Went to Headcase yesterday, had a haircut and trim by Rossi, OMG! What a guy! Real professional, the guy knows what he's doing for sure! Really neat and tidy haircut, done very carefully and in style! Kept the conversation going as well and really cares about his customers! Definitely recommend this lad, 100000%! Keep up the great work! You're on 🔥🔥🔥 💯 Also, loved the music! Great taste!

Couldn't recommend this place more highly. I was looking for a barbers in the area that has character and I'm happy to say I found it thanks to the reviews I had read and I'm now happy to be leaving one of my own. Talk about service….went in to replace product that was confiscated while travelling. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was provided with information on the line of products. They allowed me to test the product, in fact they offered to dry my hair to see if I liked the hold, he even fixed the blend the barber from another shop had sloppily done. I found Robbie to be an excellent barber. He is honest and upfront and managed my hair expectations professionally. It’s great to find a barbers with a wash option. Not all do. I've been coming to this Headcase over the last few months having loved the Farnham one. Rossi and Ed are excellent hairdressers - very well trained and truly understand each person is different. They are also both clearly passionate about their job which is so important when spending 30 minutes with someone. Knowing their enjoying makes the experience all the better. At £25 it is well worth the money and more - definitely worth spending slightly more than the local barbers for a trim that lasts longer and is certainly more on point. Cheers guys.

Towards the start of 2018, I moved to London and was looking for a new barber. Finding a new barber is quite the risk because there are a lot of trigger happy barbers out there that either don't listen to their customers or give you an unequal fade (beware). I struck gold when I met Rory at Headcase Paddington and he has been cutting my hair all year. Rory can provide a first-class fade cut (you should check out their Instagram page for proof) and has that extra attention to detail that makes sure that you are looking your best. His customer service is also impeccable. The barbershop has a relaxed vibe with good music and good banter. They have a online booking system so you don't waste time waiting in line (like other barbershops). Check them out and ask for Rory!

Great location and cool ambiance but in the quest to make the place as hipster as possible, these guys have unfortunately forgotten one of the fundamental requirements for a good barbershop - good lighting. They use a single overhanging bulb above each chair so it's pretty dark. Understandably, the barbers can't do a fantastic job since they won't be able to see all of the detail in the low light (especially over winter). The hair cut I had there was decent but I had to go home and perform some touch ups myself since there was some patches. Again I put this simply down to the lack of lighting rather than the barbers capability.

I'll be honest with you, I have never been there. But i really wanted to go try them out and here is why I didn't. I see them advertised all over the place which makes me think they want more customers... So my question would be: why on earth would you spend all that money on your advertising and then FAIL to answer any phone calls? I don't mean they didn't answer one call. I called them every day at different times for about a week just to see if they ever pick up. Clearly they have enough business so hopefully i can find a place that needs my money. Also did not find any price lists anywhere which makes me think that they charge you depending on how much money they think they can wrangle out of you. Their website (mobile one) is bad. Web version looks ok, but a lot of irrelevant information. Look mates, i wanna cut my hair or get a shave. I don't need to know if you are "edgy", "cool" and young. if your barbers have tattoos or piercings or if you wear iron man masks and leather boots. All i need is be able to book an appointment which you can't do on your site. I wanna find out a price list which you can't do on your site and see if the person i am booked with have the skills to cut hair at all which i also can not do on your site. MASSIVE FAIL ON ALL FRONTS. good luck
