I can't thank this team enough. I had a really important event in USA where I would rubbing shoulders with A-listers, but I did not have the A-listers budget. After going to another hairdressers who made a really bad mess of my hair, May completely transformed the colour and Sara curled my hair for the event. Not only did I have lots of compliments. My confidence went through the roof. I pulled the event off with the help of these amazing ladies. Thank you so much!

I was planning to hold out having my haircut because EU is super expensive and I can have my haircut at a cheaper price at a good salon in Asia. But I had to make the decision to cut my hair cuz it was really too long and in a bad condition. The place was good. They accommodated me despite just dropping by. I got lost and was late for my appointment but they were still okay. My stylist, Juan, was very nice and friendly. Good experience. I still say it is too expensive still but I'm happy with the result. Oh! And they recommended me to send my hair to donate to The Little Princess Trust. 😄 Happy to donate it!

Really friendly, talented and genuine staff who take care to listen to your vision. I wanted to dye my dark hair icy colours, which is usually very difficult, but the team delivered beyond expectation! After a helpful consultation, I got exactly the look I wanted, and have received so many compliments by now! Excellent service and product! Highly recommend!

My daughter just got her done at the Belsize salon after the Camden HOB really ruined her hair and bleached her clothing! I contacted head office and the lovely Alyson was so helpful at getting my daughters hair redone and paid for the ruined clothing. She is a credit to the company. The Belsize HOB salon is also completely different to the service received from Camden. At Belsize they are wonderful! Lovely receptionist making everything clear to you before booking appointments and Maya who recoloured my daughters hair was fantastic!! She phoned me to make sure enough time was booked out for my daughter and my daughter is delighted with her hair and the service she received! Will definitely be using this salon from now on. I can’t thank Alyson and Maya enough for fixing a tricky situation. :)

I booked an online appointment for a certain time, 17:15 as I knew I could definitely get there for that time as I finish work at 17:00. I even received an email confirmation almost immediately. Unfortunately the appointment was brought forward by 15 mins to 17:00. I reached the salon at 17:08 and was 'greeted' by a slightly annoyed staff member who said that I was booked in with her and that she only does appointments on the hour. The appointment went ahead and I got the haircut that I wanted. My hair stylist did a fab job and listened to what I wanted. She gave me lots of advice regarding colouring my hair. I would only consider going back to this salon if the appointments are available at 17:15 as per their online booking system advises. Such a shame as I would have awarded top marks if it wasn't for this issue.

I am very fond of HOB Salon in Belsize Park its a pleasant and friendly environment, which offer really great service both in colour and blow dry and hair cut (Sara, Maya & Chloe are particularly wonderful) my only problem is that most times I end up leaving the salon with stains in my ears and sometimes in my forehead after a hair colour which can be annoying if you only realise this when someone points it out , so my recommendation would be that somebody checks that you leave the salon without tint/stains left over. Otherwise five starts everytime!

I have been using Hob Belsize Park for some time and must say a very big thank you to Maya for rescuing my bleached hair.It now looks incredible and super healthy.My sister was so impressed she traveled over an hour into London to have her hair done by Maya and was so impressed she has already rebooked.Lovely kind polite staff who really are a credit to this salon 💇‍♀️ highly recommended.

I had some great haircuts here, but last time was disappointing to me, as the haircut was uneven, and was given no layers which made my hair look like a triangle, and was cut shorter than I asked.
