Reviews of MOSAIQUE LONDON

Very clean, tidy place in a quiet neighborhood. Close to tubes, not too far of a walk. Very nice cut ( lady medium to short cut) !!!! I showed the hair dresser the style I wanted, we discussed the feasibility and she slightly designed it a bit to suit my face better - the result was perfect.
If you have a style in mind, bring the picture to her and she will do an amazing job. Very nice and personal service, makes you feel very comfortable. Def will go back.

Loved my experience at the salon. The lady there was so helpful. She knew my hair would struggle to hold the blow-dry so offered different ways she can help me hold the blow dry. Very nice and simple salon!

I can always by default trust a Japanese salon and I can definitely say that I was not disappointed! I booked by emailing and received a prompt and polite reply. Easy and smooth booking. The atmosphere is really chill as it's in a quiet side road and you can't really hear the traffic which was nice. Most importantly I was really pleased with the actual service. We had a brief chat about how my hair is and what I wanted and what would work etc. She also taught me how to blow dry my hair. I was a bit embarrassed as I hadn't been to get my hair cut in ages but she was very chill and made me feel v.comfortable:) Overall, just a great way to spend my Friday evening! Thank you!

After a few years of going to the same salon I needed to find a new one as my usual stylist had changed their days, which were difficult for my schedule. Also due to my hair type I haven't had my hair exactly how I've wanted it for quite some time. I have found Japanese stylists really understand my hair type so when I started my search I focused on finding a Japanese salon preferable in East London. I found Mosaique on Google.
I made an email enquiry and made an offer for a cut and colour. All my questions were promptly answered and I was eager to for my appointment. I unfortunately got pinged so I had to reschedule 2 days before my appointment but I was easily accommodated with a new appointment. Mosaique is 2 minutes from Tower Gateway DLR so it was really easy for me to get from Bow Church station.
The salon is very minimal which makes it feel very calming and was perfect for some me time. I discussed my requirements to have my hair thinned out and looked at colour for my stubborn grey hair.
As soon as my hair was being cut I knew I was in safe hands. Not a pair of thinning scissors in sight! I didn't have much length taken off but from the thinning there was the equivalent of a small hairy creature on the floor once my cut was done. My hair felt incredibly light and I know I will need far less shampoo and conditioner and it was dry much faster! My colour was also really thorough. My grey has been known to be stubborn but it was done perfectly.
I'm so happy with my hair and I can't wait to book my next appointment. Thank you so much Ryoco!

Extremely attentive, professional, polite and amazing service. I hadn’t had a haircut for over a year and booked for a cut and colour. Naoko was highly skilled and I was very happy with the outcome! Will be coming back!

Most relaxing haircut I've ever had!
The salon has a wonderful location - close to the tube station, but on a neighbourhood street so that there aren't big crowds or heavy traffic whizzing past.
Very clean and spacious inside, and Ryoko is a highly skilled hairdresser who will most certainly impress.
Highly recommend.

It is always a wonderfully relaxing experience to have my hair done here. It is a clean and calm oasis. The colouring is done immaculately, the hair washed with care and cut precisely. There is no pressure to chat, which I really appreciate! You feel listened to and treated like a VIP.

Great service. They follow Covid-19 precautions when only serve customer on appointment basis. My hair is naturally curved, difficult to maintain so I have been very cautious when looking for new hair stylist. The stylist - Miko (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is very professional. Just showed her some photos and my expected length to be cut, she got what I wanted immediately. She asked for my consent before each move to ensure it is what I expected. £48 for women hair cut is not cheap but with the great value of service, I have no doubt to recommend them. If you are looking for experienced stylist whom can be trusted, find them 😊

Service was impeccable as always. Ryoko-san was attentive and careful as usual.
The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and relaxing while having my haircut.
