Another happy customer here! The first time I walked in, I was warmly greeted, offered a drink while I waited and was seen to promptly. I've been coming back ever since and the service is top notch. I'm not the type to switch barbers when I find one I like, but after coming to Mr Monocle I'm now a loyal customer. I come to see Daniel every time - he remembers what I want the moment I sit in the chair and the results are amazing and consistent. I walk away happy with the service and have convinced my friends to see him too. Would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality haircut, friendly barbers and value for money!

Walked in and got greeted warmly at the door, offered a drink and told it'd be 5 minutes or so til I could be seen. Not long after I was called forward by One of the guys who was really friendly, he listened to what I wanted and offered advice and helped me come to a decision a cut. He took a lot of care over the cut and I was really impressed with it and the customer service received. Everyone in there was very friendly and I felt really taken care of. Would definitely recommend and I'll be going back again!

Hands down best experience I’ve had at a barber shop in London in my 21 years of living here. At first I was sceptical because trying a new barber (at least for me has always been a big deal and quite scary) isn’t easy. I went on the website and saw that you can book an appointment which I did instantly and I highly recommend anyone else visiting to do so as Westminster can be a busy area and having your time slot booked is extremely handy. You can also select what you want from your booking wether it’s just a haircut or a beard trim or both. After booking my appointment, I made my way to the barber. Lovely looking place by the way, very well kept and very polite, I was greeted as I entered and asked if I had booked an appointment which I did. Gave my time slot and name and I was sat down. Daniel, who is the barber that cut my hair was very professional. At all times I had his undivided attention and he really knows what he’s doing. I tried a new style today and I can’t say this enough, he did a great job, fantastic work. I would rate this place higher if I could. I was even offered a beverage as I arrived (which they did not charge me for). Anyone looking for a place to get your haircut give this place a try. 10/10 worth the price you pay. I live in London since 2012 and I would certainly say this is the best barber shop I’ve been to. The services are excellent, very friendly and clean environment and the guys go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Last time they served me a lovely Turkish coffee (so hard to find in London) and today I was enjoying a beer while having my hair cut. I highly recommend this place.

I found this place accidentally when I was walking along the street. I had a quick chat to one of their guys on the street and felt totally comfortable from the very first second. The guys are very kind, polite and warm hearted. They know exactly what they are doing and also, they don't just take care of your hair, they make you feel very special and ensure you enjoy every moment. It was such a pleasure to spend some time there and I will definitely come back to them getting my hairs cut. Absolutely fantastic, recommendable and really fair pricing.
