I have been going regularly to this salon for over a year and have never been disappointed. Serkan is a brilliant and very talented hairdresser. He does great haircuts, colour and highlights and the treatments he recommends have really improved the quality of my hair. I always get compliments after I have my hair styled at this place. The salon is very clean and the staff are warm and really helpful. I have been to several other salons both locally and in Central London and this is by far the best and at very reasonable prices. My daughter also has her colour and highlights done here and is delighted with the results. Definitely recommend it, you won’t be disappointed!

I was dubious about trying here given the very mixed reviews but I am glad I did. I've had the same haircut done using a multitude of salons and mobile hairdressers for the best part of 30 years so I hope by now I know what is a good cut. Admittedly my hairstyle and hair type is probably one of the easiest things to tackle - straight fine hair (and not a lot left of it at my age) cut into a classic graduated bob. Serkan didn't say much but did ask periodically for my input to make any adjustments needed. I am not a fan of enforced small talk - I just want to get in and out as quickly as possible - so this suited me perfectly. He cut carefully and constantly checked the proportions to make sure the cut was precise. He didn't rely on oceans of hair product (he didn't use any at all) or a nuclear level blowdry to achieve the look I wanted which has been my experience with some of big name salons (only for it to look awful the next day when I washed my hair...and discover half of it burnt to a crisp). Plus he was quick so I was in and out faster than expected but with a great cut and done exactly how I wanted it. It is worth noting that I paid almost half of what some other salons have charged me in the past but I have had a much better overall experience here and a better cut. So, if you are after a quick, no frills, classic cut I would certainly recommend this salon.

Zero customer service. The guy who cut my hair seemed really annoyed that I booked through treatwell. Why offer your services on there then!? Quite rushed service and no questions about what I would like, just a blunt cut and blow dry. The reason for 3 stars is the blow dry actually did look nice otherwise I would have given less. Save your money and go to one of many other hair salons in the area.

The service and care has always been unbeatable and very genuine. My mother, sisters and I have been seeing Serkan and Emre for the past two years and would not see anyone else now that we have found them. I cannot recommend it highly enough and I can always get an appointment when I need one and the staff are friendly and very highly trained.

Saved my wedding!!!! BRILLIANT, skilled, wonderful, reasonable salon. This man saved my hair color (another salon had dyed it jet black days before my wedding). We walked in, I was wary of a new place messing it up even more, and he brought back my brown color in maybe 30 minutes!! This place could definitely use some help with marketing and customer service, but they have what matters- GREAT SERVICES at fair prices!! Go give them your support so they get thru Covid!!!
