C. Z.I did foil highlights, cut & Blow-dry with Chi - he is a great hair stylist with passions, patience, details-focused, v customer-driven. He made fantastic hair colour for me and I really like it. The highlight strands with different colour tones made with cares and respects. Chi is also a nice listener, he always tried to reach the point of what customer wanted. I think his skills are quite fitting to Asians' needs and I will def do my hair cutting / styling with Chi soon in next time .
J. H.I had a cut and blow dry with Chi, who gave me probably the best haircut and blow dry of my life. Rather than my personal experience over the years of leaving the hairdressers feeling like a poodle with the hope of washing out my hair to style it better myself, I walked out feeling like I want to have Chi wash and blow dry my hair every day. He had amazing attention to details at every stage, and displays skills with a round hairbrush I can only dream of. I can't wait for the next session!
S. H.Lovely staff, happy to listen to your ideas and check-in as they go. They also provide great advice on haircare. Terri is fantastic with colour and will take the time to ensure you achieve the look that you are after and your expectations are managed.
My only issue (and this is with most of the big salons) is that it would be great to have an option to get a trim with a wash or not, and with a blow dry or not and recosted accordingly. Sometimes I get my hair cut and I'm running out the door to the gym so there is no need for it, they'd be better fitting in another client.
E. W.Everyone is super lovely but i had my hair done by Chi and he did a fantastic job! I've been getting blonde highlights for over 12 years and I think they're honestly the best highlights I've ever had. My hair is annoyingly thick, but he was so patient and didn't rush, making my highlights look so natural and bright. Thanks Chi!

E. I.I had a haircut by Dolly and she was lovely. She took the time to understand what I wanted and the result was exactly the photo I showed her. All the staff I met were polite and professional and the shampoo was accompanied by a lovely head massage.
A. S.Overall happy with the service as was going to this saloon for couple of years now. Went for colour service today and asked to trim my hair a bit as ends were a bit dead. Disappointed for being charged full price for hair cut and blow dry for a 10 mins service! (£120 minus 10% discount). Huge recommendation to discuss pricing before service is provided to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
Update: was contacted by the below customer support team, noting that saloon manager will contact me back. Still waiting for the call.
R.A really great salon with lovely people. Went for a big change and Antonella really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and she did such an amazing job!
