Best Waxing & Massage ever! Tried their beauty salon for the first time, Janet did a wonderful job, she is very experienced, friendly, with lots of advise. the beauty room was spacious and clean, I used to go to the different salon and I was a little nervous to try new place. I was extremely pleased with their service, friendliness, price, cleanliness, atmosphere everything. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!!

Hi everyone (especially BLONDES!)who’s really understanding how disgusting is to go to new hair stylist (when you have no idea what to expect from..) This is what happened to me. I really want to share my experience with Aurora. I came from another salon where I had(I thought on that time) the best personal stylist... And I was scared..cause to make perfect DIY Blonde is possible just for very high qualified stylist..(you know what I’m talking about.........) But she did! She did not just what I expected but also she explained me everything about toner types and I was more than happy. Recommending Aurora to all Ladies who really want to be treated well and having understanding what you are looking at. I used to spend almost 300£ for my hair coloring but wasn’t happy. Had my hair coloured yesterday by Aurora. Before our appointment she gave me some really good tips on how to find good inspiration online and managed my expectations with what my (stubborn) hair could achieve. But with all that said, she actually managed to get my colour exactly the way I wanted it and the exact same balayaged blend of colours that I'd shown her on my Pinterest - not easy! I've never had this from any other hairdresser I've been to - because I'm always promised my hair will look like the pictures I show them and it never does! Aurora listens, she gets hair and tells you exactly what to expect so you're both on the same page and she won't let you leave unless you're super happy, which of course you will be. Would 100% recommend x

Fantastic service. I was a walk-in. The salon which used to be called “Ginger Group” has had a refurb and now looks like a mini Greek fortress 😍. Mari was excellent , she cut my hair the way I wanted it and she styled it beautifully. Lovely customer service from the whole team. Best hair salon yet in Ealing Broadway. I have previously had some hair disasters in other salons but the girls at luxx listened exactly to what i wanted and my hair was close to the picture that i had shown them.
