Absolutely fantastic experience! I had a Wowcher for highlights, cut and blow dry, I called and booked about 10 days in advance for an appointment at 9.30am on a Thursday without any trouble. Sarah was lovely and friendly and I really could not recommend her more highly, she is clearly the salons biggest asset. The customer who arrived after me even brought her lunch so she clearly treats her regulars well. Absolutely perfect highlights and cut, in a very pleasant environment. She also gave me a voucher for future discounts when I left. Definitely give the place a try if you are looking for a friendly regular salon experience as it is affordable and personal.

AMAZING. I bought new hair extensions and was worried that they didn't look right as my hair had previously been cut quite short (by a different hair salon), however Lauren cut it to a shape that suited my face shape and hair style that I loved. She took the time and was extra patient with me (I am super picky) and I was beyond happy with my hair. I now have beautiful long hair again and will no doubt be returning very soon for another blow dry! Thank you girls!

I had some reservations about visiting Joseph's due to some of the reviews that I read, but as I was going to the same road to have my eyebrows done at Tracie Giles, I thought it was worth the chance for convenience's sake! Also the Wowcher deal I saw was a really good offer. When I arrived, I was immediately made to feel very welcome, was offered a hot or cold drink and was asked what exactly I wanted for my hair. It was explained to me that, as my hair was below the shoulder, there would be a ten pound surcharge - I knew this already as it was stated in the terms and conditions but I still appreciated it being made clear before the services were started. I had my highlights and cut and blow dry all done by Gloria, who was friendly and professional throughout. I am delighted with the end result - the colour is excellent and the cut is just what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Joseph's to others and will definitely be going back in the future.

I recently had a haircut here with a stylist named Lauren and I must admit that she exceeded my expectations. I was a little nervous at first as I am very particular about my style but she talked me through the different ways I am able to wear it and she did a fantastic job in actually making it look better than ever. I will most definitely be coming back here that is for sure.

Sarah hilighted and cut my hair. Very pleased with both, Katya was on reception and shampooed my hair. Very friendly came away very happy. Was worried had read other reviews. I also had a voucher code. No problems great service.

I went and got my hair blowdried by Sarah as usual and a new beautician that had just started there called Meter Petal came up to me and asked if I would like any services so I asked for a back massage which on her price list said it was £60 so I had one hour with her and then went back the next day for another when she had finished I was getting ready and I noticed that her wax pot was extremely dirty looked like it hadn't been clean at ever. But anyway she then charged me £300 which I then questioned with the boss and he confirmed that she shouldn't have charged me that amount but when I then tried to contact her and she was extremely rude! Her work skirt is too short also. The owner of joseph hair salon has apologised and he has since then gotten rid of her ! All other beauticians and hair stylist are wonderful.

I can't imagine myself visiting any other hairdresser!! Have gone to JOSEPH HAIR for years..and let me tell you SARAH who looks after me sooo well she's wonderful and very talented.. Thank you SARAH..and all the staff there are superb..a wonderful experience spending a relaxing time there!!
