It’s Hiikuss or nothing! FINALLY !! Found hairdressers that are not loud and Rude or always on the phone!! Exceptional customer service skills, staff were polite and professional. Thorough hair wash with only the best products and styled my hair as I requested. My hair had a lot of heat damage and was very dry Hiikuss advised some moisture and strengthening treatments which restored the healthy texture I desired. Love y’all

Amazing experience. I loved it so much, I also booked some services for my mum and she loves it too. The salon is clean and inviting. All the staff that work there are lovely and down to earth. I love my stitch braids and also the silk press I did some weeks ago! Great value for money, you won’t be disappointed!

My visit was the first time but definitely won't be the last. I was extremely pleased to see the salon was COVID safe. All staff & customers in a mask, there are dividers between each chair and sanitiser on entry. My stylist was Jennifer who was knowledgeable, efficient, professional & a lovely person. Being the first visit to a salon since the COVID outbreak, I'm very happy that I chose this salon. Would definitely recommend.

This was the first time visiting this Salon on Camberwell Road and I was very pleasantly surprised. The Hairstylist Raisa and the services I received was very good. Raisa was brilliant, very thorough and attentive. The finish was excellent and I had lots of compliments on my new hairdo. This was my 1st time in this salon, I didn't have an appointment but I called beforehand and they were able to fit me and my big head in😊. Upon arrival, due to Covid 19, I was given a bag to put my stuff in. Atmosphere was nice with background music. My stylist confirmed what service I required and handled my 4c natural hair with care. I can't fault it from start to finish, I was beginning to think I was in a spa at a point in time. I will definitely be visiting again with a booked appointment this time 😁😀👍. This was my first visit to the Hiikuss. Firstly Chris was able to fit me at short notice , on my arrival i received a warm welcome and no wait. Fitting with the festive season i was offered mulled wine and nibbles. My stylist Keisha was warm and professional and done a great job of my natural hair. I would definitely visit again and recommend this salon .

I had knotless box braids done by the lovely Rysa, and they were so neat and even all over, I came out of there feeling amazing!!. It was my first time ever going to this salon and The atmosphere was nice, everything was clean and stuck to COVID-19 rules. Booked another appointment before I left the salon.

This salon has been a staple in the community for many years and it is only getting better and better. I returned for the first time after a very very long time and got star treatment by the owner Chris. Elisabeth - a stylist I used for the first time - was obviously qualified and excellent in her craft. All she did was consult the picture of the style I was interested in, and I left with that exact style, feeling fabulous. Keisha is also a bubbly character with experience and qualifications. Hiikuss is very much what you see is what you get. And what you get is hearty and community. They are my go-to stylists from now on.

The salon is set up properly with thier ppe equipment for the rona. Clean and comfortable. Keisha did a great job on my hair. I had a shampoo and treatment, and sort of a big chop, relaxed ends be gone! Keisha is lovely.

I got a KeraStraight treatment a few weeks ago - I chose Hikkus because they are the only salon I've been too where I haven't had some sort of issue in the past. I had natural, really dense hair and was worried about the outcome. Keisha was my stylist and she really took the time to explain the process and I felt like she tailored processing times to my needs. Three weeks on, my hair is still thriving. Would definitely recommend Hikkus :)

Had a wonderful experience at Hiikus Hair Salon. I was greeted by one of the ladies with a warm smile. She kindly asked me if I would like something to drink before directing me to the styling chair. I was booked in for a hair treatment, and I left with soft hair. The lady took care whilst she was doing my hair, and ensured that I was happy with the process as she was going along. Needed help and advice since I decided not to wear weaves. Unfortunately my hair was in a terrible state with some hair loss due to cornrows being too tight. They advised against my request which was relaxer and suggested conditioning treatments. However after seeing the disappointment on my face they suggested texturising which is not as harsh as a full relaxer. As My hair did not have body alter texturising, they added one track to achieve fullness. I am delighted with the outcome and very happy I found this place. They do it all even weaving and they are qualified!! A small customer focused salon that will help me on my road to hair health. Can't recommend it highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

Was clean and followed COVID guidelines well. I am pleased to say that i was quite satisfied with the overall treatment and care but most importantly how my hair came out !

I dont know how to spell correctly but Kilè was fantastic. Very attentive, gentle and had a lot of conversation. Very skilled at her job and customer service skills.
