I walked in and was immediately welcomed by the manager. They were able to see me very quickly. Had a hair cut and because of the great work done I booked immediately online for a nail treatment. The staff were great and talkative. I will be back for definite and I will recommend. Thanks guys and keep up the good work 👍

I am very happy I could get an appointment the next day, after working hours. Most of the places would close by 5-6 pm. Moreover, they promptly answered my enquiries that I had before booking the appointment and they stood by their word. I was treated with care and patience. Plus, the place offers 25-35% discount for NHS workers. Let's not mention that they gave me a present- a funky set of shampoo and conditioner.

Had my long natural afro 4b hair silk pressed by Jack and he did a fantastic job. He was knowlegable, gentle and thorough which was so important for me as trying to find a new stylist after the pandemic was very difficult. I will be back and have already booked in another family member who will know what to do with their texture of hair! (being African/Indian mix) . Before I got there I spoke to Meghan who was kind and really helpful; all of the staff were friendly, down to earth and chatty, the atmosphere was great. Thank you all so much
