Had amazing service. I had initially planned to get my hair cut for The Little Princess Trust, but my ex manager gets his hair cut at the Wimbledon branch, so he recommended it to me. One lady, Katie I believe, she spent so much time looking after me. She was so sweet and kind, and made a huge impression on everyone else in the shop. She deserves everything there. Thank you ❤

I've been going to Jack's for years now and always left with a great trim, no matter what style I was going for and with little-to-no waiting time. I recently had a truly exceptional cut from Michelle, who I hope to catch again on my next visit. Only slight downer is the price but I guess that's what you pay for great quality.

Great haircuts, but are they a victim of their own success? I don’t have an hour to wait for a haircut, and I work office hours. With no appointments, they are clearly doing well, but a queue cam just confirms it sometimes isn’t worth even trying. Life is too short to sit and wait. I’ve passed so many times and there isn’t even a seat to wait on! Update to the above - I stopped going a few months ago after the prices went up and my favourite hairdressers seemed to no longer be around. Improved through being able to book these days. A welcome addition.

I went to Jacks of London in Wimbledon today for the first time and I was overwhelmingly happy with my experience. I hadn't had a haircut for around 4 months due to the numerous lockdowns and as a result decided to change my hairstyle where my hair had got longer than usual. The barber was extremely attentative and patient while I described how I pictured my hair to look. This was incredibly refreshing, I have had haircuts in the past where I feel the barber hadn't listened and as a result turned out badly. This was the exact opposite in my experience today at Jacks of London Wimbledon. The barber was very knowledgable when it came to the hairstyle that I wanted and also my beard, to the length of my beard and how to style it, they also reccomended me a great brush that I have since ordered. The attention to detail from the barber has left me extremely happy and confident with my new style. I would highly reccomend the Jacks of London Wimbledon to anyone that wants a high quality, personable and attentative experience.

Friendly and professional services here... I've been visiting Jack's for a couple of years now... Location near Wimbledon Station is very convenient as well. From personal experience I'd rate them higher than the other salons I've been to in Wimbledon and nearby areas. Highly recommended... Really great cut from Mac. Good, efficient, service, friendly atmosphere, good adherence to social distancing from what I experienced. A bit on the pricey side, I had a voucher which helped, but worth the money. Would recommend.

My boyfriend's been here a few times. He says it is good, but it's so quick it feels rushed and you could get the same results at a barber's for a fraction of the price. It's not bad at all, but £25 for a short back and sides is a bit much. You could pay another £5 and go to a hairdressers.

One of the most reliable barbers in London. Very much male focused and the staff are super talented. There is also a beer fridge if you need something after a hard day of work. It can get busy, so grab one for the wait if you want. It feels modern and clean. Large sofas to sit on while you wait with TVs and an Xbox. Lots of products to purchase after if you want something a little more premium. Speaking of premium, it's a little pricey compared to other barbers. Ignoring the madness women pay, men normally pay about 10 to 15 quid. It is about 20 to 25 if you want a skin fade. But it's totally worth it if you need something solid urgently

Does the job. I've had a number of cuts here, and although it can be a little hit and miss, the standard is good enough for me and I've never been unsatisfied. Also, I don't expect to be pampered in a men's hairdressers, so not having someone smother me is not such a bad thing. Jacks has a good atmosphere, friendly enough staff and it's very convenient - I can't see why people would complain so much.

Love this place, never had a bad hair cut. Have tried other places in 4 years living in London but will always travel the distance and come back to Jack's. It's a tad more expensive but you get what you pay for. There are queues some times, but always worth the wait. The only improvement would be a shop in Hammersmith!

Happy with my post-lockdown cut, but I won't be rushing back - Jacks seems to have gone to less effort with social distancing than many of other barbers in the area. Most customers weren't wearing a mask, despite being asked to do so; there was no attempt at putting in a partition / screen between adjacent (occupied) seats; and one or two staff members were not wearing their masks correctly.

Went in around 1pm on a Sunday. There was no queue so I was in the chair straight away. I told the barber to do whatever she liked with my head. Was a bit of a gamble but it turned out great and with minimal fuss. Didn't catch her name to be able to recommend her, but she's the blonde haired woman with the chair closest to the window.

It's great, the blonde girl's my favourite (I don't even know her name) because she cuts my hair perfectly, is great to chat to and very pleasing on the eye. But everyone is great anyway - the whole place has a friendly atmosphere AND you get a beer if you want one - what more could you ask for!? I've been going since it changed from Sizzers probably about 15 years ago and see no reason to change!!

So, I've only been the once and that was today. The haircut was (in my opinion) good and the barber who cut it was friendly and willing to chat as much as I was, which (from a personal view) was good. I'm quite happy to return. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because I wasn't able to give 4.5 and the reason I didn't give it 5 was that free wifi and drinks were advertised, but the wifi password was not clearly on display in the shop from what I could see and I chose to go without. I had assumed it would be easier to get a hold of and so didn't bring anything to occupy me, on the other hand the wait wasn't long so it was no great inconvience. As I say, my intention is to go again and I will change my review if necesarry.

I've going regularly for more than 2 years, not even once dissapointment. They have TV and videogames for the waiting time, which is not usually very long. Beer/cider offered is also a plus. The best thing, the staff!

Always a good atmosphere in there in very nice surroundings and they do a pretty nifty cut. I'm a little shocked by others reviews and tend to second Kevin Youngs sentiments. Crikey what do you want for a £20 haircut...blood. Try Sassoons or TiGi and you would die at the prices.
