I LOVE this place! When I walk in I am always greeted and offered a cuppa. Lovely Vanessa cut my hair today. I love chatting with her and my haircut No 2 on the sides and a long fringe/top, left longer is perfect. As a female with short hair I have struggled to find a decent barber to cut it very short…… I have had many of the barbers at Mancave cut my hair including Tracey and Jay, all who have cut it to perfection. It is always clean and tidy. I would always recommend Mancave.

Man Cave is the best barber in the area. There is a relaxed atmosphere and all of the staff are super friendly and professional. I always book an appointment with Serj because I know that I am guaranteed a great hair cut, exactly how I like it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely recommended.

Amber was great and did an amazing job on my hair. Thanks for that. The staff is great, but a little disorganized. I was given an appointment but had to wait an extra 45 mins. Also they don't have hot wax which I'd expect from a barber like that. Price is good at 22£ and the cappuccino was surprisingly excellent! Serve without a lid next time though please. No need for extra trash if I'm anyways drinking there.

This place always has top high quality service. The unique atmosphere which this barbershop possess makes me feel very welcomed. I always get my haircut with Serj! Extremely talented, friendly and listening guy who does give his very best in doing even my craziest ideas for hair and styling at a high standard. I leave his chair with smile and confidence. (Honestly, I am very picky and hard to be pleased... Haha) Traveling all the way up from Oval, so you know... definitely recommended!

One of the best barbershop in the area!! Staff are lovely and very friendly. Always offered a drink once in the seat. Never had a bad hair cut from any of the barbers. Never felt rushed either, despite it getting busy on a weekend. The barbers clearly take pride in there work! Stamp reward card is a nice touch for those loyal regulars although card payment would be a most welcome addition to the shop although no big deal as there is a cash machine around the corner.

The best barbers in London. You can really trust man cave to give you a great hair cut. I started going over a year ago and have not been anywhere else since. Their barbers are friendly and extremely good at what they do.

I went to Man Cave on 8th Sept 2020 around 6pm for a haircut. Barbers were wearing masks when they served clients, while clients were not masks wearing (which makes sense as it’d be in the way). There were only 3 customers in total at the time anyway so plenty of distancing. Mostly you need to book but I was lucky I could walk in as they weren’t fully booked then. £22 Haircut didn’t come with a wash, which is fine. When I got home and washed my hair, I noticed the new haircut wasn’t quite right/ not even on both sides, so I called the next day and popped back in, the owner sincerely apologised and fixed it for free, which I really appreciated the way they resolved issues. All staff were very friendly, and I have to mention that both times the barbers were very gentle and careful throughout the whole process. Not once did I feel any hair pulling/ sharp pinches/ scratches from clippers which are quite common or almost unavoidable from past experiences at other barbers.

Walk-in (no appointments) to this very cool barbers, where you're greeted by the friendly staff who offer complimentary cold and warm drinks while you wait. There are plenty of comfy old school barber chairs so you wont be waiting long. The quality of the haircuts is excellent, coupled with the high level of the service, a cut here comes at a very reasonable price. Be sure to collect your loyalty card for a free hair cut!

Jay and team are true masters of trade. Always leave with a smile on my face and slightly less, better looking hair. They’ve been great at implementing Covid restrictions even with the constantly moving goalposts. I couldn’t recommend these folks highly enough.

Absolutely cannot reccomend this place enough. I feel like this was the highest quality service I have ever received in any form. The barbers here are absolute artists in their craft and you can tell that they put real effort into making your cut as great as possible, demonstrated in how much time the haircut takes. It's walk ins only, and while you may have to wait a while, it's absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was chill, with good music and a nice wooden and retro aesthetic. My barber was friendly and considerate, not very chatty (though I'm sure he's a great talker if you feel like starting the conversation) and as I said a real master of his craft. I also appreciated the banter that went on between colleagues when they were cutting hair next to each other. As a student, which brought the price down to £17, I'll be going there for all my future cuts, even though I'll be taking the bus from Barbican. Absolute legends! (rest assured they didn't do my beard, that's my own lack of effort)

I'm rather difficult with barbers as I used to manage two salons once upon a time. However, since I moved in just around the corner in October, this place has been my regular ever since. Top cuts, attentive staff who listens to your preferences and takes your personality and facial structure into account. Always a blast visiting the salon. Thanks very much guys!
