I called to book a last min appointment. And the girls accommodated me SO quickly. I’ve seen the salon on my commute everyday but thought I’d pop in. They were very friendly. Made me feel comfortable, I love my hair. Heir Generation will definitely be seeing me againn!!

Fizz - Is super cool, really understands your needs and is very easy to talk to. She will be able to recommend you some treatment for any weather and activity. This review is specific to the Hair Academy at Heir Generation. I had a bleach and balayage done by Natalia. I'd recommend this place to someone who doesn't care for prosecco/tea/coffee/water served to them, but wants to walk out with quality advice and an amazing hair transformation that doesn't break the bank. What to expect: Because the students are still in the process of learning you'll see and hear Fiz the manager giving them advice on how they can improve what they're doing and feedback on the process. The experience may therefore take longer than normal. Staff: Natalia did a fab job of my hair as you can see from the photo. Natalia is training at the Academy and she was quick, adapted to feedback given by the manager and offered great advice on what I should do with my hair. Customer experience: As someone who had 'virgin hair' beforehand, I had no idea what I was talking about and the staff at the salon ensured that I felt comfortable and confident with the new style I was going for. They made sure to customise the hair cut and colour to my lifestyle too which showed their experience and professionalism. Why not 5 stars? I loved the experience and definitely will go back as I trust Natalia with my hair, plus love what she's done with it. But leaving the salon my hair smelt funky, of bleach maybe? And the shampoo/treatment I've bought from them doesn't smell incredible either. But hey, you are getting a 5/5 hair transformation.

Wow I don’t know where to begin, I came in for a balayage with Natalia 2 days ago and she has done such an incredible job, what I loved most was the warm welcome I received when I came in so so welcoming. I had an idea of what I wanted but I wasn’t too sure so Fizz got some photos up on her desktop and showed me several different shades of balayage that was similar to the colour I wanted and went through each one step by step with me till I decided which shade I wanted to go with. We don’t always go into a salon knowing exactly what we want so when the staff take the time out to help you pick and what will suit you best, it’s just a lovely touch to their already amazing customer service. Natalia work on my hair like a wizard with a wand and Fizz washed and gave me a beautiful trim. The atmosphere is 10/10 and the music playlist is just phenomenal. Thank you guys so much and I can’t wait to return for my trim and treatment!!! Xx

Excellent service! I get bonded extensions done here every 8 months and each time I am absolutely thrilled with the results, which keeps me coming back! I cannot praise this salon enough. I have been in London for nearly 2 years now and I have been to a few salons, but nothing has compared to the excellent treatment I received here. I came to the salon with dry damaged hair (after bleaching it multiple times, trying to achieve the blonde look). Fizz worked with me and I found her welcoming, honest and truly knowledgeable in her trade. She repaired my hair, taking her time to ensure I was getting the best outcome possible. I came in on an academy night for full head balayage, a root tint/smudge and cut with very long hair. Bella did a great job with the balayage application, with guidance every step of the way from Fiz. A few other academy gals helped out too. I was also given explanations of every step of their approach in order to achieve what I had asked for. Fiz does exceptional colour work -as can be seen above in my balayage - as she always takes into account your natural colour and skin tone. Hair type is considered when hair is being cut and I'm very particular as I have thick, wavy hair that I where natural and straight, so I need it to sit well when worn both ways. Q gives one of the best shampoo and conditioning treatments I've ever had and all of the staff are welcoming! I would highly recommend!
