My husband has had his hair cut here many times, there staff are always friendly and approachable. I have never experienced a time when they are unprofessional. I don’t trust anyone else to cut my husbands hair. Highly recommend!!! You won’t regret it.

Really hate that I have to leave a 3 star review for this place because I have been a customer for 3 years, and Nick and the other guy who have been here for a while are great. Never had a single complaint. However I am not very happy with my today’s haircut from a new short-haired guy. He parted my hair too high and cut it too short, which completely ruined my hair style for the next few weeks. Them he used hair thinning scissors too much to make it even worse. It’s bizarre that my housemate who has absolutely no experience gave me a better haircut during lockdown. It’s 3 stars only because Nick and other guys always do a great job.

Best barbers in Putney and believe me I've tried them all. I've been struggling with thinning hair for a few years and this is the only place I feel confident going in for a trim. Dean who cuts my hair is a top class barber, friendly and a great bloke while doing a really high quality job, I'd recommend him to absolutely anyone. Couldn't be happier with the way my hair turns out every time I go in here, it's far better quality than overpriced barbers I've been to elsewhere in Putney and in London. Highly recommended.

Brilliant. I went to the Mancave for the first time yesterday for a haircut and beard trim. The haircut was exactly what I asked for and is absolutely perfect, they transformed my beard too and made it look so much better and made it so much more manageable, i cant think of another barbershop that i've been to that is better value for money. Not relevant to the services but i had real good banter with the guys too. Will be back in three weeks time 👍🏼.

Great service! Nick fixed my trim up nicely, went for my usual 0.5-> 1.5 but boss got me to roll the dice and go for 0->1.5. lines were looking sharp. Trim was feeling norty. Can only imagine how outrageously fresh a skin fade would have been. Top banter from the barbers inside, a very chill and covid safe environment! Shop in a really good location as well, right by the tube so easy to walk to or cycle to.

Second time around and the second time I've left with the freshest skin fade and beard trim! Sam not only gave me an awesome cut, we also had good chats from music to tattoos to life in general. The environment in Mancave is so different and cool with both of the guys being very welcoming and the atmosphere being so laid back. Definitely not your standard quick trim barbers which makes it worthwhile when you want a proper haircut every time! See you chaps next time

I’ve been going here for 2 years now. The service is consistently excellent. I’ve never had a bad haircut. It’s hard to find a barbershop which can do skin fade and have scissors skills. They can do both!! I have oriental hair so again it was hard to find a barber which would know how to cut my hair type. The first time and every time I go they are all every friendly.

Best place to get your hair cut in Putney by a clear mile. Service is fantastic and friendly; shop looks brilliant and always has a good vibe; the main reason I go back though is the standard of barbering skill. I have quite difficult hair to cut and I’m very particular with how it is done to say the least. Nick and Connor are masters of their craft and always get it just right. They know how to make all types of haircut and beard look great but they are particularly good when it comes to fades. They have an attention to detail and a love of their craft which rivals the best in the business and, unlike other barbers who do what THEY want to do with your hair, these two listen to you and cut your hair exactly how you want it. There aren’t many places where you can get a haircut to this standard but Mancave is definitely one of them. Could not recommend this place highly enough. 5 stars. Hands down.

From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted by a warm reception from the barbers and clientele alike. Nick and the team do a fantastic job of taking care of their customers. Been going to these guys for a couple of years now, always so welcoming when you walk in the door, they will happily listen to me chat away about my life and you quickly get to know them personally! Got great music playing in the background and last time I sat and listened to a live Jimmy Hendrix session. Always a top cut, they will offer advice on your mop if you require it. My brothers started going as well as he’s always jealous of my hair! ✌️

Popped in for a beard shape. I'd walked passed the place plenty of times and noticed they'd moved to a bigger place. Always looked like a healthy collection of people who were waiting to be seen so thought I'd give them a go. Results were awesome. Considering I'd been paying £20+ for a beard shape at Murdock, the service here was better in terms of quality and price. They took exceptional care with all facets of my face fuzz and listened to what I'd asked for. Great to have a quality place so local.

For £15, which is relatively cheap for the area, you get a good cut and a very friendly, local-feel to the service. I've had my hair cut here many times and naturally with a walk in service you'll find some barbers are better than others at cutting your hair, but the large majority of the time my experience has been excellent. Much more than I can say for other London barbers around the same price.

Classic interior, good service, friendly and very personable. Nick is my go to, does clean cuts and exactly what I want. I've been coming to Mancave ever since it opened almost a year ago. Never have I ever been disappointed with the haircuts or service from Nick and Sandra. Love getting my hair cut from here. They've really brought back the old school element of a barbers. I'm baffled at how the dry blade for cleaning the neck caused one man skin burn. A huge exaggeration I believe. Like I said, I've only ever had a fantastic experience here every time. The other reviewer who gave the place 2/5 stars because he didn't feel entirely comfortable with one of the barbers hair style is absurd.

Ive been using ManCave in Putney for about a year (twice monthly) and I have to say that it is easily the best place Ive ever gone for haircuts. Ive known one of the barbers personally for years and was chuffed when he told me that he was working at Mancave on a permanent basis. There are many barbers in Putney but none have the queues that youll get at Mancave and that says a lot about their quality...that gents are willing to sit and wait for a proper haircut from proper barbers who know and take a lot of pride in their trade and your hair. Waiting times can vary depending on what the chap in front of you is having done but youll rarely wait more than 10mins and theres always good music playing in the background. Happy to recommend these guys! 5* doesnt do them justice!!!

Found this little gem next to where i live. Great style and vibe inside. Old fashioned neo noir barbers. Do great cuts and shaves, ask for nick he does awsome fades and wet shaves with the blade.
