He gave me tips on how to achieve healthy hair that I will definitely follow! Yasmina is a wonderful host and she will make you feel like you're catching up with an old friend. I had previously thought that my curls childhood hair had disappeared but he brought them back with his techniques that he taught me while doing my hair. Love both Charles and Yasmine always making me feel welcome, always giving me options and discussing what i want to do and of course giving me advise on how to maintain them and style them at home. Finally, all the products they use are top quality and they would never use something they dont believe in it 1000%.

T. R.Charles is a very talented hair dresser. My hair is curly, but after a long period of not getting it trimmed, Charles worked wonders. My curls were the best i've seen them in years and best of all, he made me feel glamorous at the same time. He cut and styled both mine and my sister’s natural mixed race curls in a way that complimented us both individually without chopping length excessively. We have both taken away care and styling tips that have changed the way We style and care for our hair with very positive and noticeable effects. Yasmina at reception was very accommodating. Felt at home and will be going back regularly.
S.Excellent customer care. Very friendly staff at the same time maintaining professionalism. Charles takes time to listen and advises appropriately. I had a hair colour correction done, basically I had my hair coloured by someone else, I didn't like it and was told that I had to grow it out in order to change the colour as it was too dark to go lighter. This is when I then went to Charles and he explained the steps he would take to get me to the colour I wanted. Charles did an amazing job and now I love my hair colour so much. Would highly recommend.

As always he did am amazing, very precise cut, bringing my curls back to life. But what I appreciate the most is that he always gives me the confidence to try bolder, more exciting hair styles. R.I had first hair appointment with Charles a few months ago. Yasmina is brilliantly energetic; she creates the most welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. She even bought prosecco for us, which just made the experience extra special. I don't have curly hair but Charles just understood my hair, he cut it to suit my face shape and I can say it's one of the best cuts I've ever had! I will always get my hair cut here even if I move away!!

s.Sooooo happy they are here. I haven't been able to find a place locally, or even not locally that are such experts in curly hair. The whole experience was great. Yasmina and Charles are so nice, made me feel so comfortable and it was like chatting with friends. I have complete confidence in Charles and I don't think I'll go anywhere else now. Leaving the salon, my hair was in the best condition it has been in since I was a child, before i ruined it with bleach and straighteners. He advised me on how to look after it moving forward. He cut my hair in a way that suits me so well, and I am so pleased with the cut, colour and condition of my hair. Very lucky to have it so close to me !

He knows exactly what he's doing. Whenever I have my hair done, I am flooded with compliments. I've even had colour done and he makes it look so natural but pop at the same time. I trust him 100% with my hair, even when I don't know exactly what he want, he figures it out and the results are amazing! Charles is very knowledgeable and will always give advice on after care and how to style for everyday.

P. O.The deep steam hair treatment followed by the scalp massage was so so relaxing! My kinky/curly texture hair (which was previously suffering from dryness) came out feeling super moisturised, and the blow dry, trim and flat iron experience was the best I have ever had, anywhere! My hair looked effortlessly glossy and healthy. I was very impressed!
Another point to note, I really appreciated the clean lines and and neatness of the space. They have beautiful gold antique mirrors, framed by a forest green and peach wall - the perfect backdrop for the obligatory post hair photo! This is definitely a salon for adults who like nice things.
