Highly recommended. Had the most beautiful and relaxing haircut here. The stylist was very gentle and skilled, took her time and always made sure I was okay. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and I came out loving my hair. This will be my regular hairdresser from now on for sure.

I hadn't had my haircut and coloured in a while and was quite nervous post lockdown. I was introduced to a very young looking girl, Abigail and told she would cut my hair into a Bob ( my hair was currently half way down my arms!) She was just lovely, confident and personable and made me feel very relaxed. Not only that, it's possibly the best cut I've ever had. 2 months later and my Bob is still in perfect shape and styling nicely. I am so impressed, don't let her age deceive you. This girl is the only person I would trust with my Bob! Thank you Abigail.

She ensured that everything went smoothly and that the treatment was carried out with great care. I’ve always used Headmasters. They are too quality and their Me-Day Monday deal for highlights is really good value. Sadiya has been doing my hair for years and she always gets it spot on which is tricky for fussy blondes! Strongly recommend Sadiya and the team at Chiswick Headmasters.

The.Best.Hairdressing.Salon.Ever. I walked into Headmasters with a botched hair colour done by another salon (which looked like I had been electrocuted with the current exiting my hair, leaving several shades of burnt orange behind), and walked out with the best shades of blonde I've ever had. Christopher not only fixed a massive mess, but made it better than I could have ever hoped for. He is a master at colour and technique! I can HIGHLY recommend him!

I have decided to make a massive change in my hair style and colour and I must say that it was the best decision ever to come to this hair salon . They have the BEST expert colourists. Her name is Anca , she is the most talented and kindest person. I went there with long, shapeless hair , with tones of different random colours in it, and I left with perfect blonde hair , which others might have said it's impossible to get from a one time appointment. Highly recommend!

Jas did my hair yesterday and i am very happy with it. She was very chatty which was nice. She explained where i could find toilet and staff whilst my colour was doing its work. They don't normally mention that in another HM salon so that was a nice speecial detail to the service. Will defenitely go back there again. Thank Jas!

Great experience and fantastic customer service! I came in with a bad haircut that needed to be fixed. The stylist determined the issue with the cut, talked me through the options and did a great job of fixing it! I have started going here on a regular basis since I moved to Richmond. I have been happy with my latest stylist and will keep booking with her. Certainly not inexpensive, despite the discount for being a VIP. I'm not used to being charged differently according to the hairstylists experience as the job done is still the same, but each salon has its choice. My one big complaint is the reception. I have been in numerous times that I have waited for up to 10 minutes for someone to come to the front. It has also happened on numerous occasions that I have heard the phone ringing off the hook and the receptionist is nowhere to be seen. The stylists are all busy and I know there is an actual receptionist - but he seems to often be missing.

Such an amazing salon!! I would come back here every single day of my life if I had too! But I don’t have to as they look after my hair so well. The apprentice Rachel is amazing we had a wonderful chat at the basins. She recommended me to have a smart bond treatment and a kerastase treatment so the colour doesn’t damage my hair. And it’s the best thing I’ve ever used.... my hair is wonderful. Tanya the stylist that done my hair today was lovely. The colour came out amazing she really knows what she’s talking about. The cut was the best cut I’ve ever had done. It was perfect. The staff are hard working and the salon always looks prestige and clean. Everyone is really welcoming especially the manager Gjorgi. It was an amazing service very very happy with the results!! 😁😁😁

LOVE THIS SALON! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! GREAT STAFF, GREAT RECEPTIONIST! GREAT SERVICE! BEAUTIFUL HAIR OUTCOMES! I cant even say how happy I was with my outcome! The service was fab! Friendly! Enthusiastic staff! The receptionist fitted me in so well! Welcomed me in so exceptionally as this was my first time! And I could see the staff were so well with their clients! Showing they love what they do! Even when it was really busy, as they were trying to fit everyone in, making sure no one sits round waiting over their appointment time, the lovely receptionist washed my hair, and she was so sweet and she engages with me in conversations to keep me company, whereas other salons just want to get the service over and done with! Love and totally recommend them! Brought lovely products from them too And I absolutely love the kerastase treatment they gave me! And ahhh! The head massage was just divine! LOVE THE SALON IVE CHOSEN!!!

Sarah has been cutting my hair (and colouring it) for over 12 years and I wouldn't keep going back unless I was pleased with the result and trusted her skill and judgment. My hair is fine and straight and difficult to manage but she always gives me a style that I feel confident wearing, and she has encouraged me to try a different look now and again. It is always a pleasure to be there - a nice cup of tea with a good magazine and you come out looking and feeling good, a real pick-me-up.

After my last hairdresser, John McLachlan, destroyed my hair which I'd been growing for 6 months, hacking into it like my hair was a garden hedge, leaving it disjointed, blunt, unblended, and looking like a mullet, and leaving me so upset, I went to Kelly at Headmasters Richmond, and she was brilliant. Was understanding and kind and polite and though we had to cut off 3-4" to fix it, I walked out feeling like I had fabulous hair again.
