Always, without fail, the best service and of course the best hair cuts. I have moved 3 times since first starting to come to Michaela to get my hair cut but still travel as much as an hour to to continue getting my hair cut here. Can't recommend highly enough!

I randomly booked a cut and blow dry at Michaela’s and they welcomed me like a long standing client. Michaela is passionate about hair and I loved that she took my idea and suggested improvements and then happily cut my hair off. It was more than 10cms to give me a bob hair cut. I have been to other places which don’t like doing such big restyles but she clearly loved doing it and gave me styling tips throughout. I’ll definitely be back.

Best salon in London! I’ve been going to Michaela’s for years but unfortunately wasn’t able to visit the last 18 months. I’m so glad to be back, on their first day opening since lockdown, and I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. Michaela, Isobella, Simona and Gary were as welcoming as they always have been (nearly didn’t recognise Isobella and Gary with their new hair)! In my 18 months away my hair never looked anything near as good as it did after a visit to Michaela’s and today it finally looks good again! If I move away again I will still come back here to have my hair done - that’s a promise guys! Also the beauty consultant, Lisa, kindly fit me in around my hair for eyebrows and bikini wax. This is the first time I have met Lisa, she was lovely and I’m very pleased with the results and I’ll be back for more treatments. Thanks to all the team. Sara x

One of the hairdressers, Gary, salvaged my husband's hair from a terrible haircut. He did such a great job that I decided to have a colour and cut myself. I am so pleased with my experience at this salon! Had a Hollywood wax by Lisa and she made me feel comfortable and it was one of the least painful waxes I’ve ever had. Gary greeted me on arrival and was so nice. Michaela is a lovely woman as well! ❤️

This is my 3rd time at this salon. I once walked past and saw Gary cutting someone's hair, he looked so passionate about what he was doing that i had to go in and book an appointment! He didn't disappoint. Each time i have had the best cut that i have ever had and the balayage is so natural looking as he paints my hair free hand (no foils)...i can leave months between getting it cut and coloured now because it keeps its' shape and colour so well! The entire team are great here , I always feel so welcomed and walk out feeling a million dollars!!! Thanks Gary and Isabella x

I went to this salon because a barber did a horrendous job on my hair. I saw Gary and he not only fixed it but gave me one of the best hair cuts I've ever had. My wife was so impressed she decided to have her hairlighted and cut and she was thrilled with it. Gary was fantastic - we had a great chat and a few laughs. The salon was friendly, welcoming and very professional. To top everything off we were given a glass of prosecco. I can't recommend this place - and Gary! - highly enough. We will definitly be back!

The most amazing little oasis in the hectic city of London. Gary did my hair the other week (colour correction, cut and blow dry) and I could not be happier with the result. Not only did he get rid of the yellow tones, dullness and brassiness (that I had lost all hope for) he made my hair look shiny and in better condition it had been in years. I also had a massage and facial by Lisa which was excellent. She has truly magic hands and I am already looking forward to my next appointment. I also go and get my nails done regularly by Lesea. I have had manis and pedis for decades but have never experienced such attention to detail and quality of service. The staff at Michaela's is so friendly and nice and they also make the best coffee I have ever had in a salon. I feel so privileged that I can go there on regular basis. These visits are always so warm and uplifting. Thank you so much! I could not recommend Michaela's salon enough.

Been a 'regular' for over a year. Best haircuts I've ever had in my entire life, even after months it grows out wonderfully and keeps a good shape throughout, I literally only go back for a tidy up of my split ends now. Had the keratin treatment for the first time ever and it made the world of difference to my frizzy/curly hair, soooo much easier to manage and took half the time it normally would have to style after washing. Am about to book in for my second treatment - after 4 months! Would highly recommend it to anyone if you want beautiful shiny smooth hair. Plus Michaela and her team are super friendly and easy going which makes all the difference.

This is a very comfortable stylish salon. All the staff are extremely warm and welcoming. I live at Battersea Reach and visit this salon at least once a week, it's like visiting friends. Isabella is a charming salon manager. My hair is not easy to deal with but Gary is great at blowdrying and colouring it. His blowdry's last for a week! Occasionally I have blowdry's with Corrina and Simona who are also good. Michaela, the owner, does a great precision cut.

Had a last minute cut and blow dry with an additional treatment by Gary on Monday. It’s honestly the first time I’ve left a Salon completely happy. I’d definitely recommend the blow dry (he’s a pro), the treatments are a bit expensive however you do get discount being a Battersea reach resident or as a new customer! The team were all friendly and the salon was relaxing, looking forward to coming back! Thank you Gary and team x
