Adam, Rosie, Maria, Raha and the rest of the team were so lovely! From the minute I walked in, they were super friendly and made me feel so at home that I did not wish to leave. Adam did an amazing job on my orange brassy hair and transformed it into a beautiful grey ashy tone! I could not have asked for a better job and at such an amazing price! Rosie also did a fabulous job on my manicure, I will definitely be visiting here every time I need my hair done! 100% recommend!! -Sofia

Rita took care of my very dry dyed hair - haircut, blowdry, styling and I could not be happier. She understood perfectly what I was after - got rid of the split ends, carefully created new layers for more volume and constantly checked I was comfortable and happy with the amount of hair being cut. I hadn’t been to the hairdresser for 2 years. Like many others, I had done “DIY hairdressing” all this time and my hair was a real mess. I called Jackie and Co today, they offered me an appointment and I had my hair washed, cut, colour corrected and highlighted by Raha who did an excellent job. Outstanding, incredible, she’s a proper artist!!! I don’t have the words to express how skilful and lovely she is. Highly recommended and my new stylist 🤩 thank you

I booked a haircut and blow-dry on treatwell and was nervous to try a new hairdresser but I received the best cut and blow-dry I've ever had! I asked for a 'kate middleton' blow-dry and I've gone for this look many times but no other hairdresser has been able to replicate it in this way. Was so happy with the cut and style!! Will definitely be returning! And they're so friendly and lovely people too!

I bought a Groupon voucher for this hair salon for haircut and balayage. I read the reviews, both positive and negative and brought me a lot of uneasiness when I entered the salon. The hairdresser, Raha, informed me I have to pay an additional £25 because my hair was below shoulder and I have to pay for toner which starts at £35. I was not happy to pay this on top of the money I already paid for Groupon. She was not unhappy and did not force me to pay. I told her I will have a haircut without the balayage instead and I bought this on Groupon whilst I was inside the salon. Raha charged me additional £10 surcharge for this. I was very happy with the cut and the service provided. Afterwards, i asked for refund from Groupon for the balayage i ordered.

I was apprehensive when I arrived after reading previous reviews as I was using a wowcher voucher. I did pay extras but I was very open to this as Stella explained it all to me and I was happy with that as it still worked out a lot cheaper than other places. (I could have said no if I wanted). Stella and the team were very friendly towards me, I really liked the vibe. Stella made my hair feel and look 10/10. Walked out very happy!

For my first time visiting here, it was great! I got a deal with Treatwell for a Brazilian Keratin treatment, I have medium curly hair and have been to several previous salons that had no idea how to work with my hair. However at this salon, Jack who did an amazing job, knew exactly what he was doing and what is best for my curls. Jack was great at informing me of the process in addition to also giving me advice on after care and even tips to keep my natural curls conditioned on a daily basis. The session itself was good one main benefit i noticed was actually feeling like a person rather than a conveyor belt number from other salon experiences. Jack was very professional and took the time ensure each area of my hair was covered and no frizz left not straightened. If you are thinking of getting the Keratin treatment done I would recommend asking for Jack! I will definitely be back for the same treatment plus others. Thank you!

I went in with a hair voucher. Best experience ever. I had such a lovely and friendly Brazilian guy. He really knew what he was doing and advised me throughout, about the cut and colour. I was super happy with the results. I had such long hair and he convinced me to go for a bob. I absolutely loved the difference and how I looked. I cannot recommend this place enough. I also did my nails afterwards and the lady was also exceptionally good and friendly. Nails are a bit expensive though, I paid 20 GBP (no gel or shellac) but you get an amazing job. I can't wait to go back and I really mean it :)

I had a Brazilian blow dry with Silvia yesterday and I can't praise her enough for the job that she has done on my hair. My hair was extremely dry and damaged to a previous colour treatment done somewhere else and Silvia brought my hair back to life. She is friendly and professional and so is the rest of the staff at that salon. I am going back in a few days for a normal blow dry and I can't wait to see the results. Thank you Silvia! :-)

I do prefer the old location in Kensington, but the new shop is okay, but smaller. Rachel did my hair last time and i was very pleased. : )

Been regularly having my hair cut here for the past year and never had a bad cut. With thick, rapidly growing hair that is quite a challenge. Always professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend to any guy or girl.

I booked a visit with Wowcher.... I was visiting from Manchester and thought I would treat myself to a new hair do. Jack did a wonderful job with highlights and cutting my fine hair. He really does know how to use those scissors. The blow dry was also amazing and could not get over how bouncy it was. I have since washed and dried my hair myself and it looks amazing. I have been to this salon twice for a Brazilian Blowdry, the first time via a Groupon voucher and I agree with previous reviewers that they did not inform Groupon they had moved or notify me on the phone when I booked so I turned up at the old address which was a bit annoying. I do agree its a trek to visit Hammersmith particularly for me as I live in Hertfordshire but to find someone who does a Brazilian Blowdry well I feel it's worth it. I have mixed race long hair (brastrap length) and with this treatment it lasts for around 9 weeks, I do feel that £90 is a lot but I feel that for me it works and that is worth paying £90 for. It is an unusual salon, I wouldn't say they are rude but I don't think for some of the staff English is there first language so it is a different experience to say going to Rush or Toni and Guy, but I'm not that bothered about my stylist making polite chit chat. Slyvie was my stylist on my second visit and I felt that she took good care of my hair and was generous with the keratin. It is a slightly different process to other places I have been but as it's working for my hair I will re book in 9 weeks time. What would make this salon a 5 in my book is a loyalty discount and perhaps a bit more attention to the customer experience, but I am happy to continue visiting this salon to get my hair done. I would recommend a visit if you have the budget to pay for the surcharges which they will charge if your hair is longer/thicker but for the time and attention they spend on your hair is worth it.

I had a Wowcher voucher and upon arrival my hairdresser Jack advised the product I had bought just would not work in my hair.. I trusted him as he was the professional and we did babylights instead of balayage. I loved it! My hair looks amazing. I will definitely be returning for future hair cuts! I was not happy with the fact that ontop of my voucher i was charged an extra £50..there seems to be some misunderstanding with this salon and the vouchers from either woucher or Groupon!! So I practically paid £100 for my Keratin treatment!!That said..I was more then impressed with the results and would happply pay tgat price to have the treatment again ... I have thick curly afro hair... who ever the lady was that did my hair did an amamzing job .. i wasnt happy about the amount paid... but would pay that again if they do my hair like this each time

Many moons ago used to spend a great deal of money on my hair, times have changed financially for me, but I can say the service, atmosphere (under the guidance of Jack), was as good as I could ever have had from the best Salons in London that I have certainly been to. Pre-appointment: I searched GroupOn for a Brazilian Blow dry offer near to me. There weren't many so I was prepared to travel and figured Jackie & Co. I rang up - Chico answered the phone. They couldn't do my day of choice but he was very flexible with appointments, doing his best to find a slot with me. He asked about my hair length but it was past my shoulders so I knew I had to pay £10 extra on the voucher price, and £10 for a discounted cut - as I'd read the small print. He was a bit lively on the phone. I knew immediately he was Brazilian - but for a Brazilian blow dry this is what you want! When getting directions off the internet (the salon had moved) I saw really inconsistent reviews. I went ahead and I am so glad I did. The appointment: the salon is well connected by tube and buses. I arrived 15 mins early and was seen to straight away. Yep Chico was very extrovert (gave me a very warm hug-and-kiss welcome me when I arrive). From there on, everything was just brilliant! Julia shampooed my hair, and as she massaged my scalp, the massage chair took care of my tight back. I have a lot of thick, longish afro hair and this Brazilian Blow dry is one of the best I've had. Chico was attentive, knew exactly how to handle my hair; sectioned my hair sparingly well and the treatment was enjoyable (not awful smelling forumula). He advised me on my hair, cut and shaped it so expertly. Whilst I was there, 3 satisfied customers left, looking lovely with great hair. Throughout we were serviced good coffee made to order and decent, recent magazines. Other regulars (male and female customers) arrived - and were greeted heartily. The salon uses only premium products such as Aveda and Moroccan Oil. (In fact I was running low on the latter so purchased 500ml smooth conditioner. (It was only £2.50 more than Feel Unique on-line prices without the waiting). Overall impressions: This was fabulous value for money with the voucher and Chico merited his tip as my hair is super smooth. He gave me after care advice. The salon itself is crisp and spacious, even on a grey day of heavy rain there was a lot of light. It was clean and well laid out. It was a bit of a trek for me to get there from where I live but worth the effort. .I would definitely return because all the stylists are so friendly, customer focused and accomplished with many years experience. Its a lost art but they really work with brushes and tools without over working or damaging one's hair. I was uber impressed. To the staff - you are friendly professional and very customer focused so well done, see you next time and 'Obrigado'

Unfortunately I went to their old address - they moved a week ago, but did not tell me when I booked my appointment. Giselle gave me a wash, cut and blow dry. I am trying to grow my hair so said to take as little off as possible from the front. She was AMAZING. She explained exactly what she planned to do and did it. Giselle somehow managed to cut very little off the front, give shape to the back and ALL MY FRIENDS ARE COMPLIMENTING ME ON MY FAB HAIR CUT. The atmosphere was lovely with people coming in who were obvious regulars and talking like best friends. Giselle moves her fingers through your hair like an angel. The cutting was like a gentle massage. Would definitely recommend her. Many thanks. Also parking was easy on the local streets and only £2.40 for an hour versus £4.80 in their previous location.

Firstly, I have to say a massive Thank you to Jack, who was wonderfully accomodating when I was running half hour late. The service I recieved was exceptional. The icing on the cake Jack also rectified my hair cut done somewhere else but wasn't quite how I wanted it. I had the brazillian blow dry done and am over the moon, but having short hair hope it lasts. Due to the fantastic service I recieved I will be going back andlook forward to having Jack do my hair again.

Miracle workers! I went in with a straw mop of bad colour with a wedding in 2 days. They were flexible, we changed what I'd booked in, in favour of what would be the best thing to do. I'm so surprised with the reviews. I had a great experience, yes they don't all speak English, or its not their first language, but the results I got were outstanding - best ever actually. Don't judge the look of the place as this has nothing to do with the quality. Also, if you don't mind them speaking Brazilian etc, then you'll be just fine. I don't think they are rude at all.

Great little local salon with a very diverse clientele ...I have been going quite a few times the nail girl ildiko really is at the top of her game and I had a facial with edit who is wonderful next time I'm having Lazer hair removal I had my haircut with Jack and it was exactly what I wanted There are lots of different nationalities working there and some don't have English as their first language but as they all work as a team it doesn't affect the standard of service Initially I was out of by some reviews but I'm glad I gave it a shot I live local so it's great to have found a friendly local salon with a buzzing atmosphere Everytime i visit there's another improvement weither it be a repaint or new reception Definitely a salon pushing forward to get better and better
