I have been having my hair done at Inanch London for almost 8 years now and I absolutely recommend it. I love the team and look forward to seeing them every time I go, which is about every 8-9weeks. I must have changed my hair colour about 4/5 times in those years with many different cuts and styles and have never been disappointed. I always walk away feeling fresh and beautiful with a smile on my face. A big thanks to Giacomo, Ivan and Roberta - the dream team - thank you for always looking after me, and a special shout out to Parwin for the fabulous wash and head massage - my best one yet!

Having hair extensions for 15 years I was delighted to go to Inanch Salon in Great Portland Street. I believe that my hair is my greatest accessory and I have been to many 5 Star salons in London I really love getting my hair done! It's my thing! The quality of the hair, the colour match and application at Inanch was outstanding. I have had both pre-bond and micro-rings, I do personally prefer pre bonded (which is what I had done at Inanch Salon) as I find that it is longer and looks more natural. My stylist Petar was so professional and his attention to detail is perfect. I left looking and feeling fabulous, and I look forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend!

I have finally found my go to. This salon is amazing and I can’t recommend it enough; everyone is so friendly and warm, and super helpful. My go to stylist is Roberto and he is a bl**dy legend!! I have very thick curly hair and I’m in the process of going blonde to cover up some grey, and every time I see Roberto he talks me through everything and what he recommends to keep my hair healthy (and glamorous 🥰), ‘slowly, slowly’. Roberto is honest, super sweet and extremely good at what he does - I trust him 100% and I’m very happy with the results with every appointment. It has taken me years to find a stylist like Roberto and a salon like Inanch London. A keeper for sure!

This was my first visit to Inanch hair salon after reading a review online. Ive had my hair coloured for years but haven't been getting the desired icy finish. I visited this salon on Saturday after passing it everyday on the way to work. I've wanted to book for a long time but felt a bit apprehensive because of how lavish it looks from outside. I finally built up the courage to book a wash, cut and blow dry and I'm now kicking myself that I didn't book sooner. I have always struggled with finding a great hairdresser and I finally have! I was booked in with Alessandro and had the best hair experience of my life. The hair wash experience was unbelievable, the haircut was EXACTLY what I asked for and the blow dry was done to perfection. I am so happy with my experience and the cost was so reasonable too. The best hair extensions I have ever had! After having a few bad experiences at different salons I was slight worried about having it done again. However I heard such amazing things from a few friends about Inanch I thought it was worth giving it another go! The hair quality was amazing and matched my natural hair colour perfectly, Vessy was so efficient at putting them in, I was in and out within a few hours. Their Gold Class hair products were also amazing at cleaning my hair whilst looking after the extensions bonds and my own hair. I think the big test is when you need to have them out, and my hair didn't feel damaged or weak at all. I'm having a few months without them and cant wait to have them put back in in a few months time. I really cant recommend this salon enough!! Thanks so much to the Inanch Team! x

Probably the loveliest team at a hair salon I have ever encountered. I honestly cannot praise the wonderful Inanch enough. I always feel well looked after and absolutely thrilled with my hair. This salon is not a revolving door style establishment..they care about your hair and build an ongoing relationship. I love the intimate setting,the lovely scented candles and the super relaxing treatment room. As a whole it's a very tranquil environment. Hair extensions with Inanch herself are first class quality, they look fabulous and very naturally glamorous. I've had cuts with both Ivan and Maja who are always wonderful and fulfills expectations and more. They are genuinely lovely people and you will want to book your next appointment straight away. I absolutely adore this salon and have been coming here for a few years now. I stumbled across Inanch by pure chance on a celebrities instagram page who has the same Afro Caribbean hair as mine. Anyone who has Afro Caribbean hair will know It’s incredibly hard finding a salon that you can trust to look after it. On first glance they do seem to specialise in only hair extensions and mainly for celebrities but actually they do have a wide range of other services to offer to everyone alike. I decided to go in for a consultation and the rest is history. From the moment I stepped into the salon I was made to feel welcome. The staff are amazingly friendly, warm and engaging so much so that they’re like an extended family. I explained that I usually have a keratin treatment once or twice a year but my local salon changed the treatment making it too harsh for my hair. I was assigned to an amazing technician, Ivan and from there on out the due care and attention has carried on. Finding the right treatment for me has been a challenge but no stone has been left unturned by Ivan and the team to find me the right one. If I have any problems at all I can phone or email in and the team, especially Roberta and Jason will get back to me ASAP. Whether it’s about new products or treatments, no question is off limits. I love this salon so much that even all of my siblings travel in to London to get their hair done. For me it’s definitely worth the travel in from Reading and I can’t imagine having my hair done by another salon. Truly an amazing find in the big city.

From the moment you walk in you are treated like gold, and this was a true night and day experience to the first place I went in London for my hair. Petar was the first stylist in years to actually do EXACTLY what I wanted with extensions and platinum blonde, and he pulled it off flawlessly and made sure I was completely happy with my hair (I was, still am.) The entire staff is wonderful, the place is GORGEOUS (even the room where they wash your hair makes you feel like you're under the stars, the vibe is high, and he's just exceptionally talented. I am amazed and stunned at the recent bad review you have received from one of your clients. I have arrived in London from Wiltshire after a long break and was wanting a hair cut which, I suppose, could be described as a 'classy' over 50's cut. How happy I was to find Inanch and Ivan. I was welcomed very politely and was introduced to Ivan who was to cut my hair. I then had a consultation with Ivan (which I had requested when I made my booking) and had the most understanding and indepth consultation I have ever received, explaining all about my hair, which way it grew, the texture, what we could do with it etc., but all in a quiet, humble and very polite way, which made me feel a lot less ugly and unattractive as I felt at the time! I was then taken to have my hair washed by another member of staff who told me that I didn't have to do anything and they would do everything for me, which they did. The room was darkened slightly with soft lighting. The chair tipped gently back and I had previously been given a lovely thick neck rest so when my hair was being washed I didn't have that horrible neck ache that you sometimes get. After my hair was washed, which was done very thoroughly I was then given a wonderful head massage and was asked whether it was too hard, to which I answered that it wasn't. I was then escorted back to Ivan who gave me the best cut I have ever had. I am trying to grow my fringe out for the first time in my life and somehow Ivan just made me look wonderful and told me how to do it myself and if I could not manage it to come back to him and he would help me further, no problem. I cannot commend the salon highly enough, nor Ivan. I will be booking with Ivan again in four weeks time and I have booked my 21 year old daughter in for next Wednesday as she was so impressed with my cut she has asked to go too. I cannot recommend this salon high enough. Thank you so much and look forward to seeing you again soon.

I have followed my stylist Giacomo all over London and he has now been at Inanch for some years now. The salon is friendly, stylish and fun. The head massages are to die for and I cannot begin to tell you, as a mother of two boys, how much I look forward to this eight weekly treat :-) When I lived in New York I would fly over to get my hair down by Giacomo and his cuts have been greatly admired on both sides of the pond. I had my first cut at Inanch this morning, with fabulous results. Since my stylist was arriving late, I had my hair washed in their beautifully relaxing spa-like washroom. It goes without saying that I almost fell asleep twice during the excellent head massage by the young lady there. My stylist, Ivan was very apologetic when he arrived and was very good at understanding what I wanted. I usually get hair chopped in all kinds of bizarre and opposite-to-what-I-said ways. But he was very quick, knowing exactly what I had explained. He then proceeded to blow dry my hair beautifully (I still feel like a superstar), which has given me many a compliment at work. I was even given a discount along with his apology for arriving late. I am very pleased with not only how he's cut and styled my hair but also his demeanor and his promptness. I highly recommend them; even as they regularly have celebrities in their salon, they treat everyone the same: like superstars. Definitely coming back for more!

I found this salon online and was impressed with the quality of extensions from the Instagram account (so rare to find!). I took my wife to visit Inanch for the first time earlier this month, I've known of the salons reputation for some time, and sure enough it really lived up to it. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble etc. I left here there for around 2 hours and went shopping myself, when I return to pick her up she was positively glowing. Her hair is very long and she finds it hard to find a salon that will look after it just as she wants but Inanch and her team did everything spot on. I can't thank them enough for looking after her, I give the salon a huge thumbs up, if you are lucky you might even spy the odd celebrity there also.
