Loved the experience with Paul! He really understand what I wanted and spent some time with me before to figure out the right approach and made sure I was happy with the way he recommended doing it. Great to have a nice little chat while I was getting the cut and colour. I felt like I was treated so nicely and really appreciated the experience. Best place I’ve tried in Crystal Palace. I arrived on Paul's doorstep first thing this morning in a very anxious state after the dreaded bad colour job from another salon. I found him through google and his ratings were all 5* with lovely comments from each of his clients. I booked a cut in the hope that he would get rid of as much of the bad colour as possible and then to get a colour correction consult. I was so gratefully surprised when Paul offered to fix my green tinged hair then and there. He set to work and very patiently listened to me babbling along for a few hours. I am very pleased to say job well done. I am so happy with the result and will definitely be returning. Thank you Paul for making me feel amazing about my hair. True master!

Don’t look any further with your hair needs than the wonderful Paul 💗 He is absolute gent when it comes to easing the nerves, explaining everything and delivering. I had a complete colour change after years of blonde highlights, he knew exactly what to do with the reverse balayage technique on my hair Cannot recommend highly enough, absolute super star in the heart of crystal palace. Always a little bit nervous with getting my hair cut due to hairdressers normally tend to go a lot shorter than what I ask despite showing photos of how I want my hair cut/styled With Paul, I trusted him right from the get go and did not even need to show photos as to how I wanted my hair cut. He knew exactly what I meant and he did not disappoint in the slightest. By far THEE BEST haircut I have ever had and I will definitely be back despite living over 25 miles away. A totally refreshing experience at Hair by Pauly B from the moment you walk through the door and cast your eyes at the dazzling display of roses, mirrors and pretty lights. Even the coffee glass has the wow factor! Pauly B is super relaxed, friendly, interesting and honest! Paul is amazing! He has been doing my colour for many years now and he never disappoints. I wanted to try his extensions but as my hair is quiet thin I was a little apprehensive. Paul reassured me that the extensions were very lightweight and natural fitting. WOW he was right. The extensions are so soft and shiny and match my own colour to perfection. They look and feel incredible and I can hardly feel any weight. I wanted length and thickness and I certainly got both! The process was very easy and much quicker then I thought it would take. Paul is so lovely and an absolute joy to be around. I am over the moon with my results I just wish I did this sooner! Very highly recommended.

How he managed to turn a Covid19 mess of the mop of hair and on my face into something more than half reasonable was amazing. Paul is an ABSOLUTE blessing and I don't trust anyone else with my hair other than him. My hair is naturally black so colouring it can be a challenge. But Paul knows exactly what needs to be done, the right shade of blue to use, gives me tips on how to protect my hair, and makes sure that my hair doesn't lose its vibrance every time I see him. If you need your hair done (or a gent's cut), Paul's the guy!

Pauly is absolutely amazing!!!!! He completely listens to what I would like and I am really tricky sometimes! He saved me from a mum bob to a lovely graduated thinned out long bob. He also balayaged my hair today and its perfect! I'm so funny with there being blocks of colour (grown out highlight effect) and most places do this but he doesn't. Its perfectly blended and the exact tone I wanted. Pauly's salon is so quirky and cool and he makes so much effort in there to make it individual to him. Constantly offering you drinks and chatting away! I recommend him to absolutely everybody looking for hair recommendations. He is tucked away but should be so well known for his skills! Thank you!

Paul knew exactly what I wanted, fixed me up and applied Olaplex so my hair is still silky soft and the curls come through much nicer.
