Just want to say the experience I had at J&G barber room. Give great cuts, every time I go in I get a Hollywood style haircut. If that was on their menu Hollywood style they might want to up the price. I say it’s all about the quality of the cut and Jack the Barber who does my hair gives a hell of a cut he should be doing celebrities hair, but I’d still want him to have time for me so please don’t go anywhere Jack 😂

Mayfair or Southgate? I have just enjoyed a fantastic hair cut and hot towel shave at J&G. This was a real standout experience and different from your normal barber shop. Jack is not only an amazing barber, but has also created a relaxing and luxurious environment to unwind in. Most barber shops are noisy and cluttered, where as Jack play's soft jazz music and I found the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. The hot towel shave was wonderful - it sent me to sleep! Jack carries out a full pre-shave; 2x hot towels and uses high quality products. Jack has worked at 5* high quality establishments around the world and it really shows. Jack is attentive and driven by delivering a quality treatment and experience. This really is West End service at North London prices. We should be supporting local businesses like J&G - they deserve to succeed. I will not hesitate to return here.

I've been using Jack's barber for the past year and it has a very hygienic atmosphere, great service, and a good value for the haircut. I visited Jack's salon 4 weeks ago as I was looking for an advice and guidance on my hair (no barber in Southgate ever gave me any sensible advice and I was usually hearing: "It's up to you" nonsense). Walking in to Jack's salon was a hit!!! Jack not only gave me a thorough vision of what hairstyle I would look the youngest and handsomest:) in, but also offered me a glass of superb honey whisky. Jack has got a sense of humour and we were joking the whole time I was there. You can feel like being at Harrods indeed. My hairstyle was the best ever and my lady loved it!!! A week ago I took my 11 years old son with special needs to Jack. Max normally does not like to go to barbers. Jack not only made friends with Max but also made him laugh. Max keeps talking about Jack and even said he loves him:) Max's hairstyle attracted attention from his school's staff and we received notes saying: "Max hair looks amazing" and "Max looks like a star" I I can honestly say with my hands on heart that Jack provided the best hairstyle experience I and my son have ever had!!!!!! Jack is definitely the best Barber in the area. XXX

Just returned to the office after having a haircut and shave. I have no intention of doing any more work this afternoon. I am going to sit here and stare at myself in the mirror! The haircut was superb. Whilst I usually only require the clippers, Jack went over it with a scissors and took the time to ensure that the cut looked crisp. The shave was close and his touch to ensure that all of the bristle was removed left me relaxed and well groomed. I have just found my new barber.
