I have been to Headmasters before but this round I was taken care of by Simon who was amazing, he did his utmost best to achieve the results I wanted and was amazing. Definitely recommend this salon, I had a terrible incident two days before, I went to Headmasters in shepherds bush, and I couldn't be happier with my results today. The staff were extremely supportive and friendly, they told me I wouldn’t leave unless I was happy with my hair, and that’s exactly what they did. Kristina was my stylist and she did an amazing job, she was super patient with my hair and made sure it was exactly how I wanted. Francine was the lovely woman I spoke to, about my appointment and what I wanted. They really fixed my hair and made it 100x times better !!

I've been going to Gabby for over a year now for my cut and highlights and she is hands down the best hair stylist that i've ever had. She listens to what I'd like as I am particularly picky about my hair colour and also gives great advice as she's so knowledgable about colouring. I like to go the get my hair done in this salon as it feels like they know their job and I always leave the place happy with the result. I give one star less because what I don’t like is when they get busy they sometimes are unable to get back to you and as a result you have 3 people doing your hair instead of one. For someone who actually books specific person to take care of my hair this is unacceptable. My last two visit were like that the person I booked with put the colour on my hair but then was busy with other customers so I ended up with someone else washing my hair and then another person was blowdrying them.

Most amazing experience, Douglas was more than fantastic, I got serviced within 1 minute of my arrival, I got offered beverages. I felt very understood by staff and we chose a perfect colour for me. Douglas gives the most amazing head massages and very delicate hands and felt no hair pulling. I love the colour of my hair and I will definitely be using headmasters again.

I wish I could give Nilson a 100/10. After a very bad hair experience last week (not at a headmasters salon) I went in to visit the Shepherd's Bush headmasters in the week and explained what had happened to my hair. (Not that it needed any explanation) I instantly felt calmer and came back today for my treatments. I honestly can't praise the entire salon, for their professionalism and calming nature. I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely Lady named VERA today at the Shepherds Bush branch. She cut both myself and my six year old daughter's hair. She made us feel comfortable and was very friendly and warm. VERA communicated well and understood exactly what I wanted for both of our hair ( My daughter's request too!). I’ve been coming to the Headmasters Shephards Bush salon for several years now. Since moving east it’s now a 3 hour round trip but it’s well worth it. Barbara is excellent - she’s a master at colouring hair and manages to cover my stubborn greys every time. The hair treatments and products used are top quality and make my hair smell lovely and I’m always treated to a head massage. The blow dries never fail to make me look and feel glamorous.

I have chosen to stick with him as i have found him to be very skilled, experienced and versatile in his approach to achieve the right colour for my naturally dark hair. 5 STARS! I have to especially thank Nilson. He was amazing! I came in today after my hair was completely botched at another salon; they made my hair ginger and patchy and it was horrible. I was very upset and anxious about my hair and Nilson was so understanding and patient with me. He sat down and really listened to me about what had happened and what we needed to do. He managed to turn my botched ginger hair back into something more natural with blonde full head highlights! He toned down my roots as well and made them more neutral and fixed the awful haircut that I was given. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I also want to thank Vera who was helping us decide what to do with the colour. The salon was very busy but all of the staff members were so kind and they kept on top of sanitising the stations. I am so pleased with my new haircut and colour and I will be coming back in June for a touch up with Nilson! Nilson dedicated 4 hours to me and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I highly recommend this salon because I went to headmasters salon because my hair were in really bad condition like they were all matted and stuck together and I couldn't even brush them. the staff was very professional and kind. At first I was scared of going because I thought they will judge me but they made me feel so good about myself and saved my hair as much as they could. frenzi and saad (sorry can't spell their names right) were so kind and helpful. they gave me a whole new look and I love it. I feel so positive about myself and I am in love with my haircut. they were really nice, they even offered me drinks/tea and provided me full privacy screen as I am a muslim. Most amazing experience at the Headmasters Shepherds Bush! I am very fussy and particular about my hair and especially the colour. My regular hairdresser of 7 years has been stuck abroad from before lockdown and I was called back to work with my most horrible lockdown hair! I decided to take a leap and walked in Headmasters salon in Shepherds Bush. Best decision ! From the moment I walked in I was made to feel comfortable and confident I was dealing with professionals. Manager is a Superstar! He managed to book me in the same day and was kind, attentive and understanding. My colourist Vera was fantastic, not only her recommendation for colours to use but the execution was pure perfection! I am absolutely delighted with the result. Different to what I would normally would have, I am glad I took her advice. It was topped up with best blow dry done by the manager himself! If you think it's a little pricey, please think again, the result is more than worth it. All product used from colour to most amazing Kerastase shampoo and conditioner are the highest quality, pure luxury. I look and feel like I have been on holiday. Very happy customer, I will be back again for sure.

I have been going to Headmasters Shepherds Bush salon since it's opening and they never disappoint! The staff is very professional and they are very accommodating with the re-occuring appointments. Today Vera coloured my routes, followed by a toner and an AMAZING head massage before she created extra volumes and curly finish just as I like it! I’ve been coming here to have my hair done by Kamil for years, he’s the best. Such an artist, an incredible hairdresser and always on top of the latest techniques and trends. I’m blonde and almost every time I visit we change the blonde up a bit to keep it classy and fresh with the seasons but I literally don’t even have to tell him what I want anymore, he just goes off and mixes some colours up! I’m naturally very particular, so that says a lot about the high level of trust I have in him. I receive a lot of compliments for my hair and I’m terrible at styling my hair - it’s all down to him and the excellent haircuts he gives! Hugely recommend him!

I am usually very apprehensive about coming to the hair dressers but this was absolutely, without a doubt, one of the best experiences. The receptionist was very polite and escorted to my seat, immediately offering me refreshments. I was given magazines to keep me entertained and my drink came very quickly. My stylist, leila, came to speak to me and was very gracious and listened to my complaints about my previous experiences. I was a little worried about getting my colour done after so long but she most definitely put my mind at ease. I was also very scared to get my hair cut but she assured me that she wouldn't take too much off. I am glad to say that my hair looks and feels amazing! I am definitely coming back to Shepherds Bush! What fantastic staff and customer service. I was also given a club card, free of charge so i can get discount whenever i come into the salon! I went in to get a balayage and during my consultation I explained to the stylist that I wanted to go ash blonde which is a result I’ve always obtained from previous headmaster salon and others. My hair lifts very well in one go but it takes a lot of time and effort to get it right. When the stylist was colouring my hair I noticed she wasn’t folding it and left loads of area unattended. I started to become uneasy because I know my hair and it will not lift colour unless it is combed back and tiny sections are bleached and wrapped in many foils. When I questioned her, she was very dismissive, careless and said every stylist has a different technique to achieve the colour. I didn’t believe her and was certain my hair would go orange. Guess what? It did. The whole experience was horrible, I burst out into tears and felt like a full on anxiety attack come on. This is where I rate Headmasters a 5 and above because true to their words they wouldn’t let me leave until I was 100% satisfied with my hair. They called back the head manager of the salon, Nilson who was on his way home to his wife and two kids. He came back, reassured me and did the whole process again and gave me better than what I wanted. I went from an awful orange colour to platinum blonde.

Nilson is a super star! I’ve always been afraid of cutting my hair in hairdressers, and have been doing my colour in expensive places but never got the result I asked for. Then I met Nilson and told him what I‘d like and his suggestions and understanding was on point, he then took the time to carefully and patiently execute each step with perfection! The result was exactly what we discussed - the colour, cut and keratin treatment - everything perfect! He’s without a doubt the best hairdresser I’ve been to and couldn’t recommend him high enough.

This place has a pool of talent sadly set within poor management. Communication is poor wether with clients or among staff. They don’t cut your hair before doing the ballayage and I end up having to cut much less than anticipated because the hairstylist and colourist don’t communicate, hence leave the best color for the tips, which will be cut. Also, they always give me different quotes to what was agreed over the phone. Their ‘offers’ don’t make sense wether u r a VIP or not. Apart from this, the stylist are good and take their time to listen to what U want which is a great plus.

I am again reviewing headmasters Shepherd’s Bush because I have now had my hair done three times by Jose. I repeatedly get balayage and have been going blonder and blonder. What is amazing to me, (a natural medium dark brunette) is the amount of people who ask me if my colour is natural or sunkissed. For me, it was utmost important to get a result that looked natural and even, with the perfect fade. He is a great person to chat to and it is a few hours I look forward to every 2-3 months. Cannot recommend him or the salon enough!!!!!

I recently came into your salon as I was passing whilst visiting the area from Manchester. I came in and felt a little nervous as I only have one person do my hair for me as I'm a little 'fussy' and I didn't know anyone. I was greeted by a young girl named Terri who was really friendly and we had a consultation. She explained everything to me, including the treatments which I definately needed as my hair is bleached and is quite dry. Terri did a fantastic job of my hair and was so lovely, I really felt at ease with her which was really kind as some places I go, when travelling, never say a word. I had been to another salon in Guildford for years but it started to get really expensive so I tried Headmasters Woking. I met Sangeeta who was so lovely and friendly she put me at ease immediately. She explained the process of the colour and cut as I was nervous, afterwards my hair looked amazing and so natural to that fact that I was stopped by a stranger in the street who complimented me on my colour. So I recommend Sangeeta she is amazing.
