Love the salon! Having just moved to London I was incredibly nervous finding a new hair dresser. Thankfully, Tony did an amazing job and made me SO comfortable! From start to finish the environment was professional and top quality. Will definitely be going back!

Had my first appointment today with Aimee and she was absolutely superb! Had a consultation earlier in the week, as working towards slowly lightening my hair. Aimee explained what would need to be done, managing my expectations throughout and didn’t promise anything that she thought may not be achieved. She was absolutely brilliant, I cannot recommend Aimee highly enough. I wish I had the before photo so that you could see the long mop of dark brown/blackish/greying hair she transformed into this! Thank you so much, Aimee 😃 The whole team were great too; friendly, helpful and all Covid procedures in full working order.

So I moved cities, and with that comes the daunting task of finding a new salon that does your nails and hair as you want it. Pleased to say I found the perfect place on my first attempt - the booking system is fab, the staff always friendly. Ellie is my nails technician and my nails come out amazing without fail every time. I’ve had Sonia cut my hair twice now, so pleased with it. She asks what I want doing then suggests what would look best on my for my face cut and hair texture. Ray washed and blow-dried my hair several times and the head massage is always the highlight 😁 Very easy to find location as I work close by. Price are reasonable and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Want to leave an honest review so will say from the start that I do know the owners of this salon. However this review is based entirely on my experience and is in no way biased. I desperately needed my hair cut after the lockdown and my usual lady had left my salon so I booked to go to O’Sullivans. I had Aimee cut and style my hair. I had my hair coloured, cut and styled for the second time by the lovely Francesca at O’Sullivans over the weekend and was as impressed as ever! Firstly, she is an absolute master at her craft and always produces the most gorgeous results which are consistently above and beyond what I ask for! Honestly, my hair never looks as good as it does when she’s finished with it! Secondly, she is so personable, considerate and professional which makes you feel completely at ease and reassured that you are in the best of hands throughout the process (which for me is important as the process is often lengthy). Finally, I just wanted to say that I always really enjoy my time spent in the salon because the vibe and general atmosphere in there is always so warm and welcoming - which I think is primarily down to the work of the fabulous team! Love the results of my haircut with Aimee!! I had very long lockdown hair and went quite a bit shorter (from bum length up to shoulder length) and it’s turned out great - right amount of layering, looks very fresh and styled and can still go up in a ponytail with ease. Aimee is very warm and calm and clearly knew what she was doing. The result was maybe an inch or two or so shorter than I was expecting but I’m really pleased with it and I looks like it will grow out nicely. The salon isn’t huge or particularly fancy but it’s friendly, very convenient location and felt covid secure - they gave me a mask to use so my personal one wouldn’t get wet. All in all, a very happy customer :)

This is my 3rd visit at the O'Sullivan's salon as my stylist Carole, of many years, has recently joined their team. All of the staff are professional and I was very impressed with the infection control procedures in place, extremely safe and secure and the salon is spotless. Carole is warm and friendly and the most amazing stylist. She truly cares about her clients, always taking the time to discuss my cut and colour and she lets you know what will work for your hair and what won't. Even when I had my hair washed by her colleague, I was made to feel comfortable, kindly offering a head massage. Thank you all and I very much look forward to my next appointment.

Amiee is the very best hairdresser I have ever had. She’s literally the best colourist, ever. I trust her implicitly with my hair and I’m quite particular. I used to always be worried whenever I went to the hairdresser but now I just feel relaxed knowing I will always emerge 2 hours later looking a million dollars. She’s also a charming conversationalist. The place feels very covid secure but in a laid back, friendly way. I recommend.

I love going to get my hair done there. It’s one of the few places where they actually listen to what you’d like to have done. I’ve seen a few of the stylists and they have all been fabulous. The COVID procedures are really well done and made me feel safe, while also making you feel welcome with a friendly atmosphere. Loved the service! The provided masks when entering. I asked if they cut curly hair as my hair is 3b/3c and it's hard to find a salon that cuts my type of hair and they weren't lying!! Over the years I've had my haircut by many different stylists, some good ones and some who I've wondered if they should be allowed to hold sharp things. I have been going to O'Sullivans at the Shard for a number of years now since my office moved nearby. Have always been happy with the service and the friendly atmosphere. Michele is very good at what he does and nice with it. Always seems genuinely interested in how you are, what you've been up to and we put the world to rights every now and again. Tim who runs the salon couldn't be any nicer and I always get text reminders about my appointment which helps as I always forget as they are generally booked 6-8 weeks in advance. I've also had no issues rebooking if I have had to do so due to work or other commitments. Being so close to Guys hospital they offer haircuts to some patients which is generous and heartwarming. Fitting with genuinely pleasant way the treat everyone.

The lovely Carole has been styling and colouring my hair for 12 years and I followed her to O’Sullivan’s. She always listens carefully to my requests and works quickly to achieve a result I’m always happy with - making me feel like a princess every time. They introduced hygiene measures months ago including disposable towels, individual face masks and temperature monitoring on arrival so I feel totally safe (and pampered!) Give them a go - couldn’t recommend them more!!

I've been having Carole Campbell cut & colour my hair for nearly a decade and she is a real professional. She really listens and is able to translate my often incoherent ideas into exactly what I envisioned. She's also just a very skilled professional and also does extra research and training to continue her knowledge surrounding cutting and colouring techniques. Francesca has also coloured my hair when Carole has been out and she's also terrific. Finally, I've also had a manicure here and it was very well done. 5 stars!

So I urgently needed a nice haircut for attending my company's annual Christmas party tomorrow, and for a special weekend. Having said that, I was slightly nervous. But, Nina truly did an incredible job! The haircut turned out perfect! From her first greeting and warm smile, I got a good gut feeling; and she really took time to listen to my needs and preferences for style, and took extra miles to discuss what's the best for me; and every single cut, I could see she did it with such patience and attention to the detail of every tiny piece. This is a review primarily for senior stylist Carole, however all other staff members I have interacted with have been lovely also. I would not have anyone other than Carole colour my hair (which is dark brown), she always does a great job and I trust her with it completely! Carole also does a lovely wavey blow dry on my long fine hair. Price is reasonable given the location.

I visited this salon for the first time last week and I am so happy with my new colour! I arrived as someone who had had highlights for the past 10 years and wanted a change, but I wasn’t sure what would suit me. Lillie was brilliant and listened carefully to me, and she suggested a new subtle ombré / balayage style that id never thought of having before. She had a great, consultative approach and checked the colours with me every step of the way, and now I’m really happy with my hair and I will no longer need to have it done as regularly as I did with highlights. I really appreciate that she was confident enough to suggest something different to me and to discuss different ideas with me, rather than taking the easy option of sticking with what I already had. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the booking process was easy. I 100% recommend this salon!

I have been having my hair cut & coloured with Sonia at O’Sullivans since it opened at The Shard. I have never left less than 100% happy with my hair. Sonia has an eye for detail, is cutting edge in her hair design & is an exceptional colourist. I can’t imagine going anywhere else as Sonia just, gets me & my hair.

Fab salon with fab staff. I use Sonia who is amazing but have used the others as well. Ellie is fab at hair and nails. TIm runs a fab ship. Always welcoming and good sweets. Although cola bottles would be good 😀

Walking into the salon, you cannot help but notice how quaint yet bright it is. Immediately welcomed, my confirmation of appointment was confirmed and I was shown to an amazingly comfy chair to await my stylist for the day. My appointment lasted just 40 minutes which is incredibly impressive, a great service for those in a hurry and need their hair being blow-dried before a big event or just as a treat. The service is really lovely and relaxing and if you are in need of a last minute blow dry then O'Sullivans is well worthy of your attention, even better you can book online with even less of a need to rush giving you time to take in the most amazing views of The Shard both before and after your appointment. Prices start from £15 depending on what treatment you have. Thank you O'Sullivans and Morgan for my amazing bouncy curls, I am sure I will be returning soon.

(Gents hair cut, creative stylist) I've always been in a bit of a rut with my cut, same-old-same-old for years. I've strongly been of the belief that I couldn't do much with my hair and it 'just is'. I decided to try a change for a holiday away, and spend a little more than I normally do. I chose Ossullivans because of the location and a nudge from a friend. I'm sure glad I did, they competely change the way I look at my hair (and hopefully others too!), being a bloke I'm terrible at describing how it looks, all I can say is that it looks young, but not over-fashionable, beach and sensible meeting ready....ideal! Aisde from the amazing work they did on my barnett they're in a great location (Shard) and lovely friendly service, highly recommend.

I had my consultation appointment today and they gave me all info about prices, also they gave me my appointment day for Thursday to do all the maintenance I need to do in my color and my manicure, it is a little bit pricey but until now is worth it, to do the appointment you have to pay for 50 pounds so they can reserve that for you, is a very nice salon for tourist like me is very good to find a place where you can do all this together. 😁
