me feel comfortable, she knew exactly how to deal with my hair (which I struggle to find in a stylist), gave me an amazing cut and finish and corrected the work of the last hairdresser who cut my hair. Beautiful salon, Beautiful hair, Beautiful People! Been in Aus for 7 years with the same stylist and was doubtful of a colorist being able to recreate the exact desired look - but the team at Gro totally did! The attention to detail was outstanding, and the level of customer service was really rare. One of the stylists even ran to get an umbrella so my blowdry survived - What a legend! ...Certainly not super cheap - but absolutely worth every penny. If you haven't been, and you are looking for your new local... get your gro on!

Got an email as I haven't been back for a while with a great welcome back offer, I took it up but abit hesitant to get my roots done as I have a blonde ombre with dark roots and a few scattered highlights, I needed the grey roots covered and Rosie did an amazing job it was only her second day but she is very very good at what she does, techniques are a bit different to what I'm used to but they do the trick. She also did a toner for me through the blonde it's much more darker than I normally have but it makes sense with the dark roots to blend better and it will wash out in a few washes anyway, it looks very healthy and shiny. The salon was nice an chilled the Italian receptionist (sorry darling forgot your name) is very nice and friendly. I go back to a hairdresser near my parents in Essex but it's great knowing Rosie is just around the corner. 🌟

They previously saved me after another salon turned my hair into a fluorescent orange and yellow candy stripe and have just given me the most natural looking sun kissed blonde hair I could have ever wished for 😘

I visited the branch in Clapham South and was lucky enough to get an appointment in on the same day with a courteous and friendly receptionist. The salon itself is stylish, cool and very welcoming. The staff were lovely! I got a wonderful wash and pureology treatment, which I would recommend, my hair is so soft it felt alien to the usual hay bail I have for hair! Finally I am so pleased with my hair cut. Vanessa, you did a wonderful job despite my indecipherable blabberings as to what I wanted. You managed to do just as I had imagined, so thank you very much. All in all the service was great, the staff were welcoming and considerate and I was fortunate to have bagged myself a really good deal with a groupon voucher, however I do see myself visiting in the future, and look forward to it.

This week I’ve had my hair dyed twice at different hair salons in which they left my hair in a horrible state and very damaged. Resulting in them dying my hair jet black from a balayage! As you can imagine me being pale and having black hair really didn’t go well together. I was looking to have a quick solution considering I’m leaving to go on holiday tomorrow. Bo really worked his magic and managed to get all the hideous black colour out.. I thought it would be impossible and thats why I’m so thankful for all the time and effort he put into helping me out. He done an amazing job and he’s a lovely person. From the time that i first sat on the chair i felt i was in safe hands! Excellent customer service and honestly think he should be rewarded and praised!
