If you want an engaging experience with staff that have mastered their craft, Hiro Miyoshi is the place to go. Marta did a superb job of listening to what we wanted and executed it with effortlessly. Aside from a wonderful haircut, she also gave me the blow dry of dreams, which sadly didn’t last too long, thanks to the English weather. This place is blessed with Audrey Hepburn’s presence.

You can get what you expect in Mayfair here. Yes, a bit pricy but not extremely expensive. Staff seems to be well trained and polite. Having hair cut is only once in 3-4 months for me so I won't hesitate to pay a bit more than other places as long as I can get a hairstyle and service I want. It worth.

The Salon is beautiful and the atmosphere is amazing. Lovely attention to detail by the hairdressers, friendly welcoming place to visit. Honestly one of the TOP hair salons in London. Customer service is lovely. I highly recommend the salon and will definitely go back.

Had the best haircut ever, considering £55. Albeit, they said they will increase it to £65, next week &- bearing in mind my hairstylist, Yuko is getting promoted to a senior director from a 'top stylist' position. Yuko I shall see you in July just before I go overseas for my vacation. For me this is genuinely much better than Toni&Guy or Rush - especially after witnessing years of terrible trims from all branches throughout central London. Nevertheless, I even bring friends to this place for a haircut!☺️

Simply one of the most amazing salons in London! I recently went to their salon at The Ritz London to have the famous Japanese Face Massage. You really feel like royalty in that place. From the warm and professional welcome at the reception, through the treatment and send off you would feel like the only person in the room. The salon interior design and atmosphere give you the feel of luxury and relaxation. Getting to the most exciting part the Japanese Face Massage - I was just amazed. The therapist used the famous Japanese technic to lift and relax my facial muscles and reduce swelling in my eye, neck, and jaw area. I couldn't have been more satisfied and it is worth every penny. Would definitely go back for more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying the treatment!

I’ve never left a review for a salon, but I feel this one really deserves the accolades. I just had the best wash and blow dry/style of my life. I was hesitant to book because I felt the price was a bit steep compared to Canada. I can tell you that Hannah was worth every penny. She was fast, efficient and very good. I have long, thick and very hard to manage hair. She made it look easy. I feel fabulous.

I can honestly say this is one of the TOP hair salons in London. This is my first visit to the salon, booking process was smooth and the girl on reception was very helpful and professional. I had my colour, cut and blow dry done with director Hiro Miyoshi. Walking into the salon I was welcomed with a warm smile from everyone, the whole atmosphere in the salon is calming, relaxing and very elegant. Director Hiro walked me in and sat me on one of the chairs. He thoroughly explained what we are doing and what will work for my hair, at this point I was relaxed and trusted him completely. Hiro was very attentive and very knowledgeable, he recommended a hair treatment that did wonders to my hair. Customer service was amazing, I would highly recommend the salon and will definitely go back for my next hair appointment.

I cannot rate the experience I had here today highly enough. I had booked in for a blow dry online and having never been to the salon before did not know which stylist would be looking after me. On arrival I was seated promptly and my stylist Carlos introduced himself. I can only describe what followed as the best wash and blow dry I have ever experienced. Carlos was extremely professional and washed and styled my hair with the upmost care and attention. I was more than happy with the service and would highly recommend the salon. I cannot wait to return and will be requesting Carlos.

Just a really, really good hair salon with lovely, friendly people and great service and hairdressing! I have my hair cut by Marta who is both extremely talented and lovely to speak to, but more broadly the atmosphere is great and overall the whole experience is the best I’ve had. Having had a really bad haircut at Toni & Guy on Curzon Street... I went to see Yoko at this place for a rescue cut! She was excellent and understood exactly what I wanted. Expensive, yes, but so worth the extra cash to get the job done properly and professionally. Beautiful salon and the staff were all lovely and friendly. Highly recommend.

I just had the best hair cut in my life here. No seriously, I'm not gushing or being overly dramatic. This was the best. I'm not too fussed about my hair, but decided to splurge and get a haircut with the Artistic Director, Sophie. It's a pretty penny to spend , but totally worth it. The minute I walked in Sophie was incredibly attentive. We had a long chat about my hair. She took her time and put a lot of care into the cut. I walked out feeling like I finally had a cut that matched who I am as a person. Thank you!

I really love coming to Hiro Mioshi in the heart of London's Mayfair. It is rare nowadays but it is great to be always greeted by the owner, be given a wonderful cup of real Japanese green tea and to be served properly. Every single of the hair dressers (and I tried almost all of them) has been truly outstanding: they listen, hear what one wants and have the right skill set and experience to fulfill one's wish and dream! And one can do a quick and high quality manicure at the same time as having a blow dry. A great place where I go every week and would advice everybody to experience it as well!

Perfect little island of beauty in the busy mayfair. Ypung stylists Andzela and Arch (Artyom) are the best, very professional and precise. High prices can be attributed to high professionalism of the staff and quality of products, as well as the salon's location. The nearby salon Top1hair is cheaper, but can't hold the same lever of customer service.

Finally found the service I was looking for! The salon is what I'd expect from a top hairdressers in London and I'm glad my expectations were fulfilled. Omotenashi indeed! A trip to Mayfair is worth it once a month.

I was not a client but reading come comments one to two stars from the others..poor, uneducated . If u can't permit to pay go somewhere else but don't complain about the prices. When I have my hair done I first ask how much I will pay and also during the cut I communicate with the hairdresser to avoid future disappointment.
